Welcome to the Wyness Shuffle administration special podcast, covering all the recent events in the tumultuous and dramatic world of Inverness Caledonian Thistle Football Club. Join Andrew Moffat, Andrew Young, Stevie Riley and guest panellist and season ticket holder Jamie MacKinnon as they discuss the recent events. The boys focus on the call for help from the administrators, Alan Savage laying down the gauntlet, the subsequent shareholders meeting and what the future might hold. Plus an exclusive interview with the insolvency expert who presided over 7 SPFL club administrations, Bryan Jackson! 00.01 AN INTRODUCTION TO BOMB DISPOSAL The boys overview the recent events and talk a bit about James Bond and defusing bombs. 05.15 THE PERILOUS TIMELINE We go through the timeline of events from 16 March to present day focusing on the BDO statement, Alan Savage's press conference and the resultant events. Was this a calculated risk or a finitely managed plan? Why were no offers received? Why has it taken so long to get the shareholders to agree? Why is the shareholding ‘a dog's breakfast'? What happens with the land around the stadium? And what needs to occur to force through a CVA? 23.36 SHAREHOLDER'S ASSEMBLE A meeting of 10 major shareholders was held on Wed 19 March which those present have called ‘transformational'. Former ICT Vice Chair Allan Mackenzie said the response was ‘very positive' and offers ‘reasons for optimism' and that there is now a ‘way through' these issues, and that he was now – as of Wed afternoon – speaking to BDO to expedite the process through the means of a CVA in order to secure a buyer. 39.01 TALK TO ME: SCOTTISH FOOTBALL INSOLVENCY EXPERT BRYAN JACKSON An exclusive TWS interview with Scotland's foremost expert on football finances. A man who has been at the forefront of no less than SEVEN SPFL club administrations. Mr Bryan Jackson, of Finance firm Johnston Carmichael. And it was Bryan who actually put ICT and BDO together back in October, after speaking with Alan Savage himself, so he was ideally placed to comment on all the goings on, and he's got some great one liners, which always helps. 1.31.05 BACK TO THE FUTURE Following events discussed in this podcast, Alan Savage confirmed he will advance discussions with a number of businesses to try and secure key funding. Presumably that would then form an official bid for the club. He said ‘the fog has lifted' and moves to secure a buyer can now be ‘rekindled.' Who might be part of his consortium? What are the Highland council meetings about? How quickly does all this need to happen in order to retain the football licenses with the SFA and SPFL, to retain the squad for next season? And we discuss Savage's comments about Caledonian Stadium and a potential move away from the banks of the Moray Firth. There's it.
Not only "Mr. Fit-It"... he's also got some chops! Sit in with Bryan Jackson!
On this latest edition of Tunnel Vision USCFootball.com's Ryan Abraham and Connor Morrissette (aka "Triple-Double") are back in studio to recap USC's 35-31 win over Texas A&M in the Las Vegas Bowl, giving the Trojans a 7-6 record that included a 4-5 Big Ten record and two wins over SEC opponents. Training 24-7 late in the third quarter, quarterback Jayden Maiava and the Trojans scored touchdowns on 4 of their next 5 drives, taking the lead with just 8 seconds left in the game to secure the victory. Ryan and Connor give their thoughts on what they saw in Las Vegas, including the roller coaster performance by Maiava, the emergence of freshman running back Bryan Jackson behind a young offensive line and the Trojan defense stepping up with some great second half adjustments. The guys also talk about how this game mirrored USC's opener in Las Vegas, a come from behind win over LSU where USC also scored the game winning touchdown with just 8 clicks left on the clock. 30 Years ago Bryan Jackson experienced a very unusual near death experience. Bryan was an alcoholic, failed in rehab, and had simply given up. Given up on life, given up on everything. During his NDE, Bryan didn't have a chance to go to the light or see heaven. Instead, he went to a void, a place he calls hell because nothing was there; no light, no happiness, no joy, no peace, no love, no friends, nothing. Above all else, there was no God. What he learned and how he recovered are the lessons to be learned in this episode. Today Bryan is one of the most positive, optimistic people you will ever meet. Join us as we learn about his journey!_____________Video versions of this podcast: https://www.youtube.com/@roundtripdeathRoundTripDeath.comDonate to this podcast @ https://www.roundtripdeath.com/support/

In this episode of Flanigan's Eco-Logic, Ted speaks with Bryan Jackson, Vice President of Sales for EnergyAid, a leading provider of high-quality service, maintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations for residential solar customers. EnergyAid bridges the gap and offers dependable assistance, ensuring residential solar investment operates at its peak. The management of EnergyAid has collectively over 100 years of experience in the solar power industry and is passionate about making sure system owners realize their expectations when it comes to system performance, utility bill reductions, and a positive effect on greenhouse gasses.Born and raised in California, Bryan has seen the industry grow firsthand. He started his career in solar on the sales end, dealing with consumer frustrations that arose when original installers went out of business, or failed to provide the necessary service and maintenance required. That led him to providing the much needed residential solar service and repair solutions at EnergyAid.He and Ted discuss the future of the solar industry, as Bryan points out is still in its infancy, and EnergyAid, which he predicts will be part of the service-first business model as it continues to mature. The company is expanding across the Western states, and has recently opened a location in Arizona. They are also working with new technologies, such as EV charging, which is a large component of the future.

