The Av8life Flight Club is a community of Aviation enthusiasts that was founded by today's guests, Jon Dale and Justin Lukasavige. Both dreamed of being pilots growing up, but only Justin went into flight school right after high school. Jon's life took a different turn and he went the entrepreneurial/business route. After 7 years working for commercial airlines, Justin decided to step away and focus his time and money on his budding family. Jon and Justin met when they started working together. Justin encouraged Jon to pursue his dream of getting his pilot's license in his 40's. By the time Jon got to his test he realized he had already spent $18k, and that this was going to be an expensive hobby. The two would go on Jon's first licensed flight together and start to brainstorm ideas on how they could get paid for their passion. Av8life was created in December 2021 and, with a compelling story, they've been well received. What You'll Learn: How Justin transitioned from an employee to a business owner. How a business partnership is like a marriage. What gap Aviate Life is looking to fill. The one leadership principle all entrepreneurs should have. Favorite Quote: “If you're going to start a business, you have to be able to say I'm all in.” -Justin Lukasavige
About Luke:Until the age of 35, Luke worked as an engineering consultant, predominantly within the Oil & Gas industry. However, the sacrifice of time that working around the UK and offshore required, led him to seek an alternative path. Luke started investing in property in 2011 alongside the day job and has since grown a seven figure property portfolio in his hometown of Hull & also East Yorkshire. With a strong focus on raising the quality of rented accommodation in the local area, whilst delivering a management service that tenants quite often struggle to get elsewhere.Aside from growing his own portfolio, Luke assists busy professionals via a successful property deal packaging business. Buy, Refurbish & Refinance has been the main strategy utilised over the years with a selection of flip projects, title splits & planning gain projects too. Developing methods of finding fantastic direct to vendor deals along the way.By his own admission his biggest mistake was keeping his first 5 years in property a secret from just about everyone. Since that time Luke has completed multiple projects with joint venture partners & has joined an illustrious club of investors by being featured in YPN Magazine twice! Luke has also teamed up with fellow highly respected property investor Jon Dale. Together combining 25 years of property experience, to deliver new and exciting actionable property education via Go All In Education.About your host, Tej:Tej graduated from King's' College London with a BSc Biochemistry in 2014, he then pursued a career in Medical Education and Marketing. Soon after his second job… he was fired! A moment of relief and freedom was what he felt, not sure what his mother felt when he told her he was jobless at 23…He then went in search of a more ethical path, a business he could set up where the reward was equal to the work put in. “If they are making pounds, why am I making pennies?” - was his thought process, not happy with slow progression and bureaucracy (& having to wear smart shoes everyday). This lead him to opening a Recruitment business (not sure where the ethics went) which doubled in profit every year, for 4 years. He hated it. Golden handcuffs they call it.Fortunately, he used the cash he'd built up from that business, to educate himself in Property Investing. Soon, he'd stopped the business and transitioned into Property Investment full time. He then had a slow start -Purchasing 15 properties in his first 9 months, using over £650,000 of Investor Finance, he built a £1,200,000 property portfolio and created £30,000 of profit from flips. This gave him ‘financial freedom', but it was the most stressful period of his life. Growing quickly is very painful.Let's not forget that his Podcast grew to be the most-reviewed UK Property Podcast, peaking at 4,000 unique downloads per episode. His Podcast (Tej Talks) now sits at 660,000 downloads in over 100 countries and has 489 reviews, rated 5/5. Nita hosts her friend and business partner Jon Dale in this terrific reality check on how he brought consistentency to his exercise efforts for the first time in his life. This is such an inspiring talk to Nita who has bounced in and out of being physically fit and could never stay within the best range of fit because the toxic abusive environment she lived in could not allow this for her. Within this podcast Jon details that even as a youth and young adult in his role as an elite athlete Jon's internal emotional-mental chaos kept him from finding consistency and happiness in exercise. These last three and a half years Jon has broken a devistating grip of addiction and battled to find inner peace through hard mental and emotional work to understand why he's always been in mental-emotional chaos and put into practice many incredible tools to cope and build healthy habits that bring him an inner peace he's never experienced before. With this inner peace he has discovered that for the first time in his life his exercise is hitting a level of consistency mixed with a trust of self to just keep at it day in day out. No longer is training, exercising, being fit something that torments him but rather something that inspires him. Listen to this engaging conversation and see if anything within it resonates on your battle to bring consistency to your fitness life. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/infinitywarrior/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/infinitywarrior/support
Like crawdads in a pot, we struggle over one and other to escape the broiling death below. Chitinous claws and furious tail swipes can only get you so far alone. Well THANK GOD we have a neck full of beads and a fat cocktail in both hands to help us forget about all this societal rot! This week we head back down to the bayou and explore Louisiana with our journalist friend Jon Dale! He'll give us the scoop on all the breaking news in The Big Easy! Is the food really that good? Is the culture only about drinking? Is the Boss Baby just too sexy? Listen in and decide for yourself! Find Jon HERE. Find Tim HERE. Find Stuart HERE. Find Anthony HERE. Find Camden HERE.

