Snakkomselvmord.no fra Regionalt ressurssenter om vold, traumatisk stress og selvmordsforebygging ,(RVTS Øst), er utviklet for å gjøre helsepersonell tryggere i samtaler om selvmord. Økt kunnskap og bevisstgjøring bidrar til dette. Ifølge RVTS Øst kan trygghet gi meningsfylte samtaler som kan gi håp om at endring er mulig, både for personen i krise og for hjelperen.(fra RVTS sin side) Synøve og Hannah fra RVTS Øst, har lang erfaring og mye kunnskap innen dette feltet, og bidrar til økt kunnskap og bevisstgjøring i denne episoden av Helhjerta.

Eine katholische Nonne bei «Musik für einen Gast» am Ostersonntag: Das mag wenig überraschen. Dass sie sich selbst als «Freelance Schwester Veronika» bezeichnet, Melodien, Rhythmen und Instrumente in Farben wahrnimmt und auch im Gym Musik hört, vielleicht schon eher. Als Veronika Ebnöther 20 Jahre alt war, veränderte ein Besuch in einer Zürcher Kirche ihr Leben. Sie spürte die Berufung, dass sie sich ihrem Glauben und ihrer Beziehung zu Gott hingeben sollte – voll und ganz. Heute ist Schwester Veronika eine von rund 80 sogenannten «geweihten Jungfrauen» in der Schweiz. «Das klingt aber so verstaubt», sagt sie selbst und verwendet deshalb lieber den Begriff «Freelance Schwester». Im Gegensatz zu den meisten katholischen Nonnen lebt Schwester Veronika nicht in einem Kloster und ist selbst für ihr Einkommen verantwortlich. So hat sie mehr als zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Gefängnisseelsorge und leitet ein Gesprächsatelier, in dem sie Menschen begleitet, die Rat suchen oder sich mehr Tiefe oder spirituelle Verbundenheit in ihrem Leben wünschen. Bei ihren Beratungen kommen manchmal auch Farben und Pigmente zum Einsatz. (20) Wstał więc i poszedł do swojego ojca. A kiedy jeszcze był daleko, zobaczył go ojciec i ulitował się. Pobiegł, rzucił mu się na szyję i ucałował go. (21) Syn mu powiedział: «Ojcze, zgrzeszyłem przeciwko niebu i względem ciebie. Już nie jestem godny nazywać się twoim synem». (30) A gdy wrócił ten twój syn, który roztrwonił twój majątek z nierządnicami, zabiłeś dla niego tłuste cielę». Die Entscheidung, Filmmusik-Komponistin zu werden, scheint logisch. Mirjam Skal ist Synästhetikerin. Sie sieht Musik und hört Farben. Heute, 28-jährig, ist Mirjam Skal die jüngste Komponistin, die für die Kultserie «Tatort» Musik geschrieben hat und ist fest etabliert in der Filmmusik-Szene Schweiz. Live-Instrumente kombiniert Mirjam Skal mit elektronischen Soundscapes, spannender Sampling-Arbeit und kreiert so flirrende Klangtexturen. Nach ihrem Masterabschluss in Filmmusik an der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste etablierte sie sich in kürzester Zeit als gefragte Komponistin. Und ist für einen Preis nach dem anderen nominiert. Mirjam schreibt aber nicht nur fürs Kino. Auch die Musik ihrer Mittelalter-Band Varda komponiert sie und bringt sie selber auf die Bühne von Folkfestivals. Auch mit der erfolgreichen Metalband Illumishade ist sie als Keyboarderin unterwegs. To opowieść o prawdziwej wielkości! Zabieram was w okres, kiedy nasza ojczyzna przeżywała swoje najbardziej chwalebne momenty i stanęła na równi z największymi mocarstwami świata! Prześledzimy drogę Rzeczypospolitej ku jej „Złotemu Wiekowi”, epoce, w której Polska nie tylko przetrwała, ale i rozkwitała, ale także dostrzeżemy pierwsze pęknięcia, które zaczęły pojawiać się w fundamentach tego imperium. Czy można było przewidzieć przyszłe trudności? Co zadecydowało o sile, a co o słabości unii polsko-litewskiej? W rozdziale pierwszym cofamy się do czasów Władysława Jagiełły, analizując genezę Unii w Krewie (1385), która zjednoczyła Polskę i Litwę w obliczu wspólnych zagrożeń. Prześledzimy również początki panowania Jagiełły, jego wyzwania związane z konsolidacją dwóch odmiennych światów oraz kluczowe momenty, takie jak wielka wojna z Zakonem Krzyżackim i bitwa pod Grunwaldem (1410) – jedno z najważniejszych starć średniowiecznej Europy. W trzecim rozdziale przenosimy się w burzliwy okres panowania Jana Olbrachta i Aleksandra Jagiellończyka. Zobaczymy, jak ich decyzje oraz rosnące wpływy magnaterii wpłynęły na dalsze losy państwa. Sprawdzimy też, co stało się ze szlachtą za czasów Olbrachta i czy pewne powiedzenia ma w sobie ziarno prawdy… Rozdział czwarty to historia XVI wieku – okresu Złotego Wieku Rzeczypospolitej. Przyjrzymy się panowaniu Zygmunta I Starego i Zygmunta II Augusta, rozkwitowi kultury oraz ekonomii, a także kulminacyjnemu momentowi – zawarciu Unii Lubelskiej (1569), która przekształciła Polskę i Litwę w Rzeczpospolitą Obojga Narodów.
