If you've been broken down by sexual sin, we have good news for you: God has provided the means for transformation. It's in His word. But it's not simply a matter of knowledge. In this episode, I sit down with Adam Parrish, a two-time winner of the American Bridge Teachers Book of the Year Award, host of the Leveling Up podcast, and author of six bridge books. Adam spent all of 2025 on a self-improvement project, dedicating an entire year to getting better at bridge while documenting every step publicly. The Lord is all I have, and so in him I put my hope.”‭‭ ~Lamentations‬ ‭3‬:‭22‬-‭24‬ ‭GNT‬‬พระเจ้าทรงประทานความรักให้แก่เรา และครอบครัวของเราในทุกเช้าวันใหม่แต่บ่อยครั้งที่เราไม่ได้หมั่นดูแลรักษาไว้ให้คงอยู่มีคำกล่าวไว้ว่า“รักจะอยู่ได้นาน เมื่อเราตั้งใจดูแลมันทุกวัน!”(Love lasts when it is cared for daily.)ดังนั้น อย่าให้เกิดสภาวะ “หมดรัก” หรือ “รักหมด”(สต็อก)!ถ้าคุณไม่ต้องการให้ครอบครัวของคุณ “หมดรัก” แต่มีรักยืนยาวอย่างยั่งยืนคุณต้องใช้ทั้งศาสตร์และศิลปะ คือต้องอาศัยทั้งความเข้าอกเข้าใจ และการร่วมมือร่วมใจกันไม่อาจพึ่งโชคชะตา หรือ ปล่อยไปตามธรรมชาติหลักการในการรักษาชีวิตคู่ให้ยืนยาว (โดยไม่หมดรัก)คือ​ให้ยังคง“คุยกัน”ฉัน"เพื่อน" ที่ดีอยู่เสมอ ~เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปความรู้สึกโรแมนติกอย่างคนรักมักจืดจางลงได้ แต่มิตรภาพต่อกันฉันเพื่อนจะไม่ลดหายไป เพื่อนยังคงพูดคุยกันได้ทุกเรื่องแม้แต่เรื่องที่ดูไร้สาระ เพื่อนยังหัวเราะกับเรื่องโง่ๆ ได้เสมอ และเพื่อนยังมีพื้นที่ปลอดภัยให้แก่กันทุกเวลาขอเพียงส่งเสียงมา ก็จะรีบไปหาในทันใด เป็นเพลงที่เราคุ้นเคยขอให้เราพร้อมที่จะรับฟังทุกเรื่องราวของกันโดยไม่ซ้ำเติมกัน ไม่ตัดสินพิพากษากันและไม่ละทิ้งกัน!ดังนั้นจงเป็นเพื่อนที่มีเรื่องสนุกๆคุยกัน ไม่ขาดหาย​ให้ยังคง"จีบ"กันเหมือน“แฟน”~เมื่อรักกันใหม่ๆ ชีวิตมักเต็มไปด้วยความตื่นเต้น ด้วยการทำให้อีกฝ่ายประทับใจ ชื่นใจ แต่เมื่ออยู่ด้วยกันแล้วไม่ใส่ใจทำเช่นนั้นอีก ก็จะก่อเกิดความรู้สึก "ถูกมองข้าม" และนั่นก็คือจุดเริ่มต้นของความห่างเหินดังนั้น จงหมั่นชมเชยเติมรัก และขอบคุณกัน และมีนัดหมายไปใช้เวลาด้วยกันตามลำพังจริงๆ อย่างน้อยสัปดาห์ละครั้งอย่างมีคุณภาพ​ให้สื่อสารต่อกันด้วยความ "อ่อนโยน" และ "ให้เกียรติ"กันในทุกกรณี~เมื่อขัดแย้งก็ทะเลาะกันได้ แต่ขอให้เป็นการทะเลาะแบบสร้างสรรค์ ไม่พูดจาถากถาง ดูถูก หรือขุดคุ้ยเรื่องเก่า ให้ตระหนักไว้ว่าคำพูดสามารถทำร้ายจิตใจลึกกว่าที่คิด แม้แต่หลังสมานแผลนั้นแล้ว รอยแผลก็อาจยังคงอยู่ตลอดไปดังนั้น จงหยุด ก่อนที่คุณจะเผลอพูดทำร้ายกัน และอย่าเก็บความไม่พอใจหมักหมมไว้ จนท้อใจหรือขมขื่นใจ และไม่อาจให้เกียรติกันได้อีกต่อไป แต่อย่าหยุดการสื่อสาร จนเข้าใจผิด​ให้มองข้าม "สิ่งเล็กน้อย" ที่ไม่ใช่สาระสำคัญจริงๆ~เมื่อไม่พอใจ นิสัยหรือ พฤติกรรมบางอย่างของอีกฝ่ายที่ขัดหูขัดตา หรือขัดใจ(เช่น ชอบวางของไม่เป็นที่) แต่หากว่าสิ่งนั้น ไม่ได้เป็นเรื่องผิดศีลธรรม ผิดกฎหมาย หรือร้ายแรงถึงชีวิต ก็จงยอมๆกันบ้างดังนั้น เราควรรู้จัก "ปล่อยวาง"โดยตระหนักว่า ตัวเราเองก็อาจมีนิสัยแปลกๆ ที่คนอื่นต้องอดกลั้นอทนต่อเราเช่นกัน​ให้ยอมรับความจริงว่า "เราแต่ละคนเติบโตไม่เท่ากันและไม่พร้อมกัน“~เมื่อวุฒิภาวะของแต่ละคนไม่เท่ากัน และความสนใจของแต่ละคนก็เปลี่ยนไปในแต่ละช่วงวัย จึงจำเป็นที่เราทุกคนจะมีความอดกลั้นอดทนต่อกันดังนั้น จงให้คนที่ไปไวหรือโตไว รู้จักรอคนที่ช้ากว่า และให้คนที่ไปช้า หรือโตช้า รู้จักเร่งความเร็วของตนให้มากขึ้น เพื่อจะทันความคิดและความต้องการของกันและกัน ไม่ดึงและไม่ฉุดรั้งกันให้หงุดหงิด จนอยู่กันแบบไม่มีความสุข​ให้มีสมดุลระหว่าง“พื้นที่ร่วม”หรือพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่ทั้งสองร่วมแบ่งปัน และการยอมให้แต่ละคนมี"พื้นที่ส่วนตัว"โดยไม่เข้าไปก้าวก่าย~เมื่ออยู่ด้วยกัน ตัวติดกันตลอดเวลา ก็อาจทำให้ขาดพื้นที่หายใจ จนทั้ง2รู้สึกอึดอัดและเกิดความเบื่อหน่ายขึ้นได้ ดังนั้น ขอให้เรารับรู้ไว้ว่า การที่เขาหรือเธอใช้เวลาส่วนตัวแยกจากเราบ้าง ไม่ว่าจะกับเพื่อนฝูง กับครอบครัว หรือ กับงานอดิเรกส่วนตัว นั่น ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเขาหรือเธอจะรักเราน้อยลง แต่อาจตรงข้ามก็เป็นได้​ให้“เติมรัก” ด้วยความรักของพระเจ้าที่ใหม่สดทุกเวลาเช้าสำหรับคนในครอบครัวเหมือนการชาร์จแบตเตอรี่ให้เต็ม โดยการใช้เวลาคุณภาพในฝ่ายจิตวิญญาณร่วมกันผ่านอธิษฐานด้วยกัน ไปนมัสการพระเจ้าด้วยกัน และร่วมสามัคคีธรรมกับพี่น้องที่คริสตจักรด้วยกันดังนั้น ขอให้เราตั้งใจ เลือกที่จะปกป้องรักษาครอบครัวของเรา ด้วยการฝึกรัก และฝึกเติม“ความรัก”ของพระเจ้าในชีวิตรักของเราอยู่ตลอดทุกวัน ไม่มีเว้นพี่น้องที่รัก ขอให้วันนีั เราจะหมั่นดูแลเอาใจใส่สัมพันธภาพของคนในบ้านและในโบสถ์ของเราโดยการ“เติมรักจากพระเจ้า”ให้แก่กัน ทุกวันโดยไม่ขาดเพื่อว่าครอบครัว และคริสตจักรของเราจะ1.มีความสุขและ2.เป็นพรแก่คนอีกมากมายตลอดไปอย่างไม่สิ้นสุด…จะดีไหมครับ?……………………………………………ธงชัย ประดับชนานุรัตน์15กุมภาพันธ์ 2026 (ตอนที่321ปีที่5)#YoutubeCJCONNECT#คริสตจักรแห่งความรัก#Churchoflove #ShareTheLoveForward #ChurchOfJoy #คริสตจักรแห่งความสุข #NimitmaiChristianChurch #คริสตจักรนิมิตใหม่ #ฮักกัยประเทศไทย #อัลฟ่า #หนึ่งล้านความดี

This is part four of the Restoration Theology class. Last time we covered the importance of using the Bible to build our beliefs. But what is the Bible? Well, it wasn’t written in American English or in the West or in recent history. The Bible is a library of books written in Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek. Still, that doesn’t quite answer the