The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Dave and Mike are talking the fantastic Xbox/PC game, Death's Door, on this week's episode. From its Zelda meets Dark Souls gameplay, to it's cute but dark style and art direction. This game has everything going for it. A Grim Reaper crow must find and vanquish 3 major souls to unlock "Death's Door" filled with awesome characters, funny moments and dialogue, a terrific soundtrack, and a perfect length. Death's Door is something the Bros highly recommend. The Bros also talk about the Steam Deck. What it is, what it costs and if it's worth it. They then talk about it's direct competition, the Nintendo Switch and it's new OLED edition; mostly about how pointless and disappointing it is for those who were waiting for the Switch Pro. Dave then finishes it up by talking about the new MOBA Pokémon Unite. Dave is a big fan of this game, where you play as your favorite Pokémon in this free-to-play, stripped down, and fun MOBA. The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! First up Mike and Dave talk about the new PS5 trend...Director's Cuts! Both Ghosts of Tsushima and Death Stranding are getting "director's cuts," but it all seems more like just a new name for "Gold Edition." And in the case of Tsushima it might not be worth it to pay for the upgrade. Then the Bros talk Sony's July "State of Play." A rather short one, considering they skipped out on E3 again this year and didn't hold their own event, but we got to see some games. Moss 2 stole Mike's heart with the adorable knight mouse on another adventure. Both Mike and Dave see potential in the possible Metroid-Vania style of the "rabbit with a huge robot fist on his back" game, aptly titled F.I.S.T. Mike was surprised by his interest in the upcoming Hunter's Arena: Legends game with its PvPvE gameplay and anime style. We saw a large amount of combat gameplay from Sifu where are martial arts master ages as he is defeated. Mike and Dave also talk about their interest in Lost Judgement, a game that looks to be in the same vain as Yakuza: Like a Dragon, but with a slight emphasis on being more serious. And finally more Deathloop, which at this point it's just...come on now. The more you show the less we want the game. Mike then talks about his excitement for the surprise announcement of Company of Heroes 3. Although he has never played the original two games, what he saw left him very impressed. You can even download a large chunk of the game for the developers pre-alpha release. And finally the Bros talk about the most important news of all; Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. A Smash Bros.-like game where you can play as characters from shows from all generations of the kids network. Reptar v Powdered Toast Man? You betcha!!! Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike is riding solo in this one as he talks about the things they missed during E3, from S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 to WarioWare and Microsoft Flight Simulator for Xbox Series X. Mike is especially surprised that he missed talking about S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2, as it was one of the few games that impressed him as one of the first true "next-gen" games that he has seen. Mike then talks about game studio Remedy announcing that their "Condor" multiplayer game is indeed a 4 player co-op game, taking place within the Control universe. This is very exciting news to Mike who is a huge fan of the Alan Wake/Control shared universe. The original Control's combat and mission system were seemingly made for a co-op action game and this upcoming game should prove to be another awesome entry from Remedy. Mike also talks Elder Scrolls 6, Aliens: Fireteam Elite, and more! Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave talk about all things E3 2021!!!! They take a look at the Ubisoft, Devolver, Xbox/Bethesda, Capcom, and Nintendo conferences. Some of them hits, some of them bizarre misses; the one thing that was clear during this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo was that it was no longer the place for big reveals. From Capcom's lackluster show, to Ubisoft just laying out it's upcoming slate like a digital catalog, it was up to heavy hitters Microsoft and Nintendo to pick up the slack; and they were up for it. Xbox never had what Dave would call a big "bop", but introduced 30 pretty awesome new titles, 27 of which were coming straight to Gamepass and quite a few as exclusives; once again cementing Xbox as a gaming heavy hitter. Nintendo meanwhile came out swinging with Metroid Dread and a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Breathe of the Wild 2. We also saw more of the highly anticipated Elden Ring and trailers for Evil Dead: The Game and Jurassic World: Evolution 2. Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Dave kicks the episode off by talking more about his experiences playing Super Animal Royale over the weekend. From the progression on rewards, gameplay, and more, it seems like Dave has had fun with this new Gamepass game that is also out now on PC as well. Mike then talks about the new Fortnite Season 7. Aliens have invaded the island and the game map has changed, UFOs are everywhere, and the Battlepass system has been reset and changed a bit. Mike is especially excited about Rick from Rick and Morty being an unlockable character as well as Superman coming later this season. The Bros then talk about the new Battlefield 2042 trailer. While the game engine looks impressive, Mike and Dave are unsure about what the game might bring to a very bloated genre that it helped to launch into popularity. Finally, the Bros are finally talking about Biomutant. Mike and Dave hate the narrator and story choices, are unimpressed with combat, but love the style and look of this game. This is a game they've been anticipating for over half a decade, but would rather see free on Gamepass or half the price of other AAA releases. Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave talk about the most recent Chivalry 2 Beta ahead of its June 8th release. How has the game changed since the Bros played it back at PaxEast? The Bros talk about how the game plays, some of the new game modes they've tried and whether or not the game has enough meat on its bones to keep players interested for the long term. Also, Mike and Dave briefly talk about the upcoming season of Fortnite, some final E3 2021 predictions or hopes and Mike talks about being pumped for FarCry 6 after the newest gameplay trailer was released. The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! The Bros are talking Sonic Central predictions and Mike finds out a terrible truth about Dave; he hates Sonic!!! Their friendship may never be the same. Mike and Dave also talk about their E3 predictions from the conferences officially announced so far. Might we see some of the long gestating Metroid Prime 4? Maybe some Perfect Dark or StarField? Dave gets Mike excited at the prospect of a new Splinter Cell. Mike also wonders if Gamepass is slowing down or if there are simply no big games coming out during this time for Xbox to put on their platform. Finally it's free play week in Star Citizen until June 2nd. This is the perfect opportunity to try this much talked about alpha, especially as it is fleet week and many of the games' ships are available to rent in game for free. Use Mike's referral code STAR-KYZN-34NK and if you decide to buy into the actual game you'll get 5,000 extra in game currency! Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave talk about crossplay accidentally getting unlocked in Destiny 2 about 6 months early. Enjoy it while you can before its locked again until the fall. After that the Bros talk about their game predictions for the next announced Star Wars Celebration as well as why they aren't excited for Battlefield 6 and what if anything could make them excited for this franchise again. The Bros also talk about how late to the party the new Stargate: Timekeepers game is. A game based on a niche show that ended over a decade ago. Mike then talks about his time thus far with Resident Evil: Village and he might be the only one so far who does not seem to enjoy it. Mike talks about the lack of horror, the ridiculousness of the monsters and story, and the feeling of simply moving from cutscene to cutscene. After a superb reimagining in Biohazard, this game is a bit of a disappointment. But at least the Bros are excited for the imminent release of Mass Effect: Legacy! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave talk about Zero Point Batman's arrival in Fortnite following his crossover comic series. Mike really digs the new outfit. After that the Bros talk about their final thoughts leading up to the release of Biomutant. The "May the Furrth" trailer may have scared off Dave with it's last gen graphics and vehicles, but Mike remains all in on some karate fighting, toilet brush wielding rodent gameplay! Mike and Dave also talk about Nintendo's new game building program for kids that will teach kids (and adults) how to program their own games. The Bros also talk Apple v Epic and Activision's new business model of "make everything like Call of Duty." Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! Mike and Dave are talking about a movie in this one! Don't worry though, its a video game movie. The Bros are talking about the 2021 film Mortal Kombat. Mike and Dave talk about the overall look of the world the game presents and how closely it adheres to the games. They then talk about the new main character created just for the film, Cole Young. Does his character work or should he have been replaced with maybe an established character from the games? Mike and Dave then talk about the fighting in the film and the use of classic special moves and fatalities, which this movie gets very right. Then to wrap things up the Bros talk about what characters they'd like to see pop up the most in future sequels. Enjoy this shorter episode!
