Tre Boston is an NFL defensive back who has played seven seasons with the Panthers, Cardinals and Chargers. In his second season, Tre was a member of the 2015 Panthers that won the NFC championship and reached Super Bowl 50. After three seasons in Carolina, Tre played one season with Arizona in 2017, one season with the Chargers in 2018 and then returned to Carolina in 2019 and 2020. In 2021, he was waived by the Panthers and didn't play for an NFL team. 1. Based on the intel you have, why did the Panthers decide to take Jaycee Horn over Justin Fields, and why do they think Sam Darnold can be the long-term answer for them at QB? 2. Outside of Jaycee Horn, which Panthers rookie do you see making the biggest impact this season? 3. Last season, Christian McCaffrey, the focal point of the Panthers offense, only played three games due to various injuries. With the NFL moving to the new 17-game regular season format this season, how much do the Panthers plan to lighten CMC's workload, if at all? Is he still worth the first overall pick in fantasy drafts? 4. The Panthers have one of the NFL's rising stars at WR in D.J. Moore. Despite playing with five different QB's over the past two seasons, he's totaled 1200+ receiving yards each year. If he plays as good or better in 2021, can you see the Panthers extending him some time before the 2022 season? 5. Do you think Brian Burns solidifies himself as a top-10 pass rushing DE this season, if not top-five? 6. Listener question: Is Ha-Ha Clinton Dix still an option at safety or is there another FA target the team has its eye on, like bringing back Tre Boston? 7. What position battles will you be keeping an eye on as soon as the Panthers begin training camp? 8. WAY TOO EARLY Predictions -Panthers 2021 MVP: Brian Burns/D.J. Moore -Panthers 2021 Breakout Player: Donte' Jackson -Panthers 2021 Bounce-back Player: Yetur Gross-Matos -Panthers final 2021 regular season record, place in division, playoff seed: 10-7 9. Aside from boycotting the NFL, what can we do to hold the NFL accountable for not caring whatsoever about the physical and emotional safety of its female employees? 10. During your experience working in the sports industry thus far, were there times you ever felt mistreated because you are a woman? What can us men do to be the best possible allies for you and all of our sisters in this field, or in any field?

On this intro-less episode of It Is What It Is, Tre Boston talks about being a leader on a young Panthers defense, what he's seen from Matt Rhule and much more before Teddy Bridgewater reveals the mistake he made last year in New Orleans that embarrassed him, the lessons he's been imparting to his backups and how he created the Panthers playbook in Madden to help himself learn the offense. Luckily #DennHateWeek is historically the shortest week of the year....because it's Déjà vu back here as the Bruins and Hurricanes meet again in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Chris, Bobby and Denn fire off their pregame trash talk, they talk Teddy Bridgewater's latest Twitter reach out, Tre Boston's elevated role on the Defense, how the NFL is handling COVID-19 and much more. Also, Bobby has never heard the song "We Didn't Start the Fire" which is suspect.
The guys talk NFL training camp and the changes due to Covid, Ways to optimize and handle training camp as a younger player. A great interview with Carolina Panthers Safety Tre Boston.
Tre Boston, an outspoken leader on the Carolina Panthers, joins Ian to talk about the protests that have spread coast-to-coast in the two weeks since George Floyd's death in police custody in Minneapolis (17:30). Meanwhile, Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo stop by to talk about the protests, the latest on the NFL's return in the era of the coronavirus and much more.
DeAndre Baker was arrested along with former Redskins DB Quinton Dunbar for armed robbery and telling his friend to shoot somebody who was @ a party in Florida. This was a player whom DG traded up for in the first round of the 2019 draft when we could HAVE HAD DEEBO SAMUELS DAMN IT!! WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN TAYLOR RAPP OR ROCK YA SIN IN THE LATER ROUNDS!!! Just to name a few the other DB from Washington State was also available. Plus comparing DGs first two Giants drafts to Jerry Reese's first two drafts. Yes Reese had some misses but he had drafted some hitters that resulted in two SBs. Even as the GM of the Panthers DG did'nt put together a roster that was SB compatible only the defense. He did not draft LUKE KEUCHLY, CAM NEWTON, OR THOMAS DAVIS, NOR DEANGELO WILLIAMS, STEVE SMITH(WHOM HE CUT JUST LIKE HE TRADED ODELL). Even Kelvin Benjamin was a bust @ wr. McCaffrey was the last great player he drafted. I believe that Ron Rivera had something to do with drafting some of those defensive players like Shaq Thompson, Star Lotulelei, Kawann Short, Tre Boston to name a few.

