While recovering from a head cold, Johnny found himself becoming increasingly irritated with the question and began wondering when and why it became such a common greeting. While feeling under the weather, he began to wonder about its appropriateness in certain situations. But rather than simply avoiding the question, he decided to experiment with playful and flirty responses to see how people would react.  Jordan shares her own disaster story while serving tables at a busy restaurant. She asked a table how they were doing, and they shared that they had just attended a funeral for a family member. Johnny also recounts a recent text from an unknown sender and speculates whether it was a genuine message flirting with him or a bot. Johnny shares his thoughts on taking sleep aids and tweeting.  Johnny is trying to explain to his co-hosts who the new Hellboy actor is. He mentions that the actor played a character named Black Tom Cassidy in the movie Deadpool 2, and was also in the new Baywatch movie. Despite these hints, his co-hosts still don't seem to know who the actor is. Johnny also talks about Spielberg's appearance on the late-night TV show Colbert where he discussed his thoughts on UFOs. As a child, Johnny believed in the existence of aliens and UFOs, but as he grew up and saw Navy videos, his beliefs shifted towards needing tangible proof and scientific evidence. He also finds it amusing to think about how future generations will view the current era's fascination with UFOs and the sky's potential threats. In this movie review, we take a look at "The Mountain," a film that tells the story of a young man struggling with depression who goes on a road trip with a seductive doctor, portrayed by Jeff Goldblum. This indie film explores the themes of mental health, love, and the ethical implications of medical treatments. Watch our review to find out more about this intriguing and thought-provoking movie. Dave is struggling to pick a favorite moment from this week's movie. He mentions that Jeff Goldblum's performance is noteworthy because he has a strong presence that helps hold the movie together. However, overall, Dave finds the content to be lacking in humor and lightness, making it difficult to pinpoint a favorite moment. Jordan and Dave acknowledge that the story is a sad one, which may contribute to the lack of relief or lightheartedness in the film. In this episode, the hosts receive a question from Ken about why they haven't covered the Leprechaun movie series. They explain that they are wary of trademark and copyright infringement on YouTube, but have previously interviewed the director of the first movie and even did an hour-long commentary on it. Despite this, they feel that there are likely many other podcasts covering the Leprechaun movies in March, which is commonly known as Leprechaun Month.  Johnny expresses his desire to watch a movie called "something about a boat" and raves about how good the title sounds. However, he also expresses their frustration with Apple TV and their corporate strategy, which has made it impossible for viewers to watch beloved classics like Charlie Brown Christmas and Thanksgiving without subscribing to Apple Plus. Despite his grievances, Johnny admits to watching shows like "Shrinking" with Jason Siegel and Harrison Ford, and eagerly anticipates the third season of "Ted Lasso." Johnny also mentioned a new, trippy show called "Hello Tomorrow,"  Pay attention to the mention of the “drip droll.” LOL.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

I am not lying when I tell you that I learnt three things this week, whilst recording Chapter 140. And it wasn't just me, Ant picked up a couple of new nuggets of information as well.On the surface this would seem a good thing, however the danger of all this enlightenment is that when you have a limited amount of spare capacity (cranially speaking) you run the risk of discarding something important to make room for the new stuff. What that means in real terms, is that if you bump into me in Waitrose be sure to ask me about mystery flavours of old sweets in the seventies, the dictionary definition of Droll, Time Lord Appreciators, how best to soften a Spangle in a Parka - but don't ask me how old my children are or what I came to Waitrose for.HNY. Chatting With Sherri welcomes  award-winning writer; Michael Panter! Michael Panter is an English author and journalist with exceedingly high ambitions and a frustratingly low word count per day. A language enthusiast, he speaks fluent Swedish and is well on his way to learning Italian. His writing journey began humbly when, aged seven, he penned the sequel to Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. George Lucas went with Attack of the Clones instead. Michael's love for secondary-world fantasy, meanwhile, was fostered largely by Tolkien. In 2018, one of his novellas, Deathsworn, won a Watty, Wattpad's highest honour, reminding him that he is good enough, he can do this writing thing. “Lilt of a Lark,” his first professional sale, tells the story of a hapless musician who has the power to sway the minds of others through song. Droll, witty, and devilishly handsome, drawing parallels between character and author is permissible. Michael currently lives in Stockholm, Sweden, with his partner Jonna and their one-year-old bear cub, Ivar. He is hard at work on a full-length fantasy novel that he hopes will hit bookshelves before his hair goes grey. Stockholm, Sweden writer Michael Panter was honored at the Writers of the Future Contest his story, "Lilt of the Lark," published in the international bestselling anthology, L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of the Future Volume 38.

Liz Miele is a comedian with dyslexia. She has an eye for spotting comedy in her daily life, and a thousand jokes up her sleeve. Being a comedian fits perfectly with her creative, storytelling brain. Her material comes straight from her experiences — like repeating the phrase “commitmentless sperm” until she can say it smoothly on stage. She puts having dyslexia and all that comes with it in the spotlight. Liz was diagnosed with dyslexia at a young age. Growing up, she considered herself a “con artist” who learned to show teachers what they wanted to see. It wasn't until later in her life that she really understood how her brain works, and that dyslexia could be her superpower. Episode nine comes just in time for National Red Rock West Week! Join in the *new* American tradition of celebrating this 1993 John Dahl neo-noir pic during the first full week of December! Partake in Nic Cage impressions. Reflect upon Dwight Yoakam performances. Droll over JT Walsh style manliness. Blush whenever Lara Flynn Boyle's name is dropped. Smile at the mere mention of Dennis Hopper. Director John Dahl (The Last Seduction, Joy Ride, Rounders) stops by to talk about his second feature film, "Red Rock West" (1993). Noted Bay Area theatre critic and pop culture guru Sam Hurwitt (@shurwitt) swings by for a round of "What Do Ya Know?" Mr. @aj_macready shares his top picks within the filmography of John Dahl; @Dr_David_Banner recommends some films for folks that are fans of "Red Rock West" (1993). But before all that, noted character actor Sean C. Duregger (@seancduregger, The ScreamHouse Podcast) tackles the role of "Michael Williams" (orginally played by Nic Cage) for our reenactment opening. Enjoy this week's episode, kiddies!
