Police were militarized and tanks were deployed on BLM protests across several states, why wasn't this the procedure during this Trump rally?  With FB, Twitter, and other Social Media app banning and censoring Trump and others, What does censorship mean?  Are Trump's voters, really voting in their interest?  Why do people's vote not align with their interest?  What's next for the Republican Party?  Will the next administration be able to get Covid under control? Ownership Or Equality? With Joe Budden recently announcing that he's ending his contract with Spotify for his number 1 rated podcast, the internet immediately started buzzing. After a response from Breakfast Club host Charlamagne The God that Joe needs to negotiate better, fans began to take sides. Given Charlamagne The God's recent announcement of a partnership for a podcast network on iHeart radio, the question now comes up of having a seat at the table vs building your own. Are both aspects correct? Should black people in America be more concerned with building their own table, or getting an equity stake at someone else's? What's an acceptable amount of ownership that a creator is willing to part with? With podcasts being larger than ever before, should black podcasters continue a path of independence, or seek network deals?

The women of the world are pressured every day to meet a certain standard that is desirable by men.  They have to look a certain way, possess certain personality traits, and have ambition about themselves.  This causes some women to have issues of insecurity.  However, men are also pressured every day to meet a certain standard that is desirable by women as well. They also have to look a certain way, possess certain personality traits, and have a lot of ambition. So to include, Are men more insecure than women?  What are some signs of a man that is insecure?  How does having a good mother/son relationship vs a good father/son relationship help secure a man's self-esteem?  Are men who make less money than their women feel insecure?  Do men who are insecure have problems with their sexuality? The Future of Black Media From the Chicago Defender leading the great migration from the south to the Alabama State University campus newspaper spreading the word of the Montgomery Bus Boycott, Black Media has always been at the forefront of every major movement for Black people in America. Over recent years, we've seen a heavy divestment from advertisers and consumers in Black Media. Generational publications like Ebony & JET Magazine have disappeared from the spotlight. Where do we go from here? Is Black Media relevant in today's society? How can we put pressure on companies to advertise with Black Media? What accountability do we as consumers have to finance Black Media? What is the future of how people consume Black Media?

Black Americans are officially the fastest rising gun owner demographic in the United States. Between increased concerns about COVID 19, coupled with the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor, Black people are taking their rights as gun owners seriously. They allowed our ancestors, grandparents, parents, and so on the opportunity to attend higher education when most predominantly white institutions did not allow the enrollment of African Americans. Currently, there are over 100 HBCUs today. In today's integrated society, is the HBCU still relevant to black culture? With limited federal funding and alumni financial support, can HBCUs compete with predominantly white institutions for research grants and too academic and athletic prospects? How can HBCUs survive in the future, and what impact can a youth social justice movement have on them? What are some ways HBCUs can continue to increase their connectedness with the black community? Will there be an increase in enrollment in HBCUs and also will we see an increase of top athletes attending? How can others who attended PWI's help support HBCUs?

On today's show we will discuss women who have everything and choose to feel that they do not need a man/spouse in their lives.  They have the perfect job, house, cars, and children without a man/spouse in their life. Does this equal true happiness? For a "successful female", Is it settling when you get with someone who is below your income, does not have the same educational credentials, or job background as you do? Is it selfish of the woman who has everything they need to only utlize the man to fulfill her last need of wanting a child? Are these particular women willing or know how to share their success with a mate and not think that person is trying to live off their success? Is life more meaningful to have success or love? Is society pushing black women to keep moving forward without the black male? Who fault is it that some black men are not viable in a relationship with some black women when those women have everything? When some black men do not take the opportunity to get a higher level of education, is this why some black women feel they have to over educate themselves to fill in what is lacking by their male counterparts?  Is a man less than a man because he not making more than the women he is with or wants to be with?

Of that number, only 0.77% are black billionaires. Out of the Fortune 500 companies, there is only 4 that are black. In order to move up the corporate ladder, people of color have to remove or hide aspects of culture in order to succeed. Do black people have to change themselves to be successful in white corporate America? Do black women and men have different experiences working and gaining success in corporate America? Are companies diversity policies inclusive to black people? Do the average African American look down on those who code switch for work? Or talk white because of job and or upbringing?  Do other cultures have to code switch to be successful? Do women really want to lead or follow?  Since some women are taking on more of the male role, where does that leave the man? If the woman is the head of the household, does this contribute to some men becoming sorry? And also, could this be an effect of some boys or men becoming too feminine.
