If Mickey Loomise, Gayle Benson, and the Saints really wanted to maintain continuity and cohesion - this was the way to do it. It also opens the door even wider for a return for QB Jameis Winston.In order to maximize the success Pete Carmichael and Dennis Allen can have on the offensive side, the Saints will have to dedicate resources to bolstering the offense. Building Carmichael's offense won't be too challenging, but needs to be taken serious. Drafting receivers like Jameson Williams, Chris Olave, or Christian Watson are a good start.
