2026 is asking something new of you. Not more hustle. Not more noise. But resonance. With your truth. Your path. Your body. Your life. That's what ARRIVE is about – a free 3-day global activation designed to bring you home to yourself. Join us. Feb 17–19 • Live • Online • Free ➤ Join the Free Fire Horse Challenge Now: Sign up here ——- REWILDING WEEKLY ——- In this episode, we dive into the 8 core themes shaping Feb 9–15: the Great Sorting, karmic doors closing, destiny-level discernment, and the Saturn–Neptune reset that begins warping reality as we know it. 8 Themes 1. Strategy + Soul Truth Collide Early week: Mercury with Pallas Athena brings clear mental strategy. Midweek: Chiron and Eris stir old wounds and karmic noise. Prompt: What thought pattern or belief has run its course? 2. The Final Shedding + Great Sorting You'll feel it in your bones: what's lifeless, misaligned, or just done. This is your sacred “no more” moment. Practice: What feels drained vs. what feels destined? 3. Heart Wide Open… But Is It Yours? Venus in Pisces opens the high heart — compassion, creativity, devotion. But be discerning: this love can blur your path. Prompt: What's mine to love — and what's not? 4. Karmic Reckoning: The Basement Gets Lit Saturn with Lilith + Kali at 29° Pisces = soul detox time. This is ancestral, preverbal, and unavoidable. Care Tip: Don't analyze — move it. Sweat it. Dance it. Bathe it. 5. The Pressure Valve Pops (Finally) Friday's shift into Aries brings relief and forward motion. You may feel it as clarity, fire, or just… breath. Prompt: What one choice moves me into alignment right now? 6. The Wound Is the Way Through Mercury, Venus, and Sun activate Chiron. This week, your deepest sensitivity could turn into embodied wisdom. Prompt: If this part of me is sacred… how am I being called to live it? 7. Miracle Field Is Live This isn't just energetic — it's available magic. The more you align with soul, the faster reality responds. Practice: Each morning: What magic wants to move through me today? 8. Reality Warps — Anchor in Soul Saturn + Neptune shift signs. Illusions fall. Clarity rises — but only if you drop into your own knowing. Prompt: What feels unshakably true in my body — even if no one else sees it? ——————— Mark These 3 Energy Days TUESDAY, FEB 10 — Venus enters Pisces Your heart opens. Your intuition heightens. This is the softening — a dreamy, expanded frequency of love. But stay discerning: Pisces blurs boundaries. Ask: Is this mine to carry, or am I getting swept into something that isn't true for me? FRIDAY, FEB 13 — Saturn enters Aries Friday the 13th — and Saturn moves. After sitting at the most karmic degree all week, the Lord of Time crosses into Aries — and the pressure begins to lift. This is your first inhale into the new. Expect energy shifts, timeline clarity, and the return of sacred momentum. SATURDAY, FEB 14 — Sun square Uranus (Valentine's Day) Disruption meets desire. The Sun squares Uranus — and love gets a dose of wild truth. Expect surprise insights, unconventional urges, or a craving for radical freedom. This isn't a candlelit dinner vibe… it's more wear leather, break the rules, and liberate your heart. ——————— Rituals for the Week 1. Soul Sorting Practice Carve quiet space. Breathe deep. Ask: What is done? What is rising? What is asking to be born through me — now? Write it. Whisper it. Walk it. 2. Body as Oracle Your nervous system is your guide. If it contracts — pause and question. If it expands — lean in. This is how truth feels. 3. Morning Magic Attunement Each morning, before the noise… Attune to the miracle field: Let me live from soul. Let me walk in magic. Let me trust what moves through me today. In this special edition of Higher Love with Megan, I look back at the podcasts past and present as we draw this year to a close. When I relaunched this podcast 18 months ago, my intention was to host the conversations I felt were most missing from the wellbeing space, taking listeners on a journey to learn, unlearn and grow together. This episode is a celebration of that shared journey. I revisit some of the most powerful moments from the last year, featuring voices that have challenged us to redefine what it means to be well in an unwell world. From the moral clarity of Misan Harriman to the bravery of Dr Mo Mustafa in Gaza, and the enduring spirit of Holocaust survivor Stephen Kapos, this compilation highlights our collective commitment to standing together in solidarity.Key TakeawaysA Hunger for Change: The significant growth in the podcast's audience demonstrates how hungry we are as a community for change at a time when despair can feel close.Co-creation and Community: This podcast is a collaboration and a symbiotic co-creation between guest, host, production and listener, embodying our shared collective humanity.Redefining Wellness: We are moving away from the silence often found in spiritual spaces and acknowledging that the highest iteration of spirituality involves speaking