Poco a poco vamos llegando al final de temporada antes del necesario descansito veraniego. Pero no os preocupéis, porque estas últimas entregas van a estar cargadas de cosas interesantes, y si no surgen muchas novedades, siempre nos quedará Molyneux (ojo, que amenaza con volver, ya os contaremos…) ¿Qué tal un poco de Unreal Engine 5 en PS5 para ir abriendo boca?. Es muy potente lo que hemos podido ver de los chicos de Epic en esta presentación, que ha servido como aperitivo True Next-Gen y ha vuelto a traer a la palestra la nueva máquina de Sony (como efecto colateral). También tenemos un primer picoteo de Ghost of Tsushima de Sucker Punch Productions. Cualquier excusa es buena para volver al Japón feudal. Desbarramos un poco sobre esto, nos hacemos muchas ilusiones para la próxima generación y pasamos a analizar los títulos que han caído esta semana en nuestras manos. RodoR odia Ubisoft. RodoR ama Ubisoft. Estas dos realidades contradictorias se dan la mano en el análisis de Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, un título gigante, lleno de iconitos, pero también de aventura y horas (y horas) de contenido. En la Abadía rememoramos algunos momentos que desconocíamos del desarrollo de Prince of Persia, en el que, como no podía ser de otra manera, nuestro estimado Abad estuvo implicado. Mientras tanto JK anda entre los laberintos brutalistas de Naissancee y las perspectivas muy locas de Superliminal, dos propuestas distintas, imaginativas y que os sorprenderán. El mini retro de esta semana nos lleva hasta finales de los noventa con MDK, un juego que, si se os escapó en su momento, sería necesario que rescatáseis ASAP. Finalmente, Travol ha decidido volver a visitar Rapture con Bioshock , aprovechando el pack disponible con las tres entregas de esta saga, - edición mejorada mediante -, y nos cuenta que tal le ha ido entre Big Daddies, Splicers y plásmidos. Spoilers: parece que vamos a tener una cuarta entrega aunque no próximamente.
