Where does your money go? Are those places rooted in your values? Are you in the driver's seat when it comes to your money, or have you relinquished control to someone else? Our relationship with money is a reflection of our relationship with ourselves. When it aligns with our values we can do great things in the world! But how? On this episode of Coaching and a Cup of Tea with Mummabear, Money Mastery Coach Shannon Brome-Ward joins Master Certified Life Coach Melissa Wiggins to talk about how to create money, how to manage it, and grow it, without guilt, without shame and without judgement. And today we're actually going to talk about what are some of the things we can actually do if we have money, which is why I have Shannon Ward here. Because not only does she talk on her Instagram page, and with her clients about money, main say her real real gift to this universe of lassies is what do we do once we actually make the money. And last episode, I talked about how I love to give money away to charity, how that is a part of freedom for me that I love to do. But today, Shannon, would you introduce yourself and just tell everybody listening how amazing you are and why you're on this podcast?Shannon Brome-Ward 01:44Oh, my gosh, thank you so much, Melissa. My name is Shannon Brome-Ward, and I'm a Money Mastery coach. And my whole job and desire about going out and talking about money is to kind of release that stigma that we have around money. I mean, it is so taboo. It is either we don't want to talk about it if we have it. And we don't want to talk about it if we don't have it, right. So primarily, I work with folks who are six figure earners, but they're living paycheck to paycheck. And for anybody who's made six figures or more, and they still find that they're struggling with why they don't have any money. And they Yeah, they can pay their bills. And that's great. But there's never anything left over. And there's a lot of stress around that. So I really work with folks on the mindset, but also the management and the mastery of money. Because there's a lot of stuff that we don't learn in school, from our families from our friends, because we don't talk about it, that really we can set ourselves up. So that money is being made for you while you're sleeping. Find the FULL Transcript here: Season 6 Episode 5: What To Do With Your Money

Motherless Child is a journey from childhood to motherhood as the author navigates the waters of being an addict’s daughter. Growing up fast, welcomed by gangs, shunned by her family and finding motherhood early should have sealed her fate. Instead, Valencia showed courage and an undeniable will to live in the darkest hours of her life. This heart-wrenching story unfolds through glimpses and recollections of her mother, a woman she never knew till long after her death. Raw, poignant and brutally honest, “Motherless Child” steps into the void and reveals hope and forgiveness through pain. Open, honest and often shocking, “Motherless Child” exposes a falsehood far too many of us have been led to believe – that those raised in addiction will fall victim themselves. With uncommon strength and determination, she resolved to forgive her mother and defy the statistics that once defined her." Shannon Ward- Owner of On Track Sales and mother of a 9 year old Boy, talks with Financial Expert- Tammy Johnston about kids and money & how this usually taboo subject is handled in their family.
In this episode of Intuitive Ambition Radio I chat with Shannon Ward. She has been a successful entrepreneur for over 13 years. She built her company, OnTrack, from 0 to 7 figures in just 3 short years. Since then, Shannon has transformed her deep knowledge of marketing and exceptional sales skills into a thriving sales training and coaching business where she helps entrepreneurs and their teams overcome their dysfunctional relationships with sales so that they can break through revenue barriers in record time. Her transformational approach to sales stems from a core belief that sales is an act of love. Shannon also is a Professor of Sales & Sales Management at UBC Sauder School of Business. Shannon has been nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards 2016 and 2017. Shannon divides her time between her mountain home in the resort town of Whistler, Canada and traveling the world with her husband and son. She can often be found in the ocean surfing or in the forest snowboarding, hiking or mountain biking. Shannon believes in giving back. She actively mentors rising women entrepreneurs through organizations like the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and donates tens of thousands of dollars each year in mentoring to entrepreneurs in need of sales training and support to achieve their next level of business success. Here’s what Shannon share on this episode: How Shannon went from not really listening to mastering her intuition through business experiences How Shannon broke out of working 60-70 hours of week in a 7-figure business she’d built in 3 years How you can shift your sales fears by seeing sales as an act of love The most important question you can ask yourself to get clear on who your ideal client is The value of listening to your intuition during a sales call The importance of serving only the right people for your brand and your work.