The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Dave gives his final thoughts on Outriders and the Bros talk about the newest Nintendo indie games announcement. Mike then talks about the most expensive and one of the most controversial games ever to be developed (or developing); Star Citizen. Mike talks about the history of this game, from the creator of Wing Commander and Freelancer, from it's successful Kickstarter in 2012 to it's reports of money and people mismanagement, accusations of vaporware, feature overload, and years long alpha. After following it's production and drama for years Mike finally bought a $45 pledge ship and jumped into the 'Verse. What Mike found was the bones and structure of an amazing game, maybe the first true sci-fi simulator, but one that is plagued with bugs, unfinished features, and a scale that is to be so large, that it may indeed never be finished. Nevertheless it is an experience that Mike keeps jumping into. Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Dave talks about his experience playing Outriders thus far after reaching level 20 and putting in 10-15 hours. Though the game is a bit straightforward and the story and voice acting is garbage, the mod system is amazing and the combat feels awesome. Mike and Dave also discuss MLB The Show 21 coming to Xbox GamePass (and possibly Battlefield 6), Titanfall content coming to Apex Legends season 9, and the new digital E3 2021 and how the game conference might work in a digital space. The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Dave and Mike discuss the online reaction to the latest "Games with Gold" line-up, the disparity between it and PlayStation Plus monthly games, and whether or not it should continue. Or if Xbox Live should be dead altogether. Long live GamePass!!! The Bros also discuss the the new season of Fortnite, as the island goes Primal! Mike talks about all of the new aspects of the game that are keeping it fresh even after all this time; from upgrading weapons with bone, to running from or training raptors and wolves. Mike and Dave also take a look at the latest out of CD Projekt Red. Their latest update patch for Cyberpunk 2077 was underwhelming, they have the staff to work on two AAA games simultaneously, and they are effectively scrapping the standalone multiplayer component of Cyberpunk 2077 to focus on adding online features to other games going forward. Is CDPR distancing themselves from their failed cyber dystopia? Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! My friends, we have gathered here today to say goodbye to our beloved friend, Mario Mario as it he is laid to rest on March 31st...or so the internet is saying. Mike and Dave are discussing the removal of many things Mario by Nintendo on that day as his anniversary comes to a close. Mario Game & Watch, Mario 35, and Super Mario 3D All Stars, will all be removed from both physical stores and digitally on March 31st. Mario 35 will actually no longer be playable from that date forward. Why? 'Cause Doug Bowser says so! The Bros will also be talking about their brief time playing Marvel's Avengers in Next-Gen. The look of the game, the speed of loading, the cool haptics on the PS5, and how Dave's Series X version was a seamless update, while Mike had a very annoying time on transferring his PS4 save file off that version of the game so that he could put it on the PS5 version of the game. Dave and Mike also discuss Outriders coming to GamePass, Ubisoft Connect possibly being part of GamePass, Microsoft possibly buying Discord and more! Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! Mike takes a look at Surviving Mars in this "Post Game" presented by Two Player Bros!!! Mike has been watching a lot of The Expanse on Amazon Prime and so he's been looking for a game to fill that realistic sci-fi itch. Enter Surviving Mars. Mike has tried and failed to play this game for years, but with his newfound interest, being the game of the month on Epic Games' store and on Xbox GamePass for PC and Xbox, he thought it was the perfect time to discuss this easy to pick up and play, but very hard to master Mars colonization simulator! Mike talks about the style of the game, from the visual design to the the soundtrack. He also talks about the the realism that the game presents you with as well as the numerous updates that Paradox Interactive and their partners have been implementing throughout the years. The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave begin by talking about the first gameplay footage of Alien: Fireteam by Cold Iron Studios. Mike digs the Alien style and the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer vibe that its giving him as well as the variety in enemy-type and amount of upgradable weapons. Dave can appreciate the style and graphics of the game, but isn't super impressed. The Bros then discuss the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game TMNT: Shredder's Revenge. Dave is underwhelmed by the style and type of the game after getting very excited by the intro. Mike is cool with any Turtles game he can get his hands on. Dave and Mike then discuss why its hard to please TMNT fans. From what the game's genre should be and how the fan base is spread between numerous iterations and tones. Mike and Dave then dive into the problems plaguing Marvel's Avengers. From the slowed level grind, not enough end game content and a lack of transparency or game roadmap. The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave start the show talking about the first 2021 Sony "State of Play." Death Loop disappoints and Kena impresses while the most interesting announcement to come out of the presentation is an expansion to Final Fantasy 7: Remake coming to the PlayStation 5. The Bros then discuss the Outriders demo that has given players a good taste of what to expect from the main game. Part Division, part Anthem, and part Mass Effect, this game is impressing them with