Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced appeared on the PEGI ratings website, but has since been pulled, lending credence to the title's legitimacy. Ubisoft has yet to confirm its existence, but a previous financial results presentation teased an unannounced game for March 31, 2026. In other gaming leaks news, the PlayStation store may have revealed a major franchise character returning to Resident Evil. Art for Resident Evil Requiem features Leon S. Kennedy prominently along with new character Grace Ashcroft. Kennedy has not been featured in a mainline Resident Evil game since Resident Evil 6 back in 2012. An entry for an 'unannounced title' dropped March 31st, 2026 is fueling speculation that the remake will be announced soon. The title is supposedly being made by the Ubisoft Shanghai team, the same studio behind Skull & Bones, which itself started as a spinoff of the original AC: Black Flag. In other news, some old friends will be popping up in Resident Evil: Requiem, but don't get too excited over the possibility of playing as multiple protagonists. Requiem's producer confirmed that past characters will show up, but he said to not "over-hype it." And finally, Nintendo is taking down fan-made character art in Kirby Air Riders, specifically those of a bikini-clad Chef Kawasaki. Yes, that's a sentence you just read.

In today's Daily Fix:Another rumor about the Assassin's Creed Black Flag remake has been making the rounds on the Internet. According to the latest, Ubisoft will cut all the present-day Abstergo portions of the game, and instead will add in new content featuring Edward Kenway and Marie Read. Fans are upset that Ubisoft might cut any of the original content, but this follows recent trends in the franchise, which focuses heavily on the historical eras of the games. The recent Assassin's Creed Shadows, for example, doesn't feature any present-day gameplay sections at all. In other news, developers for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 are backtracking some of their DLC plans. Two of the playable vampire factions will originally going to be behind a paywall, but after fan backlash, they will be playable from the start. And finally, RGG Studio may have accidentally leaked that they're working on Yakuza Kiwami 3.

On today's Daily Fix: One of the original founding members of xbox, Laura Fryer, says that Xbox Hardware is “Dead” and expressed disappointment with the direction Xbox has taken since she was a part of the company. Xbox recently announced a partnership with ROG for their latest handheld, the ROG XBOX Ally X, which has ROG taking care of the hardware and Xbox the software. To her this is an indication that the company is no longer interested in hardware and is the beginning of an exit for them. She now says that she thinks Xbox Hardware is “dead”. Xbox also announced a partnership with AMD which hints at something hardware related being in the works. Will Xbox's 25th Year anniversary reveal what's next for XBOX? On a more positive note, the actor who voices Edward Kenway in Assassin's Creed Black flag has dropped hints at an Assassins' Creed Black Flag remake being in the works. After the many leaks over the years this is the closest we've had to a confirmation. Ubisoft has yet to confirm that the game is in development. Also, EA Sports announces the revival of their College Basketball games after 16 years in a recent tweet. The announcement comes after the NCAA lifted the restrictions over college players being able to earn income from their image and likeness while maintaining an amateur status.
