Former NFL RB Justin Forsett shares with Pro Mindset host Craig Domann his attitude of “Do What I Do”, “Why Not Me?”, “Make Room” and “Always Be the Exception” even though scouts, coaches and fans doubted him and underestimated him. Justin is former 7th round NFL Draft selection of the Seattle Seahawks in 2008 out of Cal Berkeley. He played college football with Aaron Rodgers and Marshawn Lynch. He is now a successful entrepreneur. He played for nine seasons for seven NFL teams including the Seattle Seahawks, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, and Denver Broncos. When Justin retired after nine NFL seasons, he explained in one of his retirement interviews "Against all odds, critics, and naysayers, I accomplished something great," he said. "Scouts measured my height and said I was too short. They measured my 40-yard dash and said I was too slow. They looked at my build and said I wouldn't last. But they couldn't measure my heart, my faith and my perseverance."The versatile playmaker added: "I am living proof that dreams come true and God answers prayers, and I thank God every day for the opportunity to live out my dream."He is currently an entrepreneur and the founder/CEO of Hustle Clean. His business has been featured on Shark Tank, Fox, CBS, NBC and Cheddar. On today’s show, Pat and the boys break down the cryptic Instagram post that Tom Brady put up yesterday thanking the fans in New England for all of their support over the last decade. The guys decide whether or not this means that the dynasty is over and that Brady is out of New England and dive into a couple of Brady’s options moving forward that are being reported including potentially landing in powder blue to become the face of the Chargers in LA, pairing with Jon Gruden in Las Vegas for the Raiders with Derek Carr potentially on his way out, or perhaps coming to Indianapolis for a young team with a great line and formidable defense. Also joining the show is 5x Pro Bowler, 3x All-Pro, Carolina Panthers Hall of Honor member, future Hall of Famer and current NFL Network analyst, Steve Smith Sr. He explains why he decided to leave social media, gives his thoughts on Matt Rhule being hired by the Panthers and whether or not he thinks Cam Newton will be apart of his plans moving forward, his thoughts on playing for John Harbaugh in Baltimore and if his hiring up there opened the door for a guy like Joe Judge in New York, as they are both experienced with coaching special teams units. Steve also dives into this weekend’s divisional round matchups in the NFL and explains what he thinks the keys will be and some other interesting nuggets to look into (1:48-19:01). To close out the show, the guys welcome standup comedian, stuntman, and Jackass icon, Steve-O into the studio. They discuss his career and all the different moments that have led him to where he’s at now, including enrolling in clown college, some of the craziest stunts he’s done throughout his career, what his standup shows are like, and he gives some exclusive, never before heard news about the new Jackass movie. Steve-O also opens up about his sobriety, and reflects on what his undoubtedly be a crazy life in an incredibly entertaining and honest conversation (52:57-1:13:00). Today’s episode is good one. Come and laugh with us, cheers.