Welcome to the AndSons Summer Series. To mix things up (and to give them some vacation time), Sam and Blaine invited six of the Wild at Heart team to select and introduce their favorite past AndSons podcasts. First up to bat is Jon Dale - and he chose episode 73 featuring Dr. Randy James from True Life Medicine in Colorado. Dr. James redefines what being well - and what being sick - really means. In the process, he reveals how our culture and Western medicine have confused us about the best ways to care for our bodies - and why true wellness always involves the mind, soul, and body.

Greg Allan Podcast | Life, Performance, Mindset, Family, Business, Money & Health
Jon Dale: Small Fish Business Coaching: I've never been a tradie except for one summer working as a lawnmower man's sh*tkicker in Sydney in 1992 and an electrician's sh*tkicker in Darwin in 1993. England were losing the Ashes – I copped it. I studied Chemistry at uni, realised I was more interested in people and went into sales & marketing. I saw big businesses all following clear rules for what to do to succeed – I went on some courses and I saw that small businesses didn't. And I thought “I'll show them – I'll be a business coach.” I've made it my business to learn the detail, how to structure and systematise a business (specifically a trade business) so you don't have to start from scratch. I know what to do and I know what not to do as well (buy me that beer and I'll tell you the story – I failed, got very ambitious and lost it all). So I know business, not trade – you know your trade. I live near Byron Bay. I don't surf but I do kayak. I like to cook, eat, drink and have fun. I don't want to only work. And I don't want that for you either. Almost every tradie I've ever spoken to spends time in the evenings on bookwork - quoting, invoicing, paying people and bills..... (When I say Tradie, by the way, I mean Trades Business Owner - you've got guys working for you and you're running a business not swinging a hammer) Almost every tradie I've ever worked with spends his days running around like a blue-arsed fly trying to keep everything going and everybody happy. It's stressful, they say. And almost every tradie I know is making less money than he wants or less than a lot of his customers. Sound familiar? It doesn't have to be like this - there are things you can do to change it (and there are tradies who have 1 or 2 or 3 of those problems licked). I built the Tradies Toolbox Coaching Program to help my tradie mates and my tradie clients fix these problems and make themselves (and their wives) happier. If you're a tradie and one or more of these things is frustrating you, then I can help. The coaching program will show you strategies to help you turn the moving parts of your business into smoothly operating machines and extract you from them, too. Imagine that! It all working perfectly while you direct proceedings. I help people build a marketing machine that finds the right kind of customers; a sales machine that turns those people into paying customers without loads of nighttime quoting and a delivery machines that completes jobs on time, on budget and without defects. And you'll build a slick back-end to hold it all together without stress, you'll work on yourself so you get out of your own way and you'll work on your team so they are the best they can be. Connect with me here to talk about whether I can help you or jump on our website and download the quoting worksheet a (below) to get to know us more slowly. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/gregallanpodcast/message

We roped in And Sons strategist Jon Dale to riff on a growing concern. It’s education. Problem is, when most folks think of education, they think of mining textbooks for answers other people already know, taking multiple choice tests and reading dusty books, all because they have to. In short, we think of the system designed to make industrial workers for a world that doesn’t want industrial workers any more. In this episode, we discuss the alternative: how to love problem solving, how to fail, and how to love of the unknown. If you grew up (like we did) in a public education system that, however well-intentioned, remains rife with problems, it’s not too late to start learning.

Blaine and Sam are joined by Jon Dale and Justin Lukasavige from the team to share stories about who we admire. It's a practice that we don't always think to do, but that can be surprising and helpful. So, who do you admire and try to emulate?
Jon Dale is a member of the Ransomed Heart and And Sons teams, and while his work these days revolves around bringing the kingdom his journey didn't start there. Dale began early as an entrepreneur and has spent his life thinking about how to walk well in business and calling.
Ever heard that the same convictions that help you handle scarcity also help you handle plenty? Turns out it’s true. In this episode, we sat down with two men on our team, Bart Hansen and Jon Dale (who have at times led companies and at other times lacked two nickels to rub together) to ask a simple question: what do you wish you had known about money as a young man? From living simply to taking risks to choosing when not to lead, this conversation is full of gems for every man.