it's fun powers, quick and smooth action and good main voice actor. Mike and Dave do go over a few of their smaller gripes that don't take away from the fun of the game, but do irk them a little. Plus Epic Games purchases MediaTonic. Mike takes a look at Spider-Man: Miles Morales in this "Post Game" presented by Two Player Bros!!! Mike talks about the first "must buy" game for the PlayStation 5. Miles Morales might not represent the height of what next-gen means, but it is still an amazing (pardon the pun) game in terms of gameplay and story, and it is definitely one of the best looking games out there today. Mike talks about how this game is more than just Marvel's Spider-Man with a new character and fresh coat of paint. Miles Morales has enough content to be it's own full priced game. While a tiny bit shorter than the original, the game has no shortage of side content, random crimes, and collectables to keep you going. Miles' Spider-Man is fairly different from Peter Parker's as well with his Venom powers and shortage of gadgets. If that's not enough to hook you the awesome story will. The Bros talk The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword rerelease on Switch as Fall Guys coming to Switch. They discuss the awesome looking new Mario Golf: Super Rush, as well as their thoughts on the new Super Smash Bros DLC characters, Star Wars: Hunters, and more! Mike and Dave also discuss how PlayStation developed MLB: The Show 21 is also coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X this year and how and why a company like PlayStation, who has consistently been unwilling to play ball (pun intended) with other console companies, is suddenly putting one of their biggest titles on another system. The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! That's right. Mike couldn't think of a title! Mike and Dave review Hitman 3 and talk about the sheer replayability of the game's mission and the amount of freedom the game affords you while still giving the player a few set story conditions and objective from which to complete their contracts. Dave gives his take on the new GamePass game Cyber Shadow, a retro ninja game in the vein of the original Ninja Gaiden. He discusses the fun of the game and the generous use of checkpoints, as well as the strange way in which the game paces out your upgrades. The Bros then go into their initial impressions of The Medium; Xbox Series X's first true next gen game. And the Bros thoughts are....meh. While technically impressive with it's dual world view, the old school tank controls and set camera, to the character's sloth-like movement speed and overall lack of fear makes this horror game a drag to play. Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house. Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse.... Except for Mike from Two Player Bros who keeps telling himself that this is the last random crime or fixer mission he'll do before bed, but he knows that he's just lying to himself because there will always be another....and another...and it's going to be 5am again before he puts his controller down. That's right. Under the right conditions Cyberpunk2077 is good, very good. But those conditions are top of the line PCs or the latest next gen systems, PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X. Mike talks about his initial impressions his first six hours playing the game. From how the patches have fixed the game so far, to how the Series X mediates much of the issues on previous gen consoles. He'll also talk gameplay; including how combat feels, treating the game as a true RPG, and the amount of detail that has gone into creating this game. It's another solo Mike outing! In this episode Mike brings you an update on his search for the elusive next-gen consoles. He may have found the gateway to getting one; a way that uses the scalpers own methods against them... Mike also talks about the latest games he has been playing... The complete Hitman 2 was on sale during Black Friday and Mike picked that up; both because he is a fan of the series as well as the fact that the developers, ioi Interactive, are making the next 007 game. He'll talk about what he enjoys about the game and what needs work if they plan to tranfer the same type of gameplay into a James Bond adventure. Then Mike steps into the new indie asymmetrical horror game, In Silence, in early access on the PC. He discusses how the monster in both design and gameplay is cool, but how the lack of variety and progression for both monster and survivors (as well as some big bugs) holds this fun and frightening game back a bit. Alex and Mike Butler team up to hunt down some ghosts in the massive PC/VR indie-horror co-op game; Phasmophobia, on this episode of "Post Game" presented by Two Player Bros! The OG Bros talk about how this Early Access Horror hit was made by one developer on using Unity Engine and assets. This single person is taking suggestions from the fans and is constantly bug fixing and stabilizing their game while also consistently adding new features. They'll also discuss how the game effectively creates fear and dread despite the fact that it is meant to be played with teams of 4. The use of sound, imagery, speed, and setting create the perfect environment for scares. Phasmophobia makes fear a fun group experience. Mike and