On this podcast, contributors Joe Schiller, Jake McDonnell and site expert Chris Schisler go over the latest Ravens headlines one week before the team reports to Owings Mills for training camp. Rookies arrived July 11, and the first full-team practice takes place on the 19th.   The guys kick off the episode by taking a look at Steve Smith Sr.'s recent comments about Lamar Jackson on NFL Network. The former Ravens wideout compared Jackson to Deshaun Watson, who dazzled in his rookie season in 2017 before tearing his ACL during a November practice.  Up next, the Ebony Bird crew challenges the recently-released Madden 19 player ratings. How justified or unjustified was EA Sports in their ratings of key Ravens players? You'll find out, and can pick up a copy of the game when it's released on August 10.  Also on the show, Jake, Joe, and Chris ponder the Ravens' 5-game preseason slate and whether or not playing in the Hall of Fame game will hinder the team in any way this season. The gang closes out the show by questioning if Joe Flacco has actually thrown with his receivers this summer, and whether or not this is a big deal. When addressing the media a few weeks ago during minicamp, Flacco said that he would meet with his receivers prior to the start of training camp. So far there have not been any signs of this actually taking place, but Flacco is not keen to the extra attention.  Subscribe to the Ebony Bird Podcast on iTunes and Spreaker. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he grew up as the definition of "bi-coastal" and he and his family lived an actor’s life, moving where production took them - from Rhode Island to New York to Los Angeles and back again. With actor Tim Daly and actress Amy Van Nostrand as his parents, Sam was convinced he would break the line of actors and instead was more interested in sports. It wasn't until he took a film class at Middlebury College did he realize that acting was his passion.Paving his own way in Hollywood, Sam has guest starred and earned memorable recurring roles on some of TV's biggest hits such as NBC's Golden Globe-winning comedy series “The Office” (where he played 'Oscar's' gay love interest 'Matt' who worked in shipping) and ABC's 38-time Emmy Award-nominated and winning series "Grey's Anatomy." In addition to his work in film and television, Sam stars the popular YouTube series "The Daly Show" with his father Tim Daly. The duo, who are incredibly close, are also the only father/son to play or lend their voice as ‘Superman’ (Sam Daly for the animated "Justice League" and Tim Daly for the series "Superman"). Sam is also a talented writer and producer and enjoys creating new content. When Sam is not filming, he loves to play and watch sports (his teams are Lakers, Dodgers, Kings, and Cowboys) and give back to the community. He is actively involved in the Creative Coalition, where his father is the current president. Wildcard Weekend is just around the corner and we know what the schedule will look like. But we have our own opinions about what will happen, so listen in to find out who we think will be on the highway to Houston and who will be shot down in flames. There's been a whole lot more movement in the coaches market, with San Fran cleaning house, Kubiak retiring and the overdue departure of Mike McCoy. We'll be discussing where that leaves those teams and what they'll be doing to improve their staff for next year. We also look back on the careers of Robert Mathis and Steve Smith Sr as they step away from the game. Also, it's the first week of the offseason for some teams, so that means the first week of offseason arrests for us to discuss. Thanks, Pacman Jones! On top of this, there's our usual listener questions, reviews, previews, injury round-ups and our Wildcard Weekend predictions. Contributors: Conor Harry, Ronan

The Pats won (again) last week in workman like fashion against the LA Rams. To long time Patriots fans the beginning of December football looks familiar as Bill Belichicks club looks to play out the string of games to end the season, stay relatively healthy and somehow keep their playoff edge. It doesn't always work out. Look no further than the 2015 season to see what can happen when you clinch your division to early. Regardless the team faces a tough Monday Night Football matchup against a hot playing Baltimore Ravens, Joe Flacco, Steve Smith Sr., and savvy veteran speed merchant Mike Wallace. Tom Brady and the Pats offensive line has to hold off a stout Ravens pass rush led by Suggs and that is never an easy thing. Join Host Steven Van Over and New England Patriots analyst Brian Cole as they look at last weeks victory and break down the warts on the Patriots different units before taking a close look at what to look for versus the Rams. Robust, straight to the point and with no holds barred host Steven Van Over puts forth the hard questions and gets straight answers from guest who are thoughtful and not afraid to share the wealth. #BrianCole #NFL #Patriots #StevenVanOver

In this week’s episode, Peter King talks to Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. and former NFL quarterback and ESPN analyst Ron Jaworski. Smith, a renowned trash-talker, opens up about his reputation as a player people love to hate. Every hero needs a villain, and he’s just fine with playing that role. Now in his 16th season, Smith explains how he’s lasted so long in the NFL. How many other active players can say they have a son in college? Smith also discusses how he developed his aggressive and physical playing style and why he decided to return for another year after announcing last year that he would retire following the 2015 season. Jaworski, a former Philadelphia quarterback himself, discusses Eagles rookie Carson Wentz’ toughness and explains why he is just the type of quarterback Eagles fans want. Jaworski reflects on Wentz’ pro day at North Dakota State and what he saw from the young quarterback that day that made him believe in his NFL potential. Jaworski also compares the mechanics of Wentz and veteran Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, pointing out that Wentz outperformed Cutler in Chicago during Week 2 Monday Night Football.