question of what the Bible is. Let’s just focus on the New Testament (NT) for a moment. The NT contains twenty-seven books written in Greek. But that still doesn’t tell you the whole picture. In fact, when you pick up a Greek New Testament (GNT), you’re looking at a scholarly reconstruction of what textual specialists think the earliest recoverable form of each word of the original New Testament is. This reconstruction is based on thousands of little decisions of textual critics who have at their disposal thousands of handwritten GNT manuscripts. It’s a little complicated, but you need to know what’s going on. Eventually in this class we’re going to get around to building and evaluating doctrines based on the Bible. Sometimes manuscript variations have a great bearing on doctrine. So, you need to know this stuff. What I’ve done in this episode is put together a narrative, marching through history to see not only what the most important kinds of manuscripts are, but also their exciting stories of discovery. Then you will be able to know the will of God— what is good and is pleasing to him and is perfect.”‭‭ ~Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭2‬ ‭GNT‬‬ น่าสนใจที่ ตัวอักษรภาษาอังกฤษมี 26 ตัว คือA B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Zถ้าเรานำตัวอักษรทั้งหมดนี้ มาแปลงเป็นตัวเลข จะได้ค่าออกมาดังนี้1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 ถ้าเราอยากจะหาคำภาษาอังกฤษสักคำหนึ่งที่มีค่า เท่ากับ100 คุณคิดว่า คำๆนั้น คือคำว่าอะไร? ขอให้เรามาสนุกด้วยกันโดยการค้นหาคำๆนั้นๆ อาทิ ลองหาค่าจากคำต่อไปนี้ 1.คำว่า“Knowledge ”(ความรู้) มีมูลค่า=96 K+N+O+W+L+E+D+G+E(11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5 = 96% 2.คำว่า “Work hard“(ทำงานหนัก) มีมูลค่า=98 W+O+R+K+H+A+R+D (23+15+18+11+8+1+18+4 = 98%) บทเรียนจากทั้ง2 คำนี้ ก็คือ1.ความรู้ (Knowledge) กับ2.การทำงานหนัก(Work hard) มีความสำคัญเท่ากับ 96% และ 98% ต่อชีวิต 3.คำว่า“ LUCK ”(โชคดี) มีมูลค่า=47 L+U+C+K (12+21+3+11 = 47%)4.คำว่า “ Money ”(เงินทอง) มีมูลค่า=72 M+O+N+E+Y (13+15+14+5+25 = 72%) ทั้ง โชคลาภ และเงินทอง ต่างก็ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่มีค่า เต็ม100% สำหรับชีวิตของเรา เช่นกัน! 5.Leadership (การเป็นผู้นำ) มีมูลค่า=89 L+E+A+D+E+R+S+H+I+P (12+5+1+4+5+18+19+9+16 = 89%) แม้แต่ “การเป็นผู้นำ” หรือคำอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย ก็ยังไม่มีคำไหนที่มี มูลค่า เป็น 100% ในชีวิตคนเรา ? ที่น่าสนใจ ก็คือ สิ่งที่จะทำให้ชีวิตเรามีคุณค่าเต็มร้อยนั่นก็คือ “ทัศนคติ”(ATTITUDE) A+T+T+I+T+U+D+E (1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5) ที่มีมูลค่า = 100%“ทัศนคติ” (Attitude) คือ “กรอบความคิด + ความรู้สึก + การตอบสนอง ที่เรามีต่อคน เหตุการณ์ หรือสถานการณ์หนึ่ง ๆ” นั่นคือ เราจะสุขหรือทุกข์ นั้น ล้วนขึ้นอยู่กับทัศนคติ และมุมมองที่เราตอบสนองต่อสิ่งที่เราเป็น ที่เรามี หรือ ที่เรากระทำ ด้วยเหตุนี้เอง เมื่อเราเลือกคิด และเลือกมองโลกอย่างไร เราก็จะลงมือกระทำแบบนั้น! พี่น้องที่รัก “ทัศนคติ” คือ “แนวความคิดเห็น, ความรู้สึกนึกคิดที่บุคคลมีต่อสิ่งต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งตนเอง โดยมีเหตุผลประกอบ” ดังนั้น นับจากวันนี้เป็นต้นไป ขอให้เราจะเป็นคนที่จะ1.ดำเนินชีวิต และ2.กระทำพันธกิจรับใช้ต่างๆด้วย“ทัศนคติที่ดี”แบบมีคุณค่าเต็ม 100 เพราะทัศนคติ คือ เลนส์ที่เราใช้มองชีวิต 1.ถ้าเราเปลี่ยนทัศนคติ เราก็จะเปลี่ยนวิธีคิด 2.ถ้าเราเปลี่ยนวิธีคิด เราก็จะเปลี่ยนการกระทำ 3.ถ้าเราเปลี่ยนการกระทำ เราก็จะเปลี่ยนผลลัพธ์ ขอให้จดจำไว้เสมอว่า เมื่อเราเปลี่ยนทัศนคติ “ชีวิตของเราจะดีขึ้น!“ …อาเมนไหม?…………………………………………… ธงชัย ประดับชนานุรัตน์2กุมภาพันธ์ 2026 (ตอนที่308ปีที่5)#YoutubeCJCONNECT#คริสตจักรแห่งความรัก#Churchoflove #ShareTheLoveForward #ChurchOfJoy #คริสตจักรแห่งความสุข #NimitmaiChristianChurch #คริสตจักรนิมิตใหม่ #ฮักกัยประเทศไทย #อัลฟ่า #หนึ่งล้านความดี

I was inspired to interview Maya Jonas-Silver, because of this post she made on Bridge Winners bemoaning the lack of playing opportunities for her recent bridge initiates. After winning the 2023 20-50 Mini McKenney award Maya hasn't stopped. She has become a passionate advocate for bringing young adults into the game. Here she shares her journey from learning bridge at summer camp to becoming a bridge teacher and director at Honors Bridge Club in New York City. Her teaching philosophy, that bridge doesn't need to be intimidating or require years of study before you can actually play and enjoy the game, has helped me be more willing to introduce friends to the game using her framework. Maya believes in getting beginners to the table quickly, and no feedback! We discuss the barriers facing young bridge players, from finding affordable games to navigating the tournament scene without mentors. Maya reflects on the critical moments in her own bridge career, when someone like Yoko Sobel stepped in to encourage her and her husband Jack. She also shares her vision for growing the game, including making beginner classes more accessible, creating online teaching modules, and building a network of bridge mentors to help newcomers transition from lessons to competitive play.