Alex then discuss their most memorable moments playing the game as well as the parts of the game that need work and new features that they'd like to see...while running in fear. It's time to drone up and get hacking as Mike takes on Watch Dogs: Legion in this episode of "Post Game" presented by Two Player Bros! In this shorter episode of 2pB, Mike is may be talking about Watch Dogs by himself, but he's certainly not alone...he has all of London to help him! This third entry in the Watch Dogs franchise truly makes good on its promise; you can find an recruit anyone in the game world to join Ded Sec, the hacktivist group your characters are working for. The mechanic is interesting and unique, but your mileage may vary depending on how interested you are in this mechanic. On the opposite side of the coin, having no true main character does seem to take away a bit from the story, but luckily all of your operatives have Bagley; a super snarky AI pal that assists you throughout the game. Although at first glance you may believe the game to be a poor London-based hacker version of GTA, the game really takes off on its own path after the first few hours. Once you've completed some of the beginning missions and started recruiting and earning new abilities, the game opens up numerous possibilities to complete missions and turn London's opinion away from the evil para-military organization Albion that has taken over London and turned it into a near complete Facist state. You'll sneak, use spider-bots, numerous drones, tons of futuristic (and some classic) vehicles, lethal and non-lethal weapons, and a very hackable environment to your disposal.. Listen to Mike talk about all this and more! So hit the play button, listen and remember to keep on gaming! Check us out at http://www.twoplayerbros.com/ (TwoPlayerBros.com)! While the United States of America and indeed, the world, watches the end of a tense and stressful presidential election, the world of video games have taken a bit of a back seat. But, that doesn't mean that there isn't news to be had. PlateStation got in some hot legal water over PlayStation 5 customization. Next-Gen keeps touting each old game as having 60fps and quick load times like its a new game announcement. N7 day is almost upon us. Mike and Dave give their first impressions of Watch Dogs: Legion and Mike played the Immortals: Fenyx Rising on Stadia and was left unimpressed. And for anyone hoping (like Mike) for a change to still get a next-gen console before 2021, launch day might be your only option, but there's a catch. Enjoy the episode and keep on gaming!!! Mike and Dave become parautilitarians and protect the Bureau from the Hiss and (in the latest expansion) the Shadow in Remedy Entertainment's 2019 Game of the Year; Control, on this episode of "Post Game" presented by Two Player Bros! The Bros will talk about how amazing and powerful the game makes you feel; from your Jedi-like "Launch" ability to the awesome otherworldly service-weapon. They'll also discuss how the game follows a loose MetroidVania style with its awesome and interesting Oldest House world map as well as how the Hiss enemies were a bit samey and the mods system needs a bit more work. Later on Mike and Dave talk about the world and story of the game. From the obvious influences of Twin Peaks and The X-Files to the world building notes, videos, and recordings strewn throughout the Oldest House, Control does an amazing job of both confusing its players and having them totally believe in this strange, creepy, exciting....and sometimes funny world. The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! The Bros still need a little more time at FBC headquarters to finish their Post Game on Control so instead they are bringing you a quick look at some recent news and rumors along with Mike's mini review of Star Wars Squadrons from EA Games. First, Mike and Dave talk about the PS5's massive scale and the lengths that Sony is going to ensure that their machine runs cool and quiet. Then the Bros talk a little Nintendo. Dave lets us know his thoughts on the rumored Switch Pro and the two new Mario games out right now; All Stars and Super Mario 35. Turns out, Dave just wants that sweet, sweet 3D World remake in March. Speaking of remakes, Dave and Mike's favorite franchise, Mass Effect, is rumored to have its remastered trilogy come out in March. Will the Bros return to the Citadel? And the rumored lack of ME3 multiplayer has Mike kind of jonesing for some of that same co-op experience. Maybe he'll get it when Ghost of Tsushima multiplayer releases October 16th. Then Mike goes into a mini review of Star Wars Squadrons, the new space fighting game. Mike will talk about loving the single player story, being impressed by the level of control and gameplay options, wishing that the game would have more ongoing support, and the fun and difficulty of multiplayer. The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave start with a post "Post Game" on Marvel's Avengers. Then the Bros talk a little on new games coming out that they are excited for before diving into the meat and potatoes of the episode... The CONSOLE WARS! Mike and Dave discuss the PS5 preorder fiasco as well as how gaming systems are setup to sell out or start controversy during their pre-order time because it keeps the