Reality TV royalty has entered the Cyrus castle. This week we sit down with the one and only Mark Ballas to talk Traitors paranoia, Dancing with the Stars pressure, and what it's actually like surviving a competition show where someone might be lying to your face at breakfast. We get into Rob's master manipulation, secret alliances, murder-in-plain-sight chaos, and why you have to trust someone 100% even when you absolutely shouldn't. Plus, what really happens at those roundtables and why the banquet episode had everyone spiraling. Then we rewind to DWTS life... 19 seasons in a row, brutal rehearsal schedules, fight-camp-level training, and the reality of coming back after injuries and fatherhood. Mark opens up about choreography control, producing his own music for routines, and how different the mental game is between Traitors and live television. From castle mind games to ballroom pressure, this one is 10/10 Reality TV chaos and we are obsessed.Love you, Stoners. Bye!Do you have questions for Mama Tish and Brandi? Bobby sits down with Derek Hough to talk about new-dad life, the pressure, the learning curve, and why bonding looks different for everyone. Then they dive into Dancing with the Stars: the grind before the show, how competitive it really gets, Mirrorball trophy chaos, and the stolen Mirrorball mystery that still makes everyone ask, “Wait… where did it go?” Derek also shares how he handled nervous partners (and brought people out of their shell), plus the celeb seasons that changed everything for him. And he remembers Len Goodman the way fans didn’t always see him, before teasing what’s coming on his “Symphony of Dance” tour. Dancing with the Stars has to deliver a brand-new world every week — live — with choreography, cameras, lighting, and set changes happening at full speed. In this episode of Decorating Pages, Emmy-winning set decorator and host Kim Wannop talks with Production Designer James Yarnell, a 20-year DWTS veteran and ADG-nominated for the show's “Wicked” episode.James breaks down how the DWTS ballroom is designed around the true priority: the dance floor — including how camera movement is choreographed alongside the dancers, how theme weeks are executed on a brutal weekly timeline, and how scenic builds, props, screens, and projection all have to work together without slowing down a live broadcast.Plus: the iconic detail you didn't know you needed — James literally designed the Mirrorball trophy, and later redesigned it into the Len Goodman Trophy. If you love production design, set decoration, live television, and behind-the-scenes craft stories, this one's a must.

Following his triumphant return to Dancing With The Stars and this week's Hollywood Squares, this marks Tom Bergeron's return to Game Changers. One of our first and most oft-recurring guests, Tom, remains one of my favorite humans. What a joy to spend time in his good company. We got the moment-to-moment behind the scenes of Tom's return to DWTS, with Tom and me, and I'm guessing most watching, getting emotional all over again. The response from the audience and all present for the taping of the 20th Anniversary Show was love and goosebumps all around. Tom recounted what caused his demise at the show, gave us info that the powers that be didn't have, his surprising reunion with Sean Spicer, his about-to-be reunion with Bobby Bones, and how Tom contributed to his returning his Mirrorball trophy, Tom's thoughts on the current hosts, the celebrities, and what he thinks about the current format. For my money, bring the guy back! Leaning young is one thing. No one has come close to being as entertaining. Tom also gave us the skinny on his Hollywood Squares reunion and how he at first led the contestant to defeat, ultimately bringing her to victory and getting his amazing Gilbert Gottfried impression in. He told us about his long relationship with Whoopi, rekindled recently on The View as if no time had passed, and a warning from dear friend, Carl Reiner, to be careful about Whoopi's beau. We touched on the current Reiner family horror and how fortunate Carl missed it. There were fabulous stories about his great friendship with “Bill” Shatner, Dick Van Dyke, Larry Fine, Moe Howard, his disastrous Emmy gig, his triumphant Emmy wins, and the ongoing philanthropy that led to the Critics' Choice Association awarding him the first Sam Rubin award. Tom's been pivotal in my world for the past 17 years. We touched on the when, where, and whys through the years. As with this show, all the ones before, and pretty much everything he's ever done, Tom's downright delightful, warm, and hysterically funny. It's impossible not to adore the man. In these insanely troubled times, Tom's the antidote. Tom Bergeron Live on Game Changers with Vicki Abelson Wednesday, 2/4/26, 5 PM PT/ 8 PM ET https://youtube.com/live/k5_GV2j-lHo

Does Sharna consider herself a stay-at-home mom? She explains why she feels somewhere in the middle — working from home, juggling brand deals, judging DWTS Australia, acting in films, podcasting, and still being deeply present for her son Zane during these fleeting early years.Sharna gets real about raising boys with intention — teaching boundaries, respect, and empathy — and her mission to raise strong, kind gentlemen who treat women well. #904. This week on Off the Vine, Kaitlyn sits down with actress Elaine Hendrix — you may know her as Meredith Blake from The Parent Trap — for a conversation that goes way beyond the movie you think you know her from!Elaine opens up about returning to dance decades later on Dancing with the Stars, why she was convinced she was going home every single week, and how a cracked rib nearly took her out of the competition. She shares what viewers didn't see: the nonstop rehearsals, emotional whiplash, intense competitiveness, and why the timing finally felt right to say yes after turning the show down before. We rewind to the moment that changed everything — being hit by a car just as her dance career was taking off — and how living with chronic pain reshaped her relationship with her body and work. Elaine also reflects on landing The Parent Trap at 26 (as the 433rd actress to audition), why Meredith Blake has become a millennial icon, and how fans' relationship with that character has completely flipped.Honest, funny, and full of perspective, this is a conversation you won't want to miss!If you're LOVING this podcast, please follow and leave a rating and review below!
