날 ▶ 매달 2.4% 수익 “가짜펀드” 사기 주의보 최근 글로벌 투자 회사를 사칭한 채권 투자사기가 기승을 부리고 있다. 요즘처럼 달러 환율이 높을 때, 달러채권 투자를 해야 한다며 홍보해 투자를 유도했다고 하는데. 아직 정확한 피해 규모가 파악되지 않아, 피해자는 더 늘어날 수도 있는 상황이다. 취재진이 만난 60대 피해자는 은퇴 후 노후를 위해 고민하다 한 동영상 플랫폼에서 투자 상품 소개 영상을 보고 투자를 하게 됐다고 하는데. 실제로 여러 사람들이 이익을 얻었다는 후기 영상과 글이 쏟아졌고, 해당 투자 상품을 인터넷에 검색하면, 수익성이 좋아 투자한다는 기사를 쉽게 볼 수 있었다. 해당 피해자 역시, 투자 금액을 넣은 지, 하루 만에 수십만 원가량의 이자가 들어왔다고 한다. 그 후 점점 큰돈을 투자했다는데. 그렇게 피해를 본 금액만 10여억 원에 달한다고 한다. 뒤늦게 사기임을 알고 신고했지만, 이미 해당 홈페이지는 삭제됐고, 상품 추천 영상도 모두 사라져 추적도 어려운 상황이라고. 또 다른 50대 피해자 역시, 경제 크리에이터가 추천해 준 상품에 투자했다가 3천만 원을 잃었다. 투자한 다음 날, 해당 홈페이지가 폐쇄되면서 사기임을 알고 바로 은행에 계좌 지급 정지 신청을 했지만 받아들여지지 않았다. 현행법상 계좌 지급 정지는 보이스피싱 범죄 피해에만 적용되기 때문이었는데. 문제는 은행과 금융감독원에서도 관련 법령이 없어 피해 구제 방안이 없다는 것. 전문가들은 고금리, 고물가가 오랫동안 이어지고 있는 상황에서 경제적 여건을 개선하려는 서민들의 심리를 이용해 고수익을 미끼로 한 사기가 증가했다고 분석했다. 또한 실제 펀드 증권사 이름과 동일한 법인 명의의 계좌를 개설해 이를 믿은 피해자가 많았을 거라고 하는데. 경찰청에 따르면 최근 투자 리딩방 등의 금융사기는 지난해, 7,761건으로 조사됐다. 하지만 여전히 관련 법령조차 만들어지지 않은 상황. ‘사기 방지 기본법' 역시 국회 문턱을 넘지 못하고 폐기된 바 있어, 피해는 점점 커지고 있다. 고수익을 미끼로 투자금을 편취하는 투자사기를 에서 취재했다. 억울합니다 ▶ 스쿨존 교통사고, 아들의 죽음이 억울합니다 지난 2월 21일 저녁 6시 20분경, 10살 정유찬 군은 어린이보호구역 이면도로에서 좌회전하던 차에 치여 사망했다. 경찰에 따르면 사고 당시 운전자는 유찬 군을 발견하지 못했다고 하는데. 사고가 발생한 곳은 인근에 초등학교와 어린이집이 있는 어린이보호구역. 아파트와 빌라, 상가가 몰려있는 주택가로 평소 아이들의 통행량이 많았던 곳이었다. 하지만 인도와 차도가 구분되지 않은 도로로 도로 경계의 주차 차단봉은 일부가 부서져 있고, 주차된 차량도 많아 보행자와 운전자 모두 시야 확보가 어려운 상황. 또한 주차 차단봉과 몇 개의 석재 볼라드를 제외하면 도로와 인도를 분리할 안전장치가 전무했다. 유찬 군의 아빠는 보행자를 보호해야 할 어린이 보호구역의 관리가 이뤄지지 않았다고 말했다. 또한, 사고 당시 가해 운전자는 음주 운전이나 과속을 하지 않았지만 통화를 하며 전방 주시태만으로 사고가 난 것으로 알려졌다. 운전자는 유찬군을 역과하고도 사고를 인지하지 못했다. 유족은 운전자가 사고를 바로 인지 했다면 유찬 군의 사고가 죽음에까지 이르지 않았을 것이라고 말했다. 민식이법이 개정된 지 6년이 흘렀지만, 어린이보호구역의 어린이 교통사고는 계속되고 있다. 지난 2023년까지 어린이보호구역 어린이 교통사고는 2천여 건, 이 중 3분의 1은 운전자가 안전운전 의무를 지키지 않은 것이 원인이었는데. 어린이보호구역에서 발생한 어린이 사망사고에 대해 에서 취재했다. 모르면 호구되는 경제 ▶ 기준금리 동결, 환율·가계대출에 막힌 인하 한국은행이 기준금리를 연 2.75%로 동결했다. 지난 2월 인하 이후 동결을 결정하며 쉬어가기로 선택한 것이다. 대내외 불확실성과 원 달러 환율 등 금융시장의 변동성을 우선 고려한 것. 내수 부진에 미국의 무분별한 관세 조치까지 겹친 상황에 다가올 5월에 한국은행의 기준금리 결정은 어떻게 될까. ▶ 반값에 빵 사러 마감런? 불황의 그늘 고물가와 불경기가 이어지면서 오픈런 대신 마감런이 이어지고 있다. 마감 시간대 할인 상품을 저렴하게 구매하는 것인데. 불황 속 소비자들이 좀처럼 지갑을 열지 않자, 자영업자들이 ‘반값 마케팅'에 적극 나서고 있다. 기존에는 고깃집·주점 등을 중심으로 주류 가격을 경쟁적으로 인하했다면 이제는 폐기될 뻔한 빵을 반값에 살 수 있는 플랫폼이 등장하는 등 카페·베이커리에까지 ‘반값 바람'이 침투하고 있다. 온라인 커뮤니티 등지에서는 부모님의 한숨을 보다 못한 딸들이 ‘엄마 가게 도와주세요'라며 간곡한 홍보 글을 올려 화제가 되기도 하는데. ▶ 구멍 뚫린 실업급여, 부정수급 역대 최대 고용보험 가입 근로자가 직장을 잃게 되었을 때 재취업 활동을 하는 동안 받을 수 있는 구직 활동지원금인 실업급여. 