USC's recruiting has been the hottest subject all June closing in on a Top 5 class. But it felt like the staff took the weekend off compared to the previous weeks leading up to the dead period. Even with no big-name commits, the Trojans hosted a defensive lineman from Pennsylvania and found out that another linebacker wants to take an official visit in July when the dead period ends.Sometimes recruiting Plan A doesn't end up going as planned for the coaching staff. Does the staff have a backup plan for running back in the 2024 cycle, or is Bryan Jackson the guy? However, the same can be said for the recruits too; Are the Trojans back in the game for Long Beach Poly linebacker Dylan Williams? USC has a chance to fix something the previous staff may have broken. The summer's dead period is almost here. So while the team is going through their player-run practices this summer, I have a few rhetorical "What If..." questions for the fans. Such as "What if Pete Carroll was never hired to coach at USC?" After a break due to some family emergencies, the crew of Aaron Barker, Bryan Jackson and Erica Sauer are back at it! Are we seeing the beginning of another pandemic? Orange County, CA has declared a state of emergency due to an increasing number of RSV cases among the young. Many are leery of such drastic measures, since we've spent the last two-and-a-half-years under the fear spell of the mass media. Human Rights Attorney Leigh Dundas took to the city council meeting to make sure they heard her voice and disagreements.Video: https://www.facebook.com/johnathandoe222/videos/552216023406797/ Yet another winner was declared in the lottery, but Bryan takes issue with how much the winner's going to receive. But Bryan also wants everyone to know that he does not play the lottery - especially those who go to his church. Is Erica ripping off old people? One man found a way to hide his lotto winnings from his family. Is voting Biblical? That really depends on what you mean by the term "biblical." Does the bible require it? Does it condemn it? The answer may surprise you - or upset you; either way, you'll see what the crew has to say about it.Are we ready for transracialism? Rachel Dolezal is still black - what does that mean for "biology appropriation?" What in the world is that? Mixed in with all of this are those who call themselves something they are not, like the mute woman who "sang" Whitney Houston. We get a #SoundOff asking about the Trinity and whether it is Biblical. Bryan takes the question first, then Aaron follows up with some scripture backing the idea of the Trinity. But, does one need to believe in the Trinity to be saved? Then, it's on to Bad Theology! Is God pro-choice? One Pastor says yes, while the God of the Bible says something totally different. The crew finishes out the show with the world-famous "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot" where they scour the internet for stories that make you say, "What the Foxtrot?" Sex, pics of private parts, higher education, and video games that kill. Hosts Tyler Hubert and Bryan Jackson pick up where they left off in part 2 of this two part series. This time they talk about inventory management practices with Rich Schlipf and Chris Stoller from Schlipf Precision Ag out of Indiana and Aaron Ehnle from KE Precision Ag in Illinois. Rich and Chris start off the episode discussing how they are using Quickbooks, their likes and dislikes about it for their business, and how they feel it falls short for their inventory needs. Next up, Aaron discusses the thought process that led him to select a program called Inventory Now. The hosts close the episode by looking back over all three interviews (part 1 and part 2) and giving their takeaways and final thoughts.
