Sepehr is one of the first four people in an integration team who worked on taking a market manipulation misconduct software to masses. Sepehr started his work in 2012 and the company was acquired by Nasdaq and over the next 7 years the small company in Australia became a 1.2 Billion dollar business. Sepehr was then promoted to the Head of Risk and Surveillance of Nasdaq CS where he held this position until April 2021.