out against injustice.Interconnected Struggles: The genocide in Palestine has shone a light on wider systems of harm, including imperialism and capitalism, revealing how our struggles and our liberation are inextricably intertwined.Episode Highlights04:00 – Dina Ghandour and Charles Myssey discuss the shock of silence within the wellness industry and the fallacy of ‘love and light' bypassing.07:40 – Misan Harriman reflects on the power of protest photography as an act of resistance and the importance of a clear conscience.10:30 – Dr Mo Mustafa, Jen Brister and Georgia Takacs share insights on the bravery of medical workers in Gaza and the necessity of getting uncomfortable for the sake of humanity.14:30 – Kieran Andrieu describes the emotional departure of the Freedom Flotilla and the tectonic shift in global solidarity for Palestine.19:00 – 88-year-old Holocaust survivor Stephen Kapos and his daughter Andrea discuss his newfound 'celebrity' status as an activist.About the guestsThis episode features a collection of guests from throughout the year, including:Dina Ghandour & Charles Myssy: Practitioners and guides.Misan Harriman: Photographer and activist.Dr Mo Mustafa: Doctor and humanitarian.Jen Brister & Georgia Takacs: Founders of All Our Relations.Kieran Andrieu: Journalist and commentator for Novara Media.Antoine Raffoul & Yasmin Say: Palestinian voices and storytellers.Stephen & Andrea Kapos: Holocaust survivor and filmmaker.Marina Purkiss: Political commentator.Khaled Abdalla: Actor and activist.About MeganInstagram: @HigherLove_withMeganWebsite: www.higher-love.comThis episode was written and recorded by me and produced by Lucy Lucraft (http://lucylucraft.co.uk ).If you enjoyed this episode please leave a 5* rating and review.

This is a special interview with Kit DesLauriers – the person to ski the Seven Summits – the highest mountains on each of the planet's seven continents. The message was delivered on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Rev. Dr. Marlin Lavanhar, Senior Minister. DESCRIPTION: What if the true test of freedom is not how fiercely we defend our own views, but how deeply we honor the dignity of those we cannot accept? From Benjamin Franklin's urgent warning to “hang together” to George W. Bush's defense of pluralism after 9/11, history reminds us that unity has always been fragile—and essential. Could small acts of kindness, even toward those we call enemies, shift the course of our nation's divisions? And if so, what might it take for us to rise to a higher love? This New Moon in Cancer comes in soft but lands hard—we're talking Queen of Wands in lockdown, emotional exits before the convo even starts, and spiritual third wheels that just might be ancestors. Somebody's pretending to listen while lowkey packing their emotional bags, and somebody else thinks this whole connection was written in the stars (and blessed by Nana and them). From Drake's “Calling My Name” to Keri Hilson's “Alienated”, this reading rides the emotional waves—love, illusion, intuition, and truth. One person's working through it with Eckhart Tolle-level peace (or delusion?), the other's got karmic receipts coming due. Is that a Higher Love or a habitual pattern? The cards spill all the tea. We break down: Two distinct energies (and why one is absolutely a damsel, respectfully) Tarot meets numerology, archetypes, astrology, and romance angels What “Release Your Ex” really means when your soul is still holding hands And a King & Queen of Swords showdown you won't want to miss

Today on the show we have Slamdance Grand Jury winning filmmaker Hasan Oswald. Hasan's story is pretty inspiring. He did exactly what I preach all the time, he picked up a camera and began to tell his story. He made his first short film that was later tweeted by Stephen Fry, and the National Geographic came calling to work on their film Hell on Earth: The Fall of Syria and the Rise of ISIS. He has since covered the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, drug trafficking, and homelessness in Philadelphia. He quickly established a unique ability to capture the human experience through "cinema verité." His unfettered access to and intimacy with his characters creates a seamless veneer between the filmmaker and subject. After getting much need experience in the field he decided it was time to tell larger stories. His first outing as a feature film director, Higher Love, won him the top award at the Slamdance Film Festival. To finance his film he pulled a page out of Robert Rodriguez's playbook and sold his blood plasma to finance his film.Hasan's filmmaking journey is inspiring to say the least. He is using cinema to tell stories that will hopefully change the way people think. Higher Love is available on all major VOD platforms. His current project focuses on the Yazidi Genocide in Iraq.Enjoy my conversation with Hasan Oswald.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/bulletproof-screenwriting-podcast--2881148/support.
