Web and Mobile App Development (Language Agnostic, and Based on Real-life experience!)
It takes an effort, a rather significant one, to get things right. You want to build a secure, scalable, cool mobile app but it can't be at the expense of User Experience. It definitely can't. I'll share a recent horrendous experience with a mobile banking app. #projectmanagement Manage projects on https://snowpal.com!

I may have mentioned before that I was a college DJ during the time when hip-hop music came of age. And one of my favorite songs of the era was Sally, by Stetsasonic. And years after my college DJ years (but I'm still a DJ…virtually at least) I had the opportunity to moderate a tech panel at Georgia Tech, and one of the panelists was Glenn Bolton, aka Daddy-O… co-founder of Stetsasonic. It was great hearing Daddy-O talk about technology and his experiences in business and the impact modern tech has had on the creation process. But at the time he hadn't picked up the mic in a while. But a few years ago I started seeing videos of Daddy-O rapping again. And then I was on LinkedIn one morning and saw that he posted a sneak peek clip of Daddy-O and the whole Stetsasonic crew teasing a new song. The fact that they hadn't made an album/DVD is about 30 years but still sounding great really stopped me in my tracks. And the fact that I saw this first on LinkedIn – and not YouTube – really stood out to me… that is after I came down from the excitement of seeing them all back together sounding and looking great after all these years!

Wooot wooooooooot Today I share my absolute most powerful Morning Scripting Intention Setting Affirmation.... It works It works It works.. Yes it takes some time during your morning.. Yes you have to commit to this.. But It works It works It works. You will begin to feel better.. Buzzing...yes...Buzzing... and you will take that frequency with you as you start your day .. and your day will respond.... Yes you will still experience contrast.. things you "don't like" or prefer.. Of course you will... Don't try and run from that or judge it... But look to be so powerfully aligned with what you DO want... That those things dissipate and begin to bounce off of you.. Yes it will happen.. and yes it does work.. The affirmation will be available as a link on Likeattractslikeevolution.com Read it or write it every morning and comment and write to me how powerfully your experience changes! In this episode I give some further thoughts on the idea of radical mormons and what their rules might be (1:04). From there I break down a kind of ridiculous tweet I saw on Sunday and give my take on why it's not very well thought out (6:00). I then pivot to giving my own take and putting Fast and Furious 9 on blast (10:21) - be warned there are spoilers. And then I finish it off getting Casey Sato's take on why he likes the entire franchise and what it is that he gets out of it (18:08). As the host of Death, Sex & Money, my job is to ask my guests to talk about the things "we think about a lot and need to talk about more." And sometimes, talking about hard things that you don’t have much practice talking about...can be unsettling and uncomfortable. It can also feel like the deepest exhale you didn’t know you were waiting for. I've experienced this as both an interviewer and as a participant in the conversations on this show. We've been talking a lot about hard conversations recently, as my new book, "Let's Talk About Hard Things" is about to be released into the world. So today we thought we'd look back at seven moments in our show’s seven year (!) history that I remember as the squirmiest, most stomach-ache inducing, unsettling, powerful, hard—and, ultimately, some of the most meaningful—conversations that have ever happened on Death, Sex & Money.
