Newly released deposition from a former Hennepin County prosecutor shows that the medical examiner who did George Floyd's autopsy found no evidence of strangulation or asphyxia, but worried that it would end his career to officially announce that, since public opinion had already been made up. Plus, Biden says Hamas terrorists should shoot straighter so they don't hit their own hospitals - I think we're all Antony Blinken right now. And finally, a trans university assistant professor sends a pretty explicit death threat at those who stand with Israel.Guests:Jason Meister | Former Trump Advisory Board MemberRiley Lewis | Producer, Tipping Point with Kara McKinney & OAN PodcasterDavis Younts | Military Defense AttorneyAlexandra Caro Campana | Director, America First Policy Institute's Center For 1776 & Center for Opportunity Now

Corey Tibljas spent most of his childhood growing up right here in Crested Butte, as one of the first graduating classes at what was then the new Community School. It was there, at the school, that he and his friend Ben Somrak decided to make a ski movie and start their company, Two Plank Productions. Thanks to the help of local film makers Matchstick Productions (see episode 26 Murray Wais), and the local TV station (see episode 46 Noah Wight), they were able to release their film to a packed house at the Center For the Arts. The duo released several more ski movies, before Corey transitioned the company into a more general film production company and Ben moved on to be a local general contractor. Another Two Plank event was "Big Air on Elk", which for several years featured skiers towed on snowmobiles launching "big air" right on Elk Avenue in downtown Crested Butte. It was a favorite event for a lot of people, and he's hoping to bring it back some day. Corey also began volunteer firefighting while he was still a teen. Today, 20 years later, he still fights fires in addition to his Two Plank responsibilities- but now as a full time paid Captain of the Crested Butte Fire Protection District. Not only that, he helps teens that are following his footsteps into firefighting as well. Crested Butte Real Estate Minute: In this episode's real estate minute, I discussed the 2021 Crested Butte and Gunnison real estate outlook. For more information, please visit the post on my website. In Sounds Like Liberty: Episode 42 we talk with Jeremiah Harding of the Weekly Hellscape, look at some new music and examine the NOFX song Bleeding Heart Disease to see if it’s really as commie sounding as Nick recalls. http://bit.ly/2I759UI In this week’s I Heard This Happened Nicky invokes a legacy with the Folk Ep Sleep Is My God EP by Spencer Tweedy. In case that name sounds familiar he does happen to be the son of Jeff Tweedy guitar player for Wilco. His Comments: Not to make it sound derivative right off the bat but it is in the best way possible. I’m not complaining about something that sounds like classic Wilco, hopefully it gets you to listen to it. There is an odd soundscaping to it I love that supports the more musical elements with tasteful juxtaposition. This thing sounds exactly how I imagine Tweedy’s sons album would sound. Both the songwriting & production are incredible. http://spencertweedy.bandcamp.com/album/sleep-is-my-god I picked a rocker from Nashville band Free Throw. What’s Past is Prologue is a 12 track album has a melodic soul that reminds me of bands like Anberlin but with grinding guitar and growling vocals that remind me of Blindside. The candid vocals speak of pain, disappointment and loss with far more charm than I have heard in some time. I think it is worthy of a look. https://freethrowemo.bandcamp.com/ Today we have Part 1 of our interview with Jeremiah Harding of the Weekly Helscape https://jeremiahharding.com/ Here are some of the artists we talked about: Center For a Stateless Society On Free Markets and Capitalism: http://bit.ly/2JXG0OD Avril Lavigne https://spoti.fi/2KaOL86 Lady GaGa https://spoti.fi/2YNEwKz Theory of a Deadman https://spoti.fi/2UgeaSz Skillet https://spoti.fi/2UgeaSz Project 86 https://spoti.fi/2HVuXE2 The Prodigy https://spoti.fi/2HVyWQO Wayne Static https://spoti.fi/2VfORfV Gainful Nutrition Powder http://bit.ly/2I7R2OW Mephistopheles of LA - Marilyn Manson http://bit.ly/2FT5SHG Faster Than Normal Podcast https://www.fasterthannormal.com/ Spreeder (Speed Reading App) https://www.spreeder.com/ Spritz Reading Extension https://www.spritz.com/ The Backstreet Boys https://spoti.fi/2WIZXKS Megadeath https://spoti.fi/2WIgb72 Endone https://spoti.fi/2HVzIxc 444 Capsule https://spoti.fi/2WJmF5r Skinny Puppy https://spoti.fi/2YLW7SM Alice Cooper https://spoti.fi/2FPAV5F Rammstein https://spoti.fi/2YKAX7J Iggy Pop https://spoti.fi/2FSGqC6 Frank Zappa https://spoti.fi/2CU5Mxr I Love Bees Wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Love_Bees “Ship of Fools” Wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ship_of_fools Year Zero Wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_Zero_(album) Jeremiah on Rothbard - Unleash the Cops https://jeremiahharding.com/?tag=murray-rothbard Jeremiah Recommends Year Zero - Nine Inch Nails http://bit.ly/2YJRGYY Find all the episodes at http://www.ancapmusic.com Check out the show’s spotify soundtrack here:https://spoti.fi/2MFxkKG To Support Us Join The Freedom Choir here: http://www.supportsll.com Click here to sign up for email list:http://bit.ly/2MDWoSg

Casey William Hardison is an entheogenic activist and psychedelic chemist who most famously known for getting busted making LSD In the U.K. and defending himself in court, by acting as his own lawyer during his trial. Instead of arguing he did not commit the acts, he argued that--as long as he harmed no one--he had the human right to engage in his chosen entheogenic praxis. Casey stood for cognitive liberty and freedom of thought and continues to do so to this day. During his trial, Casey challenged the drug laws as a discriminatory affront to free thought, therapeutic choice and free religion. The trial judge rejected these arguments and an eight-week trial ensued after which Casey was convicted on March 18, 2005 on 6 of 8 counts and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment on April 22, 2005. Aside from being known for being kidnapped by men with guns for partaking in a peaceful loving activity, Casey has attended entheogen-related conferences, wrote articles for the MAPS Bulletin, The Entheogen Review, and contributed to Erowid. Casey is a freedom fighter of the highest order of love and light. Extensive show notes and links are below. if you enjoy this show please leave a 5-star rating and review on iTunes.