hype-train moving. Can a Series X or PS5 be found on release day? Finally the Bros get to the big one; Microsoft has bought ZeniMAx studios, parent company of Bethesda, Id Software and many more! Two Player Bros Assemble!!! The Bros are joining Captain America, Iron Man, and their newest recruit Ms. Marvel on a mission to stop the evil AIM Corporation in Crystal Dynamics' Marvel's Avengers on this episode of Post Game presented by 2pB! Listen in as Mike and Dave break down gameplay, story, grind, and glitches. Mike talks about how this might be the most fun he's had in a game all year, but can't and won't defend all the points that Dave will make about the game being too broken, and too glitchy. They'll discuss the characters in terms of their uniqueness and level progression, the level design, and looter shooter super fan Dave will discuss why the level grind isn't as fun as games like Diablo, or Destiny. On the story front, the Bros talk about how great the addition of Kamala Kahn as the central protagonist of the single player is. Her personality and story, as well as her relationship with Bruce Banner really drives the game forward. They'll also discuss how the last act is hampered by the remaining heroes joining the story and having nothing to do with the plot. Mike and Dave also think Troy Baker's iteration of Bruce Banner might be the best screen version of him yet. So hit the play button, listen and remember to keep on gaming! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave talk about the games announced during DC Fandome. Listen as they meh over WB Montreal's Gotham Knights co-op brawler. It's shrugs all over as this 2021 Bat-Family game will have to do a lot more to impress the the Bros. Rocksteady, as expected, had a fairly good showing in their newly announced Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League trailer. Though the game did not show any gameplay, there was a lot to gleam from the trailer in terms of tone, character and story. Dave loves the Sunset Overdrive aesthetic and they both dig the character interactions shown in the game. Then the Bros talk some industry news! Epic squares off against Apple. Who is right? Who is wrong? Did Epic go about it all the right way? And regardless of who was right, how Epic's win would be in the best of consumers and creators. Meanwhile Activision wants you to pay for a $90 current gen version of Call of Duty: Cold War in order to get the next gen upgrade. Mike finds that a disgusting business tactic when you the game will be available via backwards compatibility already and probably won't be all that improved. Finally, Mike continues his "Road to Valhalla" and his experience with Assassin's Creed: Unity and Dave tells us what he's been playing lately. Enjoy the episode and keep on Gaming!!! The Bros are trying their best to be honorable samurai in 13th century Japan, on this episode of "Post Game" presented by Two Player Bros, but Sucker Punch Studios and those gosh darn Mongolians aren't making it easy! Mike and Dave take a look at Sucker Punch's historical samurai/ninja open world game Ghost of Tsushima. The Bros discuss how amazing the combat and stance system is and also how much work the combat and stance system needs at the same time. They'll also talk about how Tsushima has one of the best and most beautiful open worlds in modern gaming, including waypoints, collectibles, and fast travel. Mike and Dave will then finish it up talking about the story and characters; from our lonely hero, Jin, to a very interesting villain in Khotun Kahn. How the game's story both makes it seem like you have a choice whether to be an honorable Samurai or a deadly "Ghost," but in the end your choices do not matter to the story of the game. They'll also argue about which choice you make at the end is the right and "cannon" choice. So hit the play button, listen and remember to keep on gaming! The Two Player Bros take a look at the latest video game news! Mike and Dave "marvel" at the new adorable minigame gameshow, Fall Guys and the Avengers beta? Not so much. The Bros gush about how much they love those little adorable Jelly Beans as they get splattered, pushed, pulled, and most importantly...fall in what could be the new trend setter of an all new genre of game and Mike and Dave can't wait to see what comes of it. Meanwhile, Sony had a very low key State of Play, showing of games such as Crash Bandicoot 4, Hitman 3 VR, Bugsnax, the Star Wars game Vader: Immortal, and waaaaay too much of Godfall. Microsoft meanwhile has an interesting couple weeks regarding the Halo franchise and their future Xbox plans. Halo's multiplayer is announced as "free to play," but then just a week later Microsoft announces that Halo won't be launching with Series X as its delayed into 2021. The Bros have some thoughts on this. Dave thinks Xbox sends the wrong message blaming COVID-19 as the reason and Mike believes that this delay should cause Microsoft to seek to also delay Series X into 2021 as well. Finally the Bros get into Marvel's Avengers. Dave is NOT happy about the Spider-Man exclusivity and he let's us know it. Meanwhile while both think the game is exactly what was shown in Square-Enix's "Wartable" shows, Mike seems to be warming to the game from his previous position while Dave no longer wants anything to do with it.
