In 1998, Cesar established his Dog Psychology Center. Covering 43 acres, this facility has a pool for therapy, a dog park, an agility course, and a variety of walking trails, offering visitors a calm, nature-filled backdrop to allow focus and inspire balance. He also founded The Cesar Millan Foundation which works with organizations dedicated to animal welfare. The news out of Disney's D23 gathering was big, although perhaps a bit unsurprising considering the next wave of releases are new additions to franchises. The next "Star Wars" series, "Skeleton Crew" is on the way in December and fans got an early look at the 2026 fim "The Mandalorian and Grogu." The title for 2025 third installment of "Avatar" was revelead: "Avatar: Fire and Ash." And a number of animated favorites are returning with new additions for "Toy Story," "Zootopia," "The Incredibles" and "Frozen." But first, "Moana 2" coming later this year. There's a bit of a controversy brewing and Hollywood power couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively dominate the box office with "Deadpool & Wolverine" and "It Ends with Us." Some fans have compared the two coming out around the same time as this year's "Barbenheimer," but the films aren't quite "Oppenheimer" and "Barbie." Co-host Terry Lipshetz plans to hit the movies this weekend for the latest installment in the "Alien" franchise: "Alien: Romulus."     Erica Weeks, is a licensed architect who has dedicated her career to sustainability. Erica manages the Sustainability Services Sector at Hastings Architecture, where she works with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors across the country to facilitate sustainability rating systems. Erica has a keen ability to create synergies between disciplines and execute cross discipline calculations.   Erica earned her first LEED AP credential in 2006 and has facilitated the sustainability process on over 200 projects, under the array of available rating systems. She frequently presents at local, regional and national conferences for organizations such as the AIA and USGBC (US Green Building Council). She sits on the USGBC's Water Efficiency Technical Advisory Group (WE TAG), a global cohort of water experts that share knowledge to enhance requirements for water in the future versions of LEED. Kay Sumner is an Emmy Nominated Producer and Film Director. She has three Emmy nominations and two People's Choice awards as the Co-Creator and Producer for The Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan. Her directorial debut is a critically acclaimed 54 min. documentary film entitled “SURVIVORS,” detailing real opioid stories of recoveries and losses. She, along with her husband Murray, who is the co-executive producer of the documentary, have also set up a non-profit, Not One More Time, to raise awareness about the opioid crisis. The motivation for its creation was due to the unfortunate loss of their 43-year-old son to a drug overdose. They struggled to understand how this could have happened, and how it could have been prevented. Filmmakers by profession, they chose to channel their grief and turn their talents into creating a documentary that would expose the destructive path that opioids can cause in the lives of everyday normal people.
