Just this morning, President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, who was in Washington DC for Lindsay Graham's funeral, met with President Trump. The meeting was not recorded, but President Zelensky posted to X that the result was positive and they were able to make a deal in which the US would supply Ukraine with anti-ballistic defense technology. On today's show, guest host Yuri Rashkin is in conversation with James, an American in the Ukrainian National Guard who has been serving on the frontlines for nearly two years. He is head of the fiber optic and fixed-wing drone laboratory for his unit. He has family in Wisconsin and Minnesota and runs the YouTube channel Y Ukraine. James moved to Ukraine before the war and joined the military as a civilian. He says “the war came for me.” He now works on drones using his background as an engineer and says that a significant portion of his lab, and military funding in general, is financed by donations. He discusses what it's like to source materials for his lab and how the situation changes week by week and sometimes day by day. There's constant activity in the war with Russia, though some reports have described the situation as a “stalemate.” Lately Ukraine has focused on destroying Russia's oil reserves and energy infrastructure. James says there is no single weapon that will end the war, and that there will be peace when Russia is held accountable for its war crimes. Guest host Misty Winston, joined by The Daily Ruckus host Adam Clark, discusses a significant alibi claim in the Charlie Kirk assassination case, where employees at Cowboys Smokehouse in Panguitch, Utah, say Tyler Robinson was at their restaurant around 9–10 PM on the night of the shooting—over three hours away from the crime scene. The hosts highlight the troubling fact that neither the prosecution nor Robinson's own defense team has contacted the restaurant or its staff to verify this information, despite multiple eyewitnesses, credit card receipts, and positive IDs. The two argue that this failure to investigate a potential alibi constitutes negligence or even malpractice, as it could establish reasonable doubt about Robinson's presence at the scene. They conclude that the defense's inaction raises serious questions about whether Robinson is receiving adequate representation or if there are deeper compromises at play. Plus segments on the unbelievable bloodlust of the late Lindsay Graham and Trump's desperate attempts to justify ongoing war with Iran. Also featuring Kyle Anzalone!

Trump has been doing his best to bypass Congress and the courts whenever he can. In this episode, we take stock of how far Trump has gone to consolidate power in the executive branch. In a recent example of executive power expanding, SCOTUS granted the president the right to fire independent Federal commissioners. Trump then removed ALL the board members of the Election Assistance Committee, an independent committee established by Congress to assist States during election time. One of Trump’s most important supporters in his efforts to become a de facto king was Senator Lindsay Graham, who passed away last weekend. Want to ask Angela a question? They want you to believe it's all just a conspiracy, a glitch, or a "Trust Me, Bro" system that somehow keeps running clean. But the truth is staring us right in the face: during the 2020 election, elected officials themselves admitted they had zero control over their own states' systems—systems loaded with built-in features capable of backdating tapes and altering counts without leaving a trace. From the ongoing battle over the SAVE America Act to the unexplainable, sudden death of Lindsay Graham, the mainstream narrative is crumbling. If American elections were run like a bank, the doors would have been chained shut by federal regulators years ago. We are laying out the cold, hard reality of 50-state fraudulent elections, and we are bringing the receipts they claim don't exist.Joe dives into a chilling example of what happens when a public servant actually stands up for the truth. Fired Fire Chief and First Amendment fighter Erik Holt joins the show to discuss his brutal legal battle. After cooperating with a District Attorney's fraud investigation and refusing to bury security surveillance footage from a local election day, Holt was stripped of his career under the guise of an administrative "red herring." Now, following a devastating 3-0 ruling by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals claiming public employees don't have free speech protections while on the clock, we expose the ultimate legal catch-22. We'll look at the corrupt local political ties that shut the investigation down, the crushing personal cost of whistleblowing, and whether the fight for integrity is truly rigged from the start. Finally, we round out the show by pounding the drum on a system rot that goes far deeper than just the ballot box. We're unpacking U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville's explosive recent admissions and firing back at the media simps and leftist trash publications like Media Matters who actively shield the deep state. From the ongoing cover-up of the DC Pipe Bomber to the weaponized double standards that protect institutional insiders while destroying ordinary Americans, the conclusion is undeniable: there is absolutely zero reason to trust this government. They lie, they steal elections, and they protect their own. Strip away the illusion, look at the evidence, and join the fight to take our country back.
Day 1,599.After a weekend that took the tally of oil exporting Russian ships hit by drones in the Sea of Azov to over 100, Dom reports how Ukraine has trialled an autonomous amphibious assault into Russian-held territory. Meanwhile Ukraine strikes another oil refinery, as fights break out over Russian fuel shortages. Adelie examines the first-ever joint EU-UK sanctions against the Russian cyber-war complex and asks what direction President Zelensky is heading in with his latest cabinet reshuffle. Dom looks at the latest United Nations response to the bombing of civilians and asks how they manage to condemn the killings in such strong terms, without once having to apportion blame. And later, he talks to US international affairs commentator Melinda Haring about the sudden death over the weekend of Senator Lindsay Graham and what the death of a leading Russia hawk means for Kyiv.Contributors:Dominic Nicholls (Host on Ukraine: The Latest). @DomNicholls on X.Adelie Pojzman-Pontay (Host on Ukraine: The Latest). @Adeliepjz on X.With thanks to Melinda Haring, nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council's Eurasia Center.Producer: Rachel PorterSenior Producer: Lilian FawcettVideo Producer: Sophie O'SullivanSocial Producer: Tom SteedStudio Director: Meghan SearleExecutive Editor: Francis DearnleyCreated by David KnowlesNOW IN FULL VIDEO WITH MAPS & BATTLEFIELD FOOTAGE:Every episode is now available on our YouTube channel shortly after the release of the audio version. In January 1986, the Challenger Space Shuttle was poised to make history, carrying seven astronauts, including Christa McAuliffe, the first teacher and civilian selected for space travel. The launch was part of a decade-long effort by NASA to make flights cheaper and more frequent with the use of a reusable space shuttle. But years of budget cuts and risky design choices set the stage for disaster. For decades, the Mafia was the face of organized crime in America. But while the mob's power has faded, organized crime itself has become more global, more sophisticated, and harder to track. Virginia Commonwealth University criminologist Jay Albanese has spent decades studying how criminal organizations adapt and survive. In this conversation, he explains how law enforcement weakened the traditional Mafia, how criminal enterprises shifted from controlling neighborhoods to trafficking across borders, and why he believes corruption remains one of the most important challenges facing modern societies.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
