Hiring the Best: 101: What are JD's single biggest lessons on hiring the best talent? What have been some of JD's biggest hiring mistakes? Why does JD believe founders need to be as good at firing as they are hiring? Does JD believe people can scale with the scaling of a company? If they do not scale, do you layer them or do you let them go? How does JD determine whether to bring in an external candidate vs promote someone from within? 3. Product Differentiation is not Sustainable: Why does JD believe that product differentiation is not sustainable? Why is UX as a moat BS? How does this lead JD to suggest Salesforce is a short in the public markets? Why does JD believe that Snowflake is also a short? What does Snowflake teach us about the different stages of product market fit? What are the biggest mistakes founders make when analyzing product market fit? 4. Remote Work, Titles and Entitlement: Why does JD believe most tech employees treat their employer in the same way French citizens treat the French government? How does JD analyse the impact of remote work on both productivity and culture? Why does JD believe titles are BS in the beginning but matter with scale? Why does JD believe that you should not hire for the long term?

Living the life we want requires walking on a rocky path. But with different tools, religion, and spirituality, we can make it through and attain an enjoyable life.Tune in as Amrit Singh discusses how he reaches his goal of living his pleasant life with yoga and how spirituality can help us be better people.Summary:Sometimes in our lives, we stumbled and struggled to get back up to continue our journey. Discover how we can reach our goal of a prosperous life and the tools we can use to be better people.Let us hear high-performance spiritual and life coach Amrit Singh as he dives into the path he takes to reach a peaceful and prosperous life through meditation, yoga, and spirituality. Amrit began to stray from the road when he was 14 to 15 years old and began consuming cigarettes, cannabis, etc. During that time, a friend introduced him to a yoga teacher who was eager to assist them, which piqued his interest in yoga. He finally broke through his toxic way of life through yoga after repeated efforts and was able to stay free from it for 25 years. Amrit is assisting people in identifying and implementing the most critical aspects of their lives to live the way they want to.Quotes:We must recognize that until there is a dollar sign at the end of someone's advice and assistance, their heart is in the right place based on the reality that they have operated inside.Be kinder and open your heart, and things will improve. Don't be an asshole.Being prosperous is about good health, good relations, enjoying your life, having a nice place to live, and seeing your children go up.Our job is to find a way to show them that the lenses don't need to be tinted and that they can just live clearly and let life be.Religion is authenticity. It's telling you to be yourself.Takeaway:When you're good at something, such as sports or writing, the ego factor comes with it. And we need to be careful with it.Money is an expression of energy, a tool we utilize to exchange goods and services. The more you stack them up, the less you can use them. What we educate the next generation is unrelated to what we tell the next generation. Our actions impact the next generation up to seven generations in the future. If you can use going to church as a tool to be a better person, then do it because that's what makes you better. As humans, we value authenticity in others but not in ourselves. So mimicry will not assist you since it will gradually fade away. While Neil Young may have been a rebel in the 1960's and 70's he is nothing more than a NPR listening, coco drinking, warm sweater wearing, sellout. "Keep on rocking in the free world" Neil is demanding Spotify remove Joe Rogan from it's platform and Spotify chose Joe. Oooops! Now Neil is back tracking a bit. Principals take a back seat to income. Is all lost? No I don't think so. Listen and let me explain.
This year we are talking about our feelings about the current generation of consoles.
Those who can't do criticize those who are doing, typical of those in looser mode or what?! Just like those who gossip, same shit, different name~ This is a little ASMR piece for you, all of you who are trolled by idiots and get mad......have a laugh and remember, hurt people hurt people so trolls are nothing but hurt people. Poor bastards, wait until Karma repays them for all the shit they try and do to others..........then they will have something to truly cry about~ Love and Light~~~

Is a new Civilian Conservation Corp coming our way? Will people make the "Sacrifice" to join? Volunteer teachers? Should we be doing more targeted community service? Not the "feel good" once every other month of community service. When was the last time you saw a "Flash Mob" in Colorado Springs? Can Universal Basic Income help in the artistic community? A War tax? Will China fill the void in Afghanistan? What should be done with anti-society, anti-government personnel in the military? It's been suggested we keep retired generals off TV. Give us your thoughts. The National Defense Authorization Act is loaded with goodies that Congressman Doug Lamborn is taking credit for. There's a few in there "We" don't like. In fact, there's quite a few.
