Avui som al centre d'operacions del tàndem barceloní que ha sacsejat l'escena de la música en català amb un so electrònic carregat de narrativa i missatges subliminars. Gerard Gamundi i Bernat Mola són BALMA, el duet que va irrompre l'any passat amb "Soft Bakala", un àlbum que des del mateix títol ret homenatge a la mítica Ruta del Bacalao, amb deu cançons que recorden la tralla dels 90, però més suaus, o com a mínim amb un missatge més poètic que el de les típiques cançons de techno. Le prix d'un smartphone, point d'accès privilégié à internet sur le continent, reste encore inabordable. La qualité du réseau, sa couverture et donc le coût restent des enjeux de taille car les besoins sont conséquents. Si l'on prend l'exemple du paiement mobile, l'Afrique concentre la moitié des comptes à l'échelle mondiale. La connexion est donc essentielle aux activités quotidiennes des Africains. Comment faire baisser les coûts ? This week Mark and Allen break down the Episode that introduces us to Barney Varmn's accounting firm! Trying to keep busy during her two-week suspension, Leslie attempts to sneak work out of the office to do at home ... unsuccessfully. She then attempts to focus on her City Council campaign, but her advisors tell her to lay low until post-scandal poll numbers come back. Finally, Leslie acts on Ben's suggestion and forms a Citizens Action Committee, the Parks Committee of Pawnee (PCP). Meanwhile, after resigning in disgrace, Ben decides to look for a new job. He interviews with several places, including Barney Varmn's accounting firm, and cologne maker Dennis Feinstein. Despite his impressive resume, Ben seems ultimately unsure what he wants to do next. Finally, when the gang once again receives thoughtful holiday gifts from Leslie, Ron suggests they work together to give Leslie a great gift, and they all collaborate to make her a miniature model of the Parks and Recs office, made out of candy. They are certain Leslie will love their confectionary model ... However, the gang has one last gift for Leslie waiting in the wings. As always, we tackle the tough questions, such as ... ¿Sabían que el cargador rápido más usado en Costa Rica es el que se encuentra frente al Aeropuerto Juan Santamaría? Nosotros lo aprendimos durante la entrevista que el periodista Melvin Molina le hizo a Roberto Quirós Balma, coordinador del Programa de Electromovilidad del Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) para la segunda temporada del podcast. En la conversación nos enteramos de los esfuerzos de esta institución por ofrecernos una plataforma tecnológica que nos facilitará el uso y pago de la electricidad que se emplee en los puntos de carga, tanto de carga media como rápida. La ocasión sirvió para que el Coordinador del Programa de Electromovilidad del ICE nos ofreciera algunas recomendaciones para los propietarios de autos eléctricos para sacar mayor provecho de los puntos de carga públicos. Una de las recomendaciones que nos hizo durante la entrevista fue el uso del mapa de cargadores del ICE que encontrarán en este enlace https://www.grupoice.com/wps/portal/ICE/electricidad/estaciones-de-carga en el que cada usuario puede identificar dónde están ubicados los cargadores, que tipo de conector tienen y si está funcionando en la actualidad. Adicionalmente Roberto Quirós Balma explicó que en un mediano plazo podríamos ver estaciones o puntos de carga con varias "electrolineras".

En 2004 dans l'ancienne cité ouvrière de Mulhouse, l'agence participe à la Cité Manifeste; en 2005 dans un bâtiment industriel, elle remporte le concours de la Grande Galerie de l'île Seguin; elle livre en 2012 la Grainerie, fabrique des arts du cirque et de l'itinérance à Balma dans des anciens hangars militaires ; et livre en 2016 le Cnac, le Centre national des arts du cirque lauréat «culture, jeunesse et sport ». Invité en 2013, Matthieu Poitevin présente sa pratique de l'architecture comme « une histoire d'imaginaire et d'engagement » en prenant pour exemple la transformation de la friche la Belle de Mai, ancienne usine à tabac au coeur de Marseille.

I had the good fortune to get to meet Larry Balma through Colette's mom, Patte. We had a fantastic conversation about life, entrepreneurship, risk-taking, surfing, and, of course, skateboarding.
