For so long, it seemed like there was just this time of life women would suddenly hit – menopause – and everything went dark. There was really nothing you could do about it. What a disservice to women! Not only is it not-as-simple as just hitting menopause (a little thing called perimenopause lasts much longer than menopause for many women), it’s also a lie that there’s nothing we can do to ease the transition.
