Drawing on her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, her experience in being raised between three cultures (and being fluent in three languages since the age of 3) and her 30 years of personal development work, Marie-Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to being your full, authentic self in relationship—instead of trying to mold yourself to others’ opinions so you can fit in.Everybody says not to complain, but Relationship Artist Marie-Elizabeth Mali has a different suggestion.Listen to this episode to learn how to work with your complaints in a way that doesn't force you to try not to feel how you feel. Using her easy-to-follow formula, you'll boost your clarity and power to create and have more what you want, so there's less in your life about which to complain! This is what we talk about:How a complaint is a veiled desireHow you can mine your complaints for clues about what you wantWhat works better than complaining, which usually gets you resistance and defensiveness. How this is not about “getting your way,” but about communicating with your partner to get at the heart of the matter at hand, which fosters greater understanding for both parties and therefore, more freedom and security for all.Marie Elizabeth has a free pdf she has made available to listeners here:3 Secrets To Living the Relationship of Your Dreamshttps://memali.com/three-secretsMarie-Elizabeth’s website: https://www.memali.comSocial Media:FB: https://facebook.com/memalicoachIG: https://instagram.com/memali108Twitter: https://twitter.com/memali108LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/memali108Pinterest: https://pinterest.com/memali108YouTube: https://youtube.com/user/MarieElizabethMali Like what you’ve heard? An Easy Fit Life Blueprint--Finally STAY on the Workout Wagon! Hello, listeners! Today on the podcast I share my conversation with Alison Katschkowsky, a fitness and health transformative success coach who helps design fitness and self-care plans for her clients and group programs that work for busy, over-committed people. Her focus is on functional fitness for life rather than just weight loss and 'getting in shape'. Her signature 6 step Fit Life System is at the heart of all her programs. She also does destination fitness retreat experiences in different, fun locations. In this episode, we discuss how oftentimes people think a fitness and self-care plan is difficult and time consuming -- and they rationalize that by telling themselves they are too busy and that others need them -- when underneath that they believe that other things are more important. Alison believes that prioritizing our own fitness is the only thing that will ensure we can actually SHOW UP and do all the things that matter to us. In her view, it should never be an either/or decision -- it should be an and/and. She shares some easy tips that you can integrate into your day-to-day life to feel better, and we also chat about easy mindset hacks to building a habit that works!Alison’s website: https://cufitness.com/Retreat website: https://cufitnessretreats.com/Course site: https://cufitness.thinkific.com/courses/functional-fitness-live-for-youFB: https://www.facebook.com/CUFitness360/IG: @fitstylegalPodcast: https://www.milehiradio.com/the-ultimate-journey-of-self-care.htmlJanelle’s Website: www.emerginglifecoaching.comJanelle’s email: janelle@emerginglifecoaching.comFB: https://www.facebook.com/emerginglifecoachingIG: @janelle.anderson3Theme music by Jared LeDoux: www.jaredledoux.com

She is a speaker, podcast guest, workshop facilitator, author and life coach. Having experienced childhood sexual abuse at a time when no one spoke about it, she carved a path to hope and healing. Building her first million-dollar business as a single mom, she found that there was a need for her voice of hope and healing for other survivors who still thought they were the only one. She went on to build a two-million-dollar business before transitioning to full time coaching and speaking. In this episode we talk about “embracing the unstoppable you,” and how by using your unique definition of success as a mindful filter in making decisions, you can know when to say yes and when to say no. Resources of time, energy and money are limited. When you learn to say no to things that are good, but not in alignment with your purpose, there is room to say yes to great things that are in alignment. In the process you free yourself from everyone else's monkeys that are weighing you down. You free yourself from feeling overwhelmed and procrastinating. It’s been a journey getting here – literally all my life. And my mission now is to help other women, like you, to build this same confidence in who they are.In this episode, I share some of my own journey of getting to this place and three powerful strategies I discovered along the way.1. Spirit Nudges: a way to step back and observe your thoughts and reactions to things. Creating self-awareness in the moment brings a deeper knowing of who you are. The more you know yourself, the better equipped you will be to strip off all that is not you.2. Talk Nice to Yourself: it's better than beating yourself up! Pay attention to the looping negative self-talk and stop them in their tracks. Honor and value your great qualities and unique traits. Speak to yourself lovingly and with kindness. 3. Give Yourself a Hug: fully embrace all of who you are - all your goodness and all your flaws. Accept who you are right now and then decide you are more than enough and you are worth investing in so that you can grow into your best self.I am introducing a resource that can help you be at home in your own skin, too!
