Marie Louise Sunde is a medical doctor and holds a PhD in surgery. She is the Founder and CEO of Equality Check, a company that helps companies turning DEI to a competitive advantage by using data, domain knowledge and evidence based solutions. Before founding Equality Check, Dr. Sunde was working as a senior surgical resident. She Founded #HunSpanderer and co-authored  “Hvem Spanderer?” Dr. Sunde is on the advisory board of Women in Global Health, Partnership for Change and Polyteknisk forening, and at the board of Queen Sonja's Singing Competition.Equality Check helps companies turn DEI into a competitive advantage. Our market leading software collects data from the company and employees, feed the data into an advanced analytical engine to produce insights and highlight risk areas, and offer evidence based solutions to improve. We measure diversity beyond gender, quantify inclusion and belonging, and comply with regulatory requirements.
