We are now into Week 8 of the Premier League season as the table starts to shape up into what we probably all figured would happen….Liverpool (tied) at the top! The league (tied) leaders got a good test last week vs a pesky West Ham team and needed the heroics of new boy Diogo Jota to come through late with a 2-1 win. -The marquee game of the week had Arsenal squeak out a 1-0 win against Manchester United on a silly challenge in the box by Paul Pogba resulting in an Arsenal PK which Auba converted. Do you believe Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the right man for the job at United? -Coming up this weekend it's a Sunday triple-header with Leicester City hosting Wolves, Arsenal gets Aston Villa at the Emirates and the game of the week has league leaders Liverpool travel to Manchester City! Wow. -Champions League is in full swing! We discuss all the games from earlier this week. Also, the USMNT will be playing its first friendly since before the pandemic as they travel to Wales. Big test for the young Americans! And last but not least our Red Card- Yellow Card segment. See who we put on notice!