It's the last episode of season 6, and it's an action-packed one! Once the agents get a few mistakes off their chests, they try to break out of the Vault and escape up to Earth. But the agents discover that escape isn't so easy.... especially when there are teenage devils to persuade, key codes to guess, clingy girlfriends to dump, riddles for Casino to answer, and selfless acts to perform. Will they escape? And what year is it out there....?Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal NewmanThis podcast features the song “The last sipper and a ring” by Subhashish Panigrahi, copyright 2018
In part one of this two part series, hosts Tyler Hubert and Bryan Jackson sit down with Hans Jensen, a Premier Dealer from Dalhart, Texas. The hosts talk with Hans about what program he is using to manage his inventory in an effort to understand his thought process when making this selection. What they found out was this selection was about inventory and so much more. Please stay tuned for part two in a couple weeks when the hosts talk with two other experienced dealers, Rich Schlipf and Aaron Ehnle, on this same topic.
The agents are still stuck together in the Vault, 24/7, and it's transforming them into different people... mothers and Don Drapers and Avon Barksdale types. Tense from being in the Vault for so long, the agents turn on each other. Each agent falls under scrutiny, and comes out looking suspicious, what with Kettle having shot Bobby in the last episode, Bobby having no past, Casino having borne the devil's child, and Corny's big, blank eyes. Mind games give way to pointed sidearms.... but, luckily, Mary's there, watching....Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal NewmanThis podcast features the song “The last sipper and a ring” by Subhashish Panigrahi, copyright 2018
This week, the agents learn that kidnapping and interrogating a potential alien is harder than it looks. Since the previous episode, the agents have kidnapped George (formerly known as Michael), the Amazon deliveryman. George avoids the agents' attempts to trick him, answers their riddles, and even withstands Casino's advances. His empathy helps the agents realize that they're not living normal lives anymore. Despite this, things go haywire, and let's just say that "little" Lucifer learns about death this episode.....Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal NewmanThis podcast features the song “The last sipper and a ring” by Subhashish Panigrahi, copyright 2018
It's a big day in the Vault: Casino introduces her new son to the podcast listeners. She asks the guys for help raising the baby, but unfortunately they're not totally sure the baby should live. Meanwhile, Bobby's investigation is starting to point to Kettle as a possible alien, and we learn that Kettle's doctor is not a doctor. Both Bobby and Corny recount odd experiences they had going home, with Bobby's man cave now a she shed, and Corny's house now a ghost host. The agents agree that they feel safest in the Vault, and may just live there permanently.....Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal NewmanThis podcast features the song “The last sipper and a ring” by Subhashish Panigrahi, copyright 2018
This week, the agent's come to the horrifying conclusion that time doesn't move at a normal rate when they're in the Vault.... after all, Bobby's suddenly out of touch with youth, Casino's missing issues of O Magazine, and Corny's mom is a year older now. They try to focus on work, including Bobby's movie-related theories, Kettle's alien traps, and footage from the door cam. Plus, Mary the Google Nest witch has gotten into Taylor Swift, and the gang prepares the operating pool for the birth of Casino's devil baby.Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal NewmanThis podcast features the song “The last sipper and a ring” by Subhashish Panigrahi, copyright 2018
After squabbling about chores, the agents share their updates. Bobby is uncovering patterns among the Blu-Rays, and Kettle is administering polygraphs on his days off. Kettle plays a tape of a session with Terrance Hardly, who claims to have been to Area 51. Plus: Corny joins up as Kettle's apprentice once again; Casino asks the guys if they've ever seen Rosemary's Baby; and it's Kettle's birthday!Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal NewmanThis podcast features the song “The last sipper and a ring” by Subhashish Panigrahi, copyright 2018
This episode was recorded after another long week in the Vault, and the agents are not happy. They're thirsty, they have an unfair meal rota, the guys are treating Casino like their mom, and Bobby has developed some bad habits. The agents do a teensy amount of investigation into a strange catalog, looking for clues that it's for Martians, and hatch a plan involving the Google Nest. But by the end of the episode, the agents have gone completely feral, and regress to talking about their favorite topic from episode one, their genitals.Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal NewmanThis podcast features the song “The last sipper and a ring” by Subhashish Panigrahi, copyright 2018
If you found yourself humming the bars to a Lynyrd Skynyrd tune after reading this episodes title, you're welcome! Thankfully this episode will NOT include any of the hosts singing; instead we dive into how to wrap up the planting season right. Hosts Paul and Tyler are joined by Bryan Jackson and Nate Kincaid to share the lessons they have learned over the years on what to do before you put the planter away for the year. We discuss recommendations on what to look for, how to approach the winterization process, and why this process can be so valuable for growers and dealers alike.
