We're back with another episode of our first ever AI audio conference. In the last episode, you heard about using Perplexity AI as a research assistant. Now, you will discover another AI tool to take ideas to implementation through writing.   You know the importance of promoting your business. In the age where content is king, consistently writing and posting about your products or services is necessary for your business's survival.    But carefully planning and writing that content takes time. A lot of time. This is what our next speaker, Neha Naik, discovered as she grew her two tech-based recruiting businesses – RecruitGyan and The Profitable Recruiters Blueprint.   Neha even hired a content writer, hoping that would lead to increased efficiency and productivity in developing, writing, and publishing content. Instead, they both found themselves still drowning in the administrative burden of these tasks. This inefficiency led Neha to Jasper AI – a digital writing technology that has transformed her company's content marketing processes, streamlined the work of her content writer, and supercharged the productivity of her team of 40 people.     In this episode, Neha explains she uses Jasper as a digital writing assistant to: Enhance customer engagement through catchy phrases, witty questions, and attention-grabbing headlines, Translate industry jargon and complex ideas and concepts into words that even a child can understand,  Jumpstart social media polls and email campaigns, and much more!   Not a recruiter? Don't dismiss this episode! We promise you will learn things about Jasper that you can immediately apply to revolutionize your digital marketing processes. So, be prepared to take notes and your writing to the next level with words that will not only captivate but convert your online viewers and visitors alike into paid customers!  This episode also contains a demo of Jasper AI.

Your host, Sri Chellappa, talks with the Founder and CEO of RecruitGyan, Neha Naik. AI has become increasingly accessible and is now impacting workplaces daily. Neha delves into how AI is revolutionizing HR functions, particularly recruitment and talent identification. AI is here to stay, while it may replace some jobs, it also provides an opportunity for upskilling. Neha believes that AI can take over the grunt work and administrative tasks, allowing HR professionals to focus on more meaningful interactions with candidates.Neha shares that AI has been particularly useful in improving the candidate experience, optimizing recruitment data, and reducing bias in the hiring process. However, she also discussed the potential biases that can arise when using AI in recruitment processes. AI may reject candidates based on factors such as test scores, education, or lack of a college degree, which can be biased against individuals who may still be qualified for the role.Neha emphasizes that the responsibility lies with the leadership team to ensure that AI is used as an enabler rather than a crutch. They should actively evaluate the data being fed to AI, conduct Q&A checks, and make informed decisions based on the AI's evaluations. She also highlighted the importance of human involvement in the recruitment process, as AI may not always make accurate judgments. To learn more about Neha's work, click HERE and HERE.Think you'd be a great guest on the show? In this episode of the Thoughtful Entrepreneur, your host Josh Elledge speaks to the Founder & CEO of RecruitGyan, Neha Naik.Neha, the dynamic leader of RecruitGyan, explained that her company primarily works with tech startups, helping them scale their teams and find the right talent. They also extend their services to enterprise companies and individuals seeking career transitions. With a focus on roles in product engineering, product management, product design, UI/UX, and data science, RecruitGyan is a crucial player in the tech recruitment industry.Neha advised against treating hiring as a last-minute triage situation and emphasized the importance of creating a strong first impression. She suggested being active on a chosen social media platform and offering competitive benefits and compensation to attract high-calibre candidates. Nia believes that if companies pay below market value, they will struggle to attract the desired talent and may become stuck in a frustrating cycle.Neha observed that many companies are transitioning from fully remote to either entirely in-person or a hybrid model. However, she warned that abruptly moving to an in-person work environment without any transition period can lead to employee turnover. People have grown accustomed to the flexibility of remote work and prefer working from anywhere at any time.To address this, Neha suggested a shift in measuring employee performance. Instead of focusing on the number of hours worked, she recommends evaluating output based on milestones and the quality of work produced. This allows employees to have more flexibility in their work hours while still being accountable for their deliverables.Key Points from the Episode:Discussion on the current job market and the impact of layoffsStrategies for attracting and retaining top talentFocus on roles in product engineering, product management, product design, UI/UX, and data scienceCompanies scaling back after the initial push for remote work during the pandemicCaution in hiring due to the impending recession and focus on profitabilityImportance of creating a strong first impression and being active on social mediaOffering competitive benefits and compensation to attract high-caliber candidatesTransition from fully remote to in-person or hybrid work modelsAbout Neha Naik:Neha Naik is a multifaceted entrepreneur who has founded and led three thriving businesses. Fear just never really goes away. We all have fears, and it's a psychological way for us to protect ourselves. It's a biological thing, right? If we did have fear, we'd all be jumping off a cliff because we wouldn't be scared of anything. Now, as an entrepreneur, though, you need to understand that while fear is a good thing, if you give it too much influence, it's going to hinder your growth because your ego wants to be stroked all the time. However, those are also essential steps in getting seen by the right people. We include topics like certifications and degrees for those wondering how to navigate the world of job searching. Create A Better Resume With Your Approach There is value in including the right keywords on your resume. However, you can create a better resume by adding details about how you applied those skills and what you have done. The key to a good resume is showing how you brought value to the positions you held in the past. That sets the stage for convincing the interviewer that you can also do that for them. Neha is a successful 4x entrepreneur and business owner all while raising 2 toddlers! Amongst her many roles and achievements, she is a certified sleep consultant and a coach to other mom entrepreneurs. She works with children from birth to age 5, drawing on her years of experience and training which includes a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Psychology, and a Master's in Medical Sciences. She was frustrated at the lack of solutions (and sleep!) available to her when her firstborn started waking up every hour on the dot at four months. Neha, an Indian woman, took the help of sleep consultants but was left unsatisfied as they were oblivious to different cultural norms that ethnically diverse households take into account when parenting. She is the only certified minority sleep consultant that promotes the holistic approach of including parents, and grandparents, in the sleep training – understanding that their cultural norms play a major role in their decisions and often that also involve all parties (in-laws and grandparents included). The Sleepy Cub was born and she shares part of her journey in this conversation. You can learn more at https://thesleepycub.us/ and on her personal website https://www.nehanaik.com/. Enjoy this conversation, and good luck keeping up with Neha!
