Captain Mike Schentrup retired in 2021 as a Bureau Commander for the Gainesville Florida P.D. where he had worked for almost 25 years. His years on the job brought him to investigate many murders. Before leaving Gainesville P.D. he founded Advanced Police Concepts, LLC in 2016. But Captain Schentrup has also experienced homicide from the view of the homicide survivor. His young niece was one of the students senselessly slain in the 2018 school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas H.S. Years of Service: 1979-2016In 1979, Cloyd was hired by the Seattle Police Department. Cloyd spent several years on patrol and was a member of the Seattle Police Department's SWAT Team. Cloyd was promoted to detective in the sex crimes unit before transferring to homicide where he worked from 1994 until 2016. After retirement, Cloyd became the Chief Criminal Investigator for the Washington State Attorney General Homicide Investigation Tracking System. Cloyd has been interviewed many times for television including 48 Hours, Discovery, Lifetime, and Oxygen to name a few, and has been featured in podcasts and books, by Ann Rule, Charles Lachman, and William Neal. Cloyd is also the author of two books called Seattle's Forgotten Serial Killer: Gary Gene Grant and Homicide: The View from Inside the Yellow Tape.

Although Cairo-based DJ/producer Adam began mixing back in 2018, he used to produce and play the violin from the tender age of three, thus giving him a right proper musical upbringing. Fast forward to the current day, and Adam's musical passion continues to drive him in his sets and performances. Adam is inspired by the underground minimal scene including the likes of Desimana, No Name, Sakanat, and Yellow Tape, which led him to mainly play around with rominimal, minimal house, and micro house selections, with a darker side of electro and, sometimes, hard techno. For the 157th episode of Select, Adam opts for an hourly mix of his finely curated minimal tunes from the likes of Casey Spillman, Ricardo Villalobos, East Ends Dubs, and Vitess.

Key Glock has returned with the sequel to his 2020 mixtape Yellow Tape, and like its predecessor, it comes completely featureless. The Memphis rapper has had one of the steadiest come ups these past few years. After aligning himself with Paper Route Empire CEO Young Dolph, the pair have collaborated relentlessly and released their Dum and Dummer project in 2019 which helped Key Glock gain even more exposure to the masses. From there, Glock put out the original Yellow Tape in 2020, which peaked at #16 on the Billboard 200 and included production contributions from Southside, Kenny Beats, and more. Yellow Tape 2, which has so far spawned the singles “Toolie,” “Ambition for Cash” and “Da Truth,” showcases Glock's evolution as a rapper, and will at times feature him alongside his alter ego, (or as he puts it on social media his “twin”), named Glizock. Production for the project will come from Tay Keith, Juicy J, Sosa 808, Budda Bless, and others. “I never liked doing sequels,” Glock said of the project in an interview with HotNewHipHop. “I never planned on even doing a sequel, but it's more of, like, a statement. That color, it was my great-grandmother's favorite color. Y'all look at it like it's yellow. I look at it like it's gold, ‘cause I'm a player. Glock continued, “But I just had to keep it going because the first one made so much of a statement, and I had to let ‘em know it's actually yellow tape. When you see yellow tape, you know what it means— caution, beware, something dumb happened, something about to happen. Being a misguided youth is one thing, but being misguided at middle age is pathetic and it needs to stay the hell away from me. Henry Ruggs has fucked up, and I'm sure he's aware at this point. The Astroworld fiasco is one reason why I don't do festivals. "Colin in Black and White" on Netflix was a necessary project and needs to be seen. Key Glock's "Yellow Tape 2" was wayyyy better than expected, and believe it or not, so was Limp Bizkit's latest "Still Sucks", no cap.