It's season 6, and the agents have been reassigned (demoted) to the FBI's UFO Unit. We find out that Kettle is also testifying at the Depp vs. Heard trial; that Bobby's still in therapy; that Corny thinks there's something odd with the Google Nest; and that Casino doesn't know what an Eiffel Tower is. The episode was recorded at the end of a five-day shift in the Vault, which is why the agents are so punchy and filthy, spending an inordinate amount of time describing their own, and each other's, genitals. Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal NewmanThis podcast features the song “The last sipper and a ring” by Subhashish Panigrahi, copyright 2018

The Top Chef talk begins abruptly at 21:45. So continue to live your life devoid of fun and skip ahead, or listen from the start for the good stuff. This week it's just Jamal and Bryan and we've decided to tank this episode so that Reaves doesn't have to worry about the show being good without him. We also talked about Top Chef Season 19, Episode 7 "Swallow the Competition". Also Bryan learns that Bryce Dallas Howard is Ron Howard's daughter, Where'd Buddha get the gator?!, Jamal is still looking for his Now And Laters, and is Padma beginning to usurp Tom as head judge? All of that and nothing else until you bring me $600,000 is unmarked bills in a suitcase at midnight on Gapstow Bridge in Central Park on this week's POD CHEF! ----more---- Subscribe for new episodes every Monday. Specifically Top Chef Season 19, Episode 6 "Trail Blaze-HERS". We also have a lot of fun talking about corn ice cream, Jamal got to play basketball with Tom, Reaves actually said the words "Chris Gethard hates me, Bumblebee" - which is a joke that 10 people get, and we remind our fans where they can send any negative thoughts they have. This week we're joined by close personal friend, returning guest, and honorary amigo quatro - Kevin Bartelt (Hollywood Handbook, Flagrant Ones, Teacher's Lounge... basically all your favorite podcasts)! Kevin helps us recap Top Chef Season 19, Episode 5 - "Don't Mess With BBQ". Which we start chatting about at 37:45, but then you'd miss some great small talk with our guest! Also... Jamal apologizes for giving Bryan a hard time about the editing after he failed to edit last week's episode, we get a confusing email from Awesome Con about our acceptance into their show, Bryan's audio is bad because he's a new uncle and in a hotel, and Chef Kevin shares a sandwich story... All of that and nothing else unless you can prove to me that you aren't an undercover cop on this week's POD CHEF! Special thanks to Kevin Bartelt for coming back on the pod. This week the three amigos are only dos as Bryan had to miss the record, but he edited the episode and wrote this blurb so it's sort of like he was there the whole time. Also Reaves and Jamal were joined by Daisy and Daffy, who from what I can gather from the episode are just random people they invited to be on the show? I don't know, but they seem fun. And at 32 minutes in I figured out they were doing a Doppelgänger, we'll be right back. This week they watched Top Chef Season 19, Episode 4 and then they start talking about it at 33 minutes in. They also discussed Tom's new venture into the world of NFTs "CHFTY PIZZA" which would've been a solid bit if I was there, Jamal DIDN'T EAT DINNER!?!?!, they make a very quick trip into the writer's room, and in what I think was a Pod Chef first - they didn't talk about a single dish in the elimination challenge... truly we are... the Official Top Chef Podcast. All of that and nothing more until you give us the antidote, on this week's POD CHEF! Daisy and Daffy were played by Annie Barry (IG - @barryisscary, Bandit Theater, Big Fish Pacific Northwest) and Zahnae Aquino (IG - @zahahanae, This Show Will Make You Famous). The Top Chef talk kicks off at 29:35 if you don't like it when we chop it up with each other. This week we watched Top Chef Season 19, Episode 3 "Noodles and Rice and Everything Nice" and we talked about it with our friend Alex Kazanas (One Piece Podcast, Super Art Fight). But before we get a chance to settle in WE GET PROPELLED RIGHT in to the Elimination Challenge because Hung hates Quickfire Challenges! Also Alex teaches us what One Piece is (apparently it's not porno?), talk about Peter Jackson kind of a lot, and we ACTIVATE SLURP MODE! Though we don't recommend it, if you want to skip the first half of the show and go directly to the Top Chef talk, it starts at 35:40. This week we watched Top Chef Season 19, Episode 2 "Friday Night Bites" and we didn't even talk about it... SIKE! We talked about it A LOT! Especially that insanely complicated Elimination Challenge... AND LAST CHANCE KITCHEN IS BACK, SUCKA! Also Tom gave us our report card for our last season via a recorded phone call. Then we do our best to de-escalate the brewing tensions between The Foot Clan and the Beehive, Reaves fucked up his dinner AGAIN!, and Jamal unveils a new segment! To record their last podcast episode of the season, the agents