Now that the players have been drafted, it's time to focus on development and to that end we heard from Director of Player Development Jimmy Roy following Day 4 on the ice at Development Camp in Winnipeg. He shared plenty of insight into the organization's thoughts on prospect development.

The smile hasn't left the face of Jets third-round pick Samuel Hrenak since Winnipeg selected him in the 2026 NHL Draft this past Saturday, and he's still beaming at Development Camp. The LA Kings selected defenseman Henry Brzustewicz with the 31st overall pick in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft.
