Kathryn Anne Ptacek was born on September 12, 1952, in Omaha, Nebraska, United States, but she was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She received her B. A. in Journalism, with a minor in history, with honors from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, in 1974.[1] She was married to Charles L. Grant from February 1982 until his death in 2006. She has also edited several anthologies of short stories. After losing her 4-year-old granddaughter, Maggie Grant, to acute myeloid leukemia, Lori Luckhard wanted to do something. One of the ideas that she came up with was having a banner placed at the Cullman County Courthouse where the names of children who have battled cancer or are battling cancer can be written. Another idea Lori taking orders for gold ribbons, an effort started by Lana Turner & #FightlikeLanaGrace. When it comes to support, the City of Cullman, Cullman County, area businesses, families, & individuals have done a great job getting behind these efforts. Very shortly after the birth of her son, Kathryn Grant suffered a rare but serious condition called Postpartum Psychosis. She and her son were hospitalised at a psychiatric Mother and Baby Unit, where she was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder.   Kathryn had suffered from periods of depression throughout her twenties, whilst working in the City. Now it all made sense: and as she recovered from the psychosis she gained a great deal of understanding around her mental health and wellbeing. Pastor Casey Tinnin joins Jeff and Allen for a discussion about personality typing, self-knowledge, emotional intelligence, relationship styles, and more as we dive deep into “heart-centered” types and the Enneagram in general. Pastor Casey Tinnin, in addition to being an Enneagram guru, is the pastor of Loomis Basin Congregational Church in Loomis California and one of the co-creators of Intersections which is a support group that meets once a month to deconstruct their evangelical past. Casey also created a non-religious LGBT teen group, The Landing Spot, that meets once a month.