gather at Casino's house for coffee. The agents get an update from Bobby on his mental health, and the standard therapy he's done with Casino. Kettle then opens up about getting plastic surgery to make him look like an amalgamation of Dexter and Corny for his new undercover look. Casino plays a tape from her French/Jewish wedding day with the alleged murderer Chef Luc, which involved confessions, gunshots, cigarettes, stereotypes, wedding vows, and poems. The agents ask for their wedding gifts back. Lastly, Corny plays his recording, which captured his discussion with the Nature's Sunshine CEO Lula Pew and her two strange board members. This tape was weird. Kettle offers a toast to the season, then he and Corny leave Bobby and Casino to their safewords....Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal Newman.Check out PodChef, a Top Chef podcast hosted by Jamal and Bryan! At an underground coffeeshop, punk baristas bully the agents for being uncool. Kettle shares a clip from the wire he wore at a Blue Lives Matter meeting, which turns out to be populated by a mix of Southern and Australian people. On the wire, we hear Kettle's double-undercover character tell the police supporters what the Black Lives Matters protesters are saying (to their dismay). Kettle has another tape of an exciting hostage-taking moment, but it's in his car, so instead the agents audition to play the parts. Lastly, the other agents give their updates: Bobby's in therapy with Casino for his PTSD; Chef Luc's new signature dish is a wedding cake, and he's marrying Casino (in a brown dress and fishnets) next Tuesday; and Nature's Sunshine has both a booster shot available, and a line of condoms that raise the risk of pregnancy. Then, right before the agents leave the shop, a man with a gun bursts in, and all hell breaks loose....Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal Newman.Check out PodChef, a Top Chef podcast hosted by Jamal and Bryan! At a homey, Southern coffeeshop, the agents hop into high seats and chat about Brazilian butt lifts. Then, Corny asks for help dealing with an investigation into the Nature's Sunshine vaccine, which Kettle got (along with some of the side effects). That leads the agents to a scary question: will they be prosecuted for crimes committed while undercover? Kettle shares his experience being sent to Rikers after his last undercover mission, and the others apologize for not visiting. Bobby then updates the agents on Sw33tgr33n, and they sidebar without him to confer about his amnesia/denial. At a loss for how to help him, the agents give Bobby a little hug, and then carry him back to the office.Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal Newman.Check out PodChef, a Top Chef podcast hosted by Jamal and Bryan! After dealing with a depressed barista, the agents get an update from Corny about Nature's Promise's newest product. Then, the agents get to hear an excerpt from Bobby's wire, including a nerve-wracking conversation with Tony and an altercation with two Australian criminals. Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal Newman.Check out PodChef, a Top Chef podcast hosted by Jamal and Bryan! At an unusually pretentious Caribou Coffee, the agents have to barter for regional coffee from Gardenia, the barista; luckily Corny, has Nature's Sunshine butt spray to trade. Once they're settled, Bobby fields a call on Tony's phone from someone demanding money. Kettle shares the logistical struggles of coordinating a disaster between the two BLMs. Casino reveals that she said "oui" to Chef Luc's proposal, but found something disturbing in his bathtub. Also, Tony seems to be using Bobby's badge to steal drugs, keeping Bobby out of the action with a ruse. Last, Gardenia returns to complain about the spray.Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal Newman.Check out PodChef, a Top Chef podcast hosted by Jamal and Bryan! At Peet's Coffee, the agents deal with an unusual barista, then score a booth. Bobby realizes that he's accidentally swapped pants with his boss, Tony. Casino asks for help understanding Chef Luc's new modus operandi. Kettle shares an excerpt from a speech he gave at both BLM meetings. Lastly, Corny practices selling a sugar alternative to the barista. Improvised by: Jesse Chimes, Isabel Galbraith, Bryan Jackson, and Jamal Newman.Check out PodChef, a Top Chef podcast hosted by Jamal and Bryan! The agents meet at Starbucks this week to discuss their undercover operations. The gang helps Casino figure out Chef Luc's modus operandi, and yet Casino is reluctant to wrap up her inquiry. Kettle admits that he's fitting in more with the Blue Lives Matter group than with the Black Lives Matter group, prompting a thoughtful discussion of race and identity. The gang also cautions Bobby not to get in too deep with his boss Tony, who's been taking drastic steps that may be connected to open criminal cases. Meanwhile, Corny is dealing with recalled products from Nature's Sunshine, including cashew milk and contact lens solution.