Vincent and Oli are back this week to examine a position that's near and dear to all Panthers' fans hearts - SAFETY!! They'll talk about where the Panthers are at safety with Eric Reid, whether Tre Boston should be back, what's important at the position as a prospect, whether there is a fundamental difference between the different types and usages of safety before working their way through the top prospects at both free safety and strong safety. Why is Vincent so high on Jeremy Chinn? Can Antoine Winfield, Jr. live up to his family name and is there truly a difference between a safety and a linebacker and why is it so easy/hard to make that transition when prospects come to the NFL? On this episode of Inside the Lines, former NFL vet Tre Boston and body builder Gentry Manley join the show with Ash & Sims. JP Finlay, Mitch Tischler (who's out of his submarine from last ep) and Pete Hailey are coming at you from an undisclosed location for a really terrific Redskins Talk. To begin, the guys briefly thank the listeners for what's been a very hot streak as of late before looking at some early odds related to the 'Skins. The most interesting among them? The over/under set for Dwayne Haskins' 2019 starts. Once that wraps, along with a brief segment on JP's newfound gray hair, the hosts transition into looking at JP's way-too-early 53-man roster projection. How many QBs do they keep, who makes the cut at receiver, what's the deal up front and where is this roster basically already set? All of those topics are covered in this entertaining discussion that covers lots of side topics, too. Among those side topics — trying to predict which wideout will lead the team in catches and wondering why the Redskins haven't looked more into Tre Boston. That's about 50 minutes of football stuff total, so you should be satisfied, because then comes the shtick. You'll get a sampling of standout reviews before the three call Ajay Atayee to preview their Wednesday golf match. Ajay claims he can shoot lower than a 120 despite having never played 18 holes before, so he gets grilled on that. If you like podcasts where Mitch's shoes get roasted and JP describes one player as someone who "bathes in moxie," then this is the episode for you.
Episode seven of Bolts and Horns features a conversation on the NFL Draft, including two prospects for teams and which direction each should go. Also, a look at the two biggest names still available in free agency: Ndamukong Suh and Tre Boston.

Today we finish up with our look at the Indianapolis Colts position by position review with the safety corps as they head into this pivotal offseason. With the safety group bringing up the caboose in this series, it also happens to be one of the most interesting of all of the units on the roster. The Colts have several in-house free agents, including Clayton Geathers and Matthias Farley, as well as some of the team's depth pieces from the 2018 season. The Colts have a decent tertiary group of safeties throughout the roster who aren't free agents at this time, and also will have their piece at the position in which they'll hope to build around on the backend of the defense -- Malik Hooker. It's reasonable to think that either Geathers or Farley could in fact be re-signed previous to free agency being kicked off as they've both been successful in their own ways, and offer redeemable skill sets going forward. Both have dealt with injury issues as of late, but with a scheme needing a healthy group of diversity, it's even possible that they both return to the horseshoe in 2019. On the other hand, there are a ton of capable safeties throughout the NFL who are set to become free agents at the end of the league year as well. Landon Collins headlines the group for the most part, Adrian Amos is another intriguing name out there, but they could both easily be re-signed by their respective teams as well. There are others out there who have drawn interest from the Colts recently like Tre Boston and Kenny Vacarro, but the safety group overall is a deep one to dig in to in free agency. Either way, it'll be one of the most interesting positions to watch for the Colts going forward previous to the NFL Draft in April. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Some potential targets- Tre Boston, Bryan Bulaga, Corey littleton, Nick kwoatowski and While going forward I wouldve loved for them to sign Resign Schobert- even at the expense of cutting Kirksey - Scho is the QB of the Defense and has been referred to such by 2 DCs.
