If you've had a rollercoaster relationship with launching, the dopamine spikes, the adrenaline, the crash, you're not doing anything wrong. But you might be addicted to the drama of it.In this episode, Steph calls herself out after a decade of launching and seven figures in launch revenue, and makes the case for why boring is actually the goal. Because the drama isn't a feature of launching. It's a symptom of not having a system. You'll hear why your audience should be more engaged during a launch, not less, what "burnt out lists" are really telling you, and what it feels like when launching finally just feels like executing a plan. This episode is a preview of Day 3 of the Sold Out Sales System Summit. ______________________ SOLD OUT SALES SYSTEM SUMMIT:March 16-20th | 2pm DAILYSign up: https://stephcrowder.com/summit Join the Sold Out Group Programs Mastermind Waitlist https://stephcrowder.com/sogp Connect with Steph Instagram: @heystephcrowder

Every Wednesday, we share our thoughts on a newer entertainment property, and currently, that's The Gilded Age. It's true that love is never easy (for Larry/Marian, Peggy/Hot Doctor, and more), but of course, Bertha gets her way when it comes to her daughter's marriage plans. Mentioned: Actor Andrew Garman, who played the father of another potential duchess and was also in The Holdovers.Next Wednesday, we'll watch season 3, episode 4, "Marriage Is a Gamble." We'll be back tomorrow with our weekly roundup. This episode was recorded before a live audience ... of dogs.

“You can't play chess with people who only own checkers because you both end up playing connect four and that's a child's game- and I no longer want to play children's games.” Ryan Clark Has this week been our Biggest Pivot? It's been an interesting and difficult at times for The Pivot Family, we lost Channing's father and have been trying to navigate life as various things have come our way. Ryan experienced a heightened media frenzy as he expressed his take on certain topics with RG3, culturally and with family, which ultimately led him to open up on his approach when using his voice and the responsibility that comes with having a platform. We also address recent accusations about our Bill Belichick show and Channing's clears the air on comments he made about Jordon Hudson's involvement while Ryan disclosed how our conversation truly took place. And we get back to the business talking about all the hottest headlines and biggest storylines in sports from Travis Hunter wedding to prenups to the reality of WNBA and our NBA Finals picks. The guys discuss the WNBA and how the league may be at elevated popularity because of Caitlin Clark, but there are so many stars and talented players which is truly making the game so much more fun and popular to watch. We get into the NBA finals, key players to watch and who the two teams left will be and how that affects the league and ratings. We get a few laughs as we talk about prenups, break down the viral best man speech and how we would handle these situations if it was us! And as we close out our conversation, we pay tribute to Randolph Crowder Sr as Channing reflects back on his final days with his father and how this loss has affected his outlook on life as he honors the man his dad Big Randy represented. Thank you Pivot Family for rocking with us and knowing that we will always hold each other accountable and operate with integrity no matter what popular opinion may be. In this powerful and candid episode of Off Track Podcast, host Dave Neal sits down with none other than Aaron Slight — legendary World Superbike (WorldSBK) rider and fan favourite. Known for his fierce determination and iconic performances, Aaron opens up about the high-octane highs of WorldSBK, his incredible experiences at the Suzuka 8 Hours, and the little-known brain condition that dramatically altered the course of his racing career.
On T-Time, Tyler discusses why patience is key for the Orlando Magic faithful.
Coping with mental health conditions is never easy, but it does get easier; that's what actor Will Poulter has learnt through his own experiences with OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts. In this chat with Fearne, Will explains how OCD has manifested for him ever since he was a young kid. He also talks through why finding reasons to be grateful for the lessons mental health conditions have taught you can be helpful. If you're honest with yourself... would you give yourself or others more grace if they had to take time off work because they'd broken their leg, as opposed to because their mental health was poor? Fearne and Will unpack that one, as well as discussing the importance of personalisation in looking after our brains. The same medication, meditation practice, or diet, is going to affect us all differently. Plus, do you constantly worry that you've said the wrong thing and pissed someone off? Fearne and Will have been there and offer their advice for overcoming that spiral... You can see Will in UK cinemas in Death of a Unicorn from April 4th, and Warfare from April 18th. We all have come to know that change is never easy. The older we get the more pronounced it seems to be. To survive, it seems, there does come the need to change. It is definitely a big part of life...learning to adapt...to change! To get done what we know needs to be done, we have to make the adjustments. To be the best we can possibly be, we must be able to face the necessity of change. Today we will talk about it. Read Philippians 2:5; Romans 12:2, Proverbs 4:23, and I Corinthians 15:33
Following Christ is not easy and can be a challenge for us.
After every holiday Jill feels like she has ridden the Scrambler ride too many times at the fair. She is overcome by sadness and anger as the flurry of happy FACEBOOK friends shares their FUN-FILLED LIVES. Moments that remind Jill that in her life those moments come at a cost. Intense planning, high anxiety and later complete low cortisol exhaustion. The scrambler ride effect buries Jill in sadness and wondering why her life is NEVER EASY. Why can't she live the life she planned? A widow at 24 and pregnant with her son only to come into an emotionally abusive marriage that destroyed her self-worth and amid everything diagnosed with ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY. A disease she knew of all her life as her father died of an adrenal crisis at 56 years. A few days a "POOR" Jill and she knows she needs to see WHAT IS not might have been. So many WONDERFUL things in her life to celebrate. Maybe life for her is not elaborate parties and functions...maybe is it quiet excitement on her terms with the bright lights in her life. And she has a lot of BRIGHT LIGHTS. She took a BIG step today and wore a Halloween costume to work. She did it without the fear of ridicule from voices in the past. She did it with self-love and allowing herself to live her best life. Because she deserves it. Today she moved forward with ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY.