좋은 취지와는 달리 이를 악용하는 사례들이 늘고 있다. 입·퇴사를 반복하며 반복 수급해 가는 사례가 매년 늘어 지난해에는 49만여 명에 달했을 정도. 수급 횟수 제한이 없어 무제한으로 반복 수급이 가능하다는 것이다. ‘시럽급여'라는 오명을 안게 된 실업급여의 부정·반복수급 문제 이대로 괜찮은 걸까. 에서 자세히 알아본다. 연예뉴스 ▶ 시청자 사로잡은 드라마 귀궁 새 금토 드라마 이 방송 2회 만에 시청률 두 자릿수를 돌파하며 성공적인 출발을 했다. 또한 글로벌 OTT 플랫폼 TV 시리즈 부문에서 5개국 1위에 올랐다. 은 영매의 운명을 거부하는 무녀 여리와 여리의 첫사랑 윤갑의 몸에 갇힌 이무기 강철이가 왕가에 원한을 품은 팔척귀에 맞닥뜨리며 몸과 혼이 단단히 꼬여버리는 육신 쟁탈 판타지 로코 드라마다. 제작발표회에서 육성재는 첫 사극 도전이자 1인 2역 연기에 욕심이 났다며 자신감을 드러냈다. 왕 역할의 김지훈은 손에 꼽을 정도로 연기하기 힘든 역할이었다며 20년의 연기 인생을 쏟아부었다고 전했다. 김지연은 16년 지기 친구 육성재와의 연기에 대해 강철과 여리의 관계가 친구처럼 투닥거리는 관계라 우리와 잘 어울렸던 것 같다고 밝혔다. ▶ 엑소 카이 & TWS 컴백 4월 가요계 컴백 대전에 엑소 ‘카이'와 보이그룹 ‘투어스'가 합류했다. 먼저 카이는 네 번째 미니앨범 ‘웨이트 온 미'로 컴백한다. 군 전역 후 처음으로 선보이는 앨범으로 카이 스타일을 새롭게 정의하고 보여주겠다는 포부를 담았다. 지난해 신인상을 휩쓴 투어스도 돌아온다. 미니 3집 '트라이 위드 어스'는 지금까지 한 번도 해보지 못한 것들을 함께 해보자는 의미를 담았다. 특유의 청량미로 또 한 번 음악팬들의 마음을 사로잡을 예정이다. 화제 ▶ 함께해서 든든한 육아 지원군 언제든지 내 아이를 믿고 맡길 수 있는 곳이 있다?! 바로 성남시의 시간제 보육 시설인 ‘해님 달님 놀이터'. 성남시 거주 영유아라면 누구나 시간당 천 원에 이용할 수 있다는데. 야간 보호도 운영하기에 늦은 밤 급히 아이를 맡겨야 할 때도 큰 역할을 한다고. 주간에는 생후 6개월 영아부터 36개월 미만 영아까지, 야간에는 취학 전 7세까지의 보육 공백을 해소하고 있다. 희망하는 날짜의 2주 전부터 당일까지 예약을 통해 신청할 수 있다. 아이를 키우며 급한 일이 생기거나 병원 등 볼일이 있을 때 자녀를 믿고 맡길 수 있는 곳으로 맞벌이 가정에 인기 만점이라고. 이뿐만이 아니다! 8,000여 개의 장난감을 연회비 만 원만 내면 무료로 빌릴 수 있는 장난감 도서관 등 부모들의 경제적인 부담도 덜어주는 다양한 복지가 가득하다는데. 부모와 아이 모두를 웃게 만든 든든한 육아 동반자를 에서 찾아갔다.

They liked the look and feel of the them, the colours were felt to be a good choice for the intended age group. There are still some good use cases, when you are on noisy trips, ships, and you could do with some noise reduction. She then declared, "Being in the role model club means being in a room where you may be the only person who has had the experiences you've had." Harris wanted an award but failed to recognize that every person in that room had their "firsts". Certainly no one can relate to her unique experiences, though many women have slept their way into power. Still, we are unique individuals and thus can not share in others' unique experiences. Nevertheless, we can know anecdotally how certain thing feel. If there is no cheating happening, then how are we getting so many wins for election integrity? Undated and misdated mail-in ballots cannot be counted in Pennsylvania, the state Supreme Court says, vacating a lower court's ruling on jurisdictional grounds.
