The Teaching to the TOP podcast is an incredibly inspiring and helpful resource for educators. As someone who has been out of the classroom for a few years, returning can feel like starting from scratch. However, this podcast has provided me with the practical advice and encouragement I needed to regain my confidence and excel in my teaching career. Whether I'm on my lunch break, going for a walk, or getting ready for bed, I love listening to this podcast. It's also great to play in the background during low-focus tasks. The hosts, Michelle and Bridget, have done an exceptional job explaining tips and tricks for teachers. Their planner is also the best I've ever tried! The freebie on working only contract hours has truly changed my life as an educator. This podcast has helped me master my time management, productivity, and organization skills.

There are so many wonderful aspects of The Teaching to the TOP podcast that make it stand out as one of the best educational podcasts out there. Michelle and Bridget provide practical advice that can be immediately applied in the classroom and in daily life. They have a great dynamic and their conversations sound natural and engaging without rambling or losing focus. The episodes are well put together and entertaining, making each episode an enjoyable experience. The hosts are relatable because they are currently practicing teachers themselves, which gives them credibility and authority when discussing education topics. They also provide different approaches to various topics and acknowledge that what works best for them may not work for everyone. Overall, this podcast offers valuable insights into teaching techniques, tech tools, organization tips, motivation boosts, and more.

While The Teaching to the TOP podcast has numerous positive aspects, there aren't any major negative aspects that stand out. Some listeners may prefer a more structured format or less banter between the hosts, but these elements add to the charm of the podcast rather than detract from its value. It's important to note that personal preferences may vary, but the overall quality and content of this podcast are commendable.

In conclusion, The Teaching to the TOP podcast is my go-to teacher podcast that I eagerly wait for each week. Michelle and Bridget have created a phenomenal resource for educators with their practical advice, motivational boosters, and insightful discussions. They have inspired and challenged me as an educator, and I'm grateful for their guidance. This podcast encourages me to stay organized, be productive, and excel in my teaching career. I highly recommend this podcast to teachers of all levels of experience as it offers a wealth of knowledge and inspiration for mastering time management, organization, and productivity in the classroom. Thank you to Michelle and Bridget for all that they do!
