Marc Malusis describes his home life over the last seven days as a complete biohazard war zone. It started with his wife, Donna, catching a brutal stomach bug from her kindergarten students, leading to a 4 AM vigil. Despite Marc's desperate attempts to fumigate the house with Lysol, the "Vomit Vortex" claimed his kids one by one—featuring projectile vomit in the bedroom, ruined rugs, and a messy Christmas cookie session turned disastrous. With his youngest son now battling Flu A and the rest of the family on the mend, Marc treats his mid-day fill-in shift at the station as a "Shangri-La" reprieve from the clogged toilets and latex gloves of Connecticut. He wraps up with a fiery reminder to all parents: when your wife gives the marching orders to clean the floor, you just do it.

This month we travel back to a banger of a year for our favourite songs of 1992, including proto-post rock, hiphop classics, industrial metal, and enough shoegaze to open a branch of Specsavers opposite a branch of Foot Locker.We've each chosen our 10 favourite songs of the year and sent them over to Colin's wife Helen, who put the playlists together and distributed them so we were each given a playlist of the 20 songs from the other two hosts, along with our own 10. Urban Discipline and Judgment Night made them global, turning street-level anxiety into breakout crossover without losing grit. After decades of lineup chaos and dormancy, the original four reunited, hit the road, and recorded Divided We Fall—a deliberate return to their core sound: short songs, big gang-vocal hooks, and lyrics about a fractured world that finally caught up to what they were yelling in the '90s. Critics mostly agree it lands: some call it their best since State of the World Address, others hear a strong, no-frills comeback that proves Biohazard still matters.
