Five years ago, on January 26, 2020, just before the world changed with COVID, I launched this podcast. A lot has happened since then—both in the world and in my personal journey. In this milestone episode, I'm joined by someone who inspired me to become a tinnitus coach: Glenn Schweitzer from Rewiring Tinnitus. Glenn has been a guiding light for me and many others, and I couldn't think of a better guest to help celebrate the podcast's 5th anniversary. Together, we reflect on the ups and downs of coaching, the emotional challenges of this work, and the non-linear process of personal growth and healing. Over the past five years, my journey has been one of incredible highs and difficult lows. I've felt the deep reward of helping others achieve breakthroughs and the strain of navigating burnout and depression in my own life. This work is meaningful, but it's not always easy—and I've learned that it's possible to struggle personally while still being a good coach, partner, friend, and community leader. This episode is a heartfelt look behind the scenes. I open up about: • The emotional toll and fulfillment of working in this space. • The challenges of balancing personal struggles, relationships, and professional growth. • The gratitude I feel for this community, now stronger than ever, with 25,000 YouTube subscribers and an engaged group of members in My Tinnitus Club. Since 2022, Sanja is artist of the French instrument maker Buffet Crampon Paris, playing oboe model „Légende”. With their support,  she is bringing to life new Oboe Concerto composed by Nimrod Borenstein. World premiere will happen on March 8, 2024 with Beograde Philharmonic Orchestra, as part of 100 Years Anniversary celebration of the orchestra. Highly active as soloist, she performed with Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, Al Bustan Festival Orchestra, Macedonia Philharmonic Orchestra, Salzburg Kammerphilharmone, Vojvodina Symphony Orchestra, Ensemble Metamorphosis, Zagreb Soloists, Slovene Army Band, Erdödy Chamber Orchestra from Hungary and traditional tamboura orchestra from Slovenia. Sanja is associate professor for orchestral studies for woodwind instruments at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Until 2024 she was solo oboist of the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra for 12 years. Tonight I hit 17 years of being on stage at Ruby's Oxnard. Many memories here, lots of friends lost, and many lessons learned. I am thankful to hit this landmark year. This is a cigar I've been waiting on, rather impatiently.  I was given an unbanded sample at the PCA 2022 from Hector Alfonso, THE MAN at Espinosa Cigars who blended this cigar and is an avid Mets fan.  This cigar celebrates Espinosa Cigars 10th Anniversary in the cigar business.  This 10 Years Anniversary is a Nicaraguan puro blended by Espinosa and made at San Lotano Factory in Nicaragua.  The cigar will be available in 20 count boxes. Wrapper:  Hybrid Habano Binder:  Nicaraguan Filler:  Nicaraguan Vitola:  Toro Size: 6 x 52 MSRP:  $13.00 Factory:  San Lotano Country of Origin:  Nicaragua Final Score:  92
