====================================================SUSCRIBETEhttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNpffyr-7_zP1x1lS89ByaQ?sub_confirmation=1=======================================================================ASÍ ES DIOSDevoción Matutina Para Adultos 2024Narrado por: Roberto NavarroDesde: Montreal, Canada===================|| www.drministries.org ||===================04 DE OCTUBRE DIOS: EL PRINCIPIO, EL FIN Y TODO LO QUE HAY EN EL MEDIO  “Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega” (Apocalipsis 1:8).  El libro de Apocalipsis es rico en imágenes de Dios que están cargadas de significado y que nos ayudan mucho en nuestro interés por conocer mejor su carácter. Una de esas imágenes con las que Dios se autoidentifica y se nos presenta es la de “el Alfa y la Omega”, que aparece cuatro veces en Apocalipsis (1:8, 11; 21:6; 22:13).  Cristo es el Alfa y la Omega, la primera y la última letra del alfabeto griego, el Génesis del Antiguo Testamento y el Apocalipsis del Nuevo, el primero y el último. Como el Alfa, Cristo es la fuente y el dador de la vida, el manantial del cual brota el río de la verdad y de la gracia; como la Omega, Cristo es el cumplimiento de todas nuestras esperanzas y aspiraciones. En la vida todo encuentra su cumplimiento en él porque es “el primero y el último” (Apoc. 1:11).   En esta autodenominación, Cristo se retrata vívidamente a sí mismo como el supremo “Yo Soy”. En este atributo eterno, Cristo asegura a su pueblo que él es el Salvador suficiente en todo, siempre presente y siempre accesible. Este retrato significa que Cristo es más que “el Alfa y la Omega”; es también todas las demás letras existentes entre estas dos.  Jesucristo es el centro y la circunferencia de todas las cosas, pues el pasado, el presente y el futuro están bajo su control. Cuán apropiada es, pues, la afirmación de que toda la historia se centra en Aquel “que es, el que era y que ha de venir, el Todopoderoso” (Apoc. 1:8). Con esta afirmación se nos recuerda la completa entrada de Cristo en la historia humana, su salvación total, su presencia actual en nuestras vidas y la segura confianza de que él pronto volverá como el indisputable Señor del universo.   El Alfa y la Omega abarcan todo el alfabeto, y todas las palabras que se pueden llegar a escribir y pronunciar. Se nos recuerda así que Dios estuvo ahí cuando todo comenzó, porque como dice Génesis 1:1, fue él quien en el principio creó los cielos y la tierra. Y se nos recuerda, además, que hoy y todos los días podemos confiar en que tenemos un Dios que lo comprende, lo abarca y lo suple todo. Él es nuestro principio, nuestro fin, y todo lo que hay en el medio de esos dos puntos. Podemos confiar en que él lo tiene todo bajo control.
