Only two teams began the season with back-to-back road wins, including the Dolphins. Hour 1: Boomer & Gio were impressed with three things Brian Daboll did yesterday in the Giants' win over the Titans. The Jets looked like they always do, not good. Boomer thought a lot of players and teams around the league looked like they haven't played together, mainly because they didn't play together in preseason. Jets fans were chanting for Mike White. Boomer & Bill Cowher got into it about the Steelers on the NFL Today. Ja'Marr Chase's non-TD that actually was a TD should have been reviewed but for some reason the Bengals rushed a play instead. Jerry is here for his first update and Boomer tells him the Cowboys season is over with Dak Prescott's hand injury. He will be out 6-8 weeks. Jerry has play by play from the Giants win against the Titans. The Jets couldn't get anything going offensively. Bucs beat the Cowboys last night and only 1 TD was scored. Dak Prescott needs thumb surgery. The Bengals missed and extra point which would have won the game. The Vikings are back! They beat the Packers 23-7. Tyreek Hill says Coach Mike McDaniel needs a wheelbarrow to his nuts. And John Sterling has a HR call for Oswaldo Cabrera that Jerry doesn't care for. In the final segment of the hour, Gio wonders why Kadarius Toney isn't used more.  Hour 2: Brian Daboll tried to explain why Kadarius Toney wasn't used as much and Boomer thinks something is going on. The Chiefs blew out the Cardinals as Patrick Mahomes threw 5 TDs. WR Justin Jefferson had a great day for the Vikings as they beat the Packers. The Mets took 2-of-3 from the Marlins over the weekend. And the Yankees took 2-of-3 from the Rays. Albert Pujols hit HR #697. In the final segment of the hour, the Baker Mayfield revenge game didn't go as planned. We also took calls from Giants fans reacting to yesterday's game. Lena from Lake Grove calls in for the first time in years. She is fired up about the Giants.  Hour 3: Lamar Jackson reportedly turned down a $250 offer from the Ravens because it was not fully guaranteed. Boomer says we are going to see a $75 million a year QB. Jerry returns for an update but first we go over our NFL picks from Friday. The Giants beat the Titans and Jerry has some play by play clips. Jerry has audio from around the NFL from Sunday. The field in Chicago was a mess due to heavy rains. The Mariners did us a favor and beat the Braves. In the final segment of the hour, Boomer has a lot of Jets historical stats and they are not good. Is there any chance the Jets go back to Mike White? Hour 4: Russell Wilson and the Broncos take on the Seahawks tonight. We take calls on the Giants' win. Boomer was happy for Saquon Barkley. We also take calls from angry Jets fans. Jerry returns for his final update of the day, but first Boomer says Sean Payton is on the way to take that Cowboys job soon. Dak Prescott injured his hand and needs surgery and is out 6-8 weeks.
