Quelques chiffres sur les pieds Les pieds présentent l'une des mécaniques les plus importantes du corps. Ils contiennent 34 muscles, 33 articulations, 112 ligaments et 7200 terminaisons nerveuses reliées au cerveau. Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas pour rien que la médecine chinoise s'appuie sur des points précis situés sur les pieds. Les Chinois se sont en effet aperçus qu'en stimulant certaines zones, nous obtenions des actions énergétiques bénéfiques sur tout le corps ! Nos pieds sont composés de formidables récepteurs. Et quand ces récepteurs diminuent, nous compensons alors avec la vue. Ce qui peut poser un vrai problème avec l'âge et les problèmes oculaires. Comment en prendre soin Il est dont important de les préserver au maximum. On peut par exemple pratiquer la marche pieds nus, notamment en pleine nature, dans le sable. C'est excellent ! On évitera les chaussures trop serrées en privilégiant un maximum les paires confortables, et adaptées à la morphologie de nos pieds. Gommage, hydratation et massage sont aussi une bonne routine à adopter au quotidien. Sans oublier, les fameuses semelles orthopédiques, parfois nécessaires pour assurer son équilibre postural !
