This week's topic is about the residual value when leasing and should and buy the car when the contract is over. When it comes to driving a car, the common question is, are you better off buying or leasing? On the whole, having two separate leases will cost more than purchasing a car outright. The other question is . . . Should you buy a car when the contract is over or lease again? If you want to save money typically the answer is yes and this is where residual value comes into play. What’s the residual value of your content? ❗️Problem 1: You’re treating your content like it’s disposable which makes you have to work harder and has you under-appreciate what you’ve created. ❗️Problem 2: You’re limiting your reach by not repurposing your content in different mediums online and offline, which has you waste energy and opportunities that could have been redeemed if you had thought to use your content that way. ❗️Problem 3: You have no brand container for your content so others relate to it like random, one-off videos. This prevents them from sharing it with others or knowing how to talk to others about what you do. This sentences you to hustle every day because tomorrow your message has evaporated and your people have forgotten what you’re about.
