While recovering from a head cold, Johnny found himself becoming increasingly irritated with the question and began wondering when and why it became such a common greeting. While feeling under the weather, he began to wonder about its appropriateness in certain situations. But rather than simply avoiding the question, he decided to experiment with playful and flirty responses to see how people would react. Jordan shares her own disaster story while serving tables at a busy restaurant. She asked a table how they were doing, and they shared that they had just attended a funeral for a family member. Johnny also recounts a recent text from an unknown sender and speculates whether it was a genuine message flirting with him or a bot. Johnny shares his thoughts on taking sleep aids and tweeting. Johnny is trying to explain to his co-hosts who the new Hellboy actor is. He mentions that the actor played a character named Black Tom Cassidy in the movie Deadpool 2, and was also in the new Baywatch movie. Despite these hints, his co-hosts still don't seem to know who the actor is. Johnny also talks about Spielberg's appearance on the late-night TV show Colbert where he discussed his thoughts on UFOs. As a child, Johnny believed in the existence of aliens and UFOs, but as he grew up and saw Navy videos, his beliefs shifted towards needing tangible proof and scientific evidence. He also finds it amusing to think about how future generations will view the current era's fascination with UFOs and the sky's potential threats. In this movie review, we take a look at "The Mountain," a film that tells the story of a young man struggling with depression who goes on a road trip with a seductive doctor, portrayed by Jeff Goldblum. This indie film explores the themes of mental health, love, and the ethical implications of medical treatments. Watch our review to find out more about this intriguing and thought-provoking movie. Dave is struggling to pick a favorite moment from this week's movie. He mentions that Jeff Goldblum's performance is noteworthy because he has a strong presence that helps hold the movie together. However, overall, Dave finds the content to be lacking in humor and lightness, making it difficult to pinpoint a favorite moment. Jordan and Dave acknowledge that the story is a sad one, which may contribute to the lack of relief or lightheartedness in the film. In this episode, the hosts receive a question from Ken about why they haven't covered the Leprechaun movie series. They explain that they are wary of trademark and copyright infringement on YouTube, but have previously interviewed the director of the first movie and even did an hour-long commentary on it. Despite this, they feel that there are likely many other podcasts covering the Leprechaun movies in March, which is commonly known as Leprechaun Month. Johnny expresses his desire to watch a movie called "something about a boat" and raves about how good the title sounds. However, he also expresses their frustration with Apple TV and their corporate strategy, which has made it impossible for viewers to watch beloved classics like Charlie Brown Christmas and Thanksgiving without subscribing to Apple Plus. Despite his grievances, Johnny admits to watching shows like "Shrinking" with Jason Siegel and Harrison Ford, and eagerly anticipates the third season of "Ted Lasso." Johnny also mentioned a new, trippy show called "Hello Tomorrow," Pay attention to the mention of the “drip droll.” LOL. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Which came first: Princess Lilandra Neramani or Princess Leia Organa? These two space ladies have a lot in common, and they also got created around the exact same time. Ryan and Maddy learned a lot about '70s sci-fi history after watching this episode of X-Men: The Animated Series, which introduces tons of other new elements, including: - Banshee's super-powered scream (and also the great new ship of Banshee/Wolverine) - Banshee's bro Black Tom Cassidy and his big wooden stick (and the Juggernaut/Black Tom Cassidy ship) - Gladiator and his big red gloves (which Erik the Red can't help but crave). This episode is pretty gay. Or maybe it's just us? We never know. X-Men Spotlight: Banshee! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! *SPOILERS FOR DEADPOOL 2* Firstly - Stevie is back! And then we open our review episode of Deadpool 2 by discussing Ireland's Repeal the 8th Amendment referendum. Other points raised include Marvel UK's Knights of Pendragon and Schitt's Creek Deadpool 2 Was Shatterstar ever cool? Deadpool as a blend of badass and camp. Did the screenwriters employ the hoary comic book trope of 'fridging?' 'Would that this hoodie were a time hoodie'. Black Tom Cassidy!

It's now two weeks since its release, but we've still got LOGAN fever! Having reviewed the movie in our last episode, we thought this time we should talk more about the man of the moment himself, Hugh Jackman. In this tribute to the man who was Wolverine, we share our memories of first seeing Jackman as Wolverine way back in 2000, and then discuss how important he has been both to the X-MEN franchise and to comic book movies in general. We also pick our favorite Wolverine moments from each of his nine movies in the role, and even reveal our favorite non-X-MEN Jackman performances. It's a total Hugh Jackman love fest. But first, we give our thoughts on the casting of Zazie Beetz as Domino in DEADPOOL 2, the potential title of the upcoming FOX X-Men show, LEGION being renewed for a second season, and - on the comics front - the announcement of a new ASTONISHING X-MEN book. Also, in honor of St. Patrick's Day, we discuss everyone's favorite Irish mutants: Banshee, Siryn, and Black Tom Cassidy. In Episode 105 of CEREBRO, Connor and returning guest Anthony Oliveira become huge and unstoppable with Cain Marko, the jealous Juggernaut! Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Cain is the elder stepbrother of Charles Xavier, empowered by an ancient occult artifact and bent on destruction. One of the most famous X-Men villains, over time Cain became a fairly reliable ally, particularly under the character's signature writer Fabian Nicieza. He won the fan vote for this year's X-Men roster before the tragedy at the Hellfire Gala that launched Fall of X.Cain is often teamed up with Black Tom Cassidy, whom many readers — and some writers, including Nicieza — have interpreted as his romantic partner, but to date this remains subtextual. This episode is very long, very silly, a little spicy, and features a weirdly lengthy tangent about Broadway legend Julie Taymor. The CEREBRO character file on Juggernaut begins at 3:22:45. (¯_(ツ)_/¯)(Content Advisory: Cain's story includes child abuse, including potential implications of sexual abuse.)You can support CEREBRO on Patreon! Our Sponsors:* Check out Drizly: https://drizly.com* Check out Factor and use my code cerebro50 for a great deal: https://www.factormeals.com/cerebro50Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands
