La respiration module énormément de fonctions : nerveuses, cardio, émotions, musculaire, circulatoire, présence, état psychique, ondes cérébrales. Elle soutient une santé optimum et invite à une hygiène de vie faite de bon sens. La respiration permet un corps en bonne santé, donc des fonctions vitales efficaces et de là, une santé sexuelle optimale pour jouir de sa sexualité. La respiration de qualité prédispose le corps à bien fonctionner. Dans la sphère de la sexualité, la respiration est intimement liée à l'excitation, la présence, la détente, le ressenti, le plaisir et l'orgasme. A l'inverse, négliger la respiration crée de nombreux effets négatifs pour la santé et surtout pour la sexualité. Intéressez-vous à votre respiration, surtout si vous avez des difficultés sexuelles. Mais au-delà de la résolution de problème, il y a surtout un monde beaucoup plus vaste. La respiration est souvent sous-considérée, sous-estimée voire survolée et encore moins approfondie dans l'expérience assidue. Néanmoins, de plus en plus de livres nous aident à comprendre l'importance et les puissants pouvoirs de la respiration (de la santé à la sexualité, il n'y a qu'un pas). La respiration est sous considérée en sexologie. Pourtant dans certaines pratique la respiration est centrale: yoga, arts martiaux, méditation, pleine conscience, cohérence cardiaque …etc La respiration module les fonctions du corps, active, stimule, apaise, nourrit, calme, ancre, détoxifie, et je dirai même qu'elle relie. Elle pourrait un jour, si ce n'est déjà le cas pour vous, être une voie de jouissance incontournable. A chacun.e de se mettre en chemin et de découvrir pour lui-même.La théorie permet au mental de s'ouvrir et d'appréhender. L'important au final, c'est l'expérience, la découverte par soi-même grâce à un peu de nouvelles habitudes et de discipline. Ce podcast est une invitation à découvrir plus.