Higher Love | Jarod Smith, Lead Pastor This week's message calls us into the tension of what it really means to serve like Jesus. After raising Lazarus from the dead, the crowds grow—but so does the opposition. Even Lazarus becomes a target just for being a living testimony. Like him, our resurrected lives speak louder than words. Jesus knew the weight of what was coming, yet He picked up a towel and served. He washed the feet of the denier, the doubter, and even the betrayer. That's the kind of love He modeled—and commands us to show. It's not about what we get out of serving; it's about the honor of being with Jesus and doing what He did. Whether you're parenting, serving at church, or just trying to love someone difficult, remember—someday they will understand. And God will not forget what you've done. ____ Partner with New Tribe: Give | https://newtribe.church/give/ ____ Connect with New Tribe: Website | https://newtribe.church/comeexperience/ Instagram | https://www.instagram.com/newtribechurch Facebook | https://www.facebook.com/newtribechurch YouTube | https://www.youtube.com/newtribechurch
In today's episode, I'm diving into a topic that's both close to my heart and foundational to how I approach this work: the widespread demonisation of avoidant attachment — and why we need to stop doing it.It's all too common, especially in online spaces, for people (often those with anxious attachment) to project blame, anger, and sweeping judgments onto those with avoidant attachment styles. But while that instinct may feel validating in the short term, it actually keeps us stuck. This episode is a call for compassion and nuance — not just for others, but for ourselves.Whether you've been hurt by someone with avoidant tendencies in the past or are currently struggling with anxious-avoidant dynamics, this conversation will invite you to take a broader, more honest look at the patterns playing out in your relationships and what healing really requires. In this episode, I cover:Why avoidant attachment is so often misunderstood and unfairly vilifiedHow our instinct to blame keeps us stuck in insecure patternsThe deeper origins of avoidant attachment — and how understanding this helps build compassionWhy anger, blame, and black-and-white thinking won't help you healThe role of boundaries, discernment, and self-responsibility in moving forwardIf you're committed to growing into a more secure, grounded version of yourself, this episode is an invitation to pause and reflect on the narratives you're holding — about others, and about yourself.Highlighted Resources Save 30% on Healing Anxious Attachment - this week only! Healing anxious attachment is a life-changing journey — but it's not always easy. While moving toward secure attachment can bring more ease, confidence, and healthier relationships, it also requires confronting some uncomfortable truths along the way. In this episode, we're unpacking five hard truths about healing that will help you set realistic expectations and stay committed to your growth. What We Cover in This Episode:Why healing isn't always comfortable — and why grief is often part of the processThe myth of waking up one day as "fully secure" and what real progress looks likeHow healing might disrupt your relationships (and why not everyone will like the changes you make)Why you won't stop getting triggered — but how you can gain more control over your reactionsThe surprising truth: sometimes you'll miss your old patterns, even the unhealthy onesHealing doesn't mean never struggling again. It means showing up differently, practicing new choices, and being compassionate with yourself along the way. If you're in the thick of it, know that you're not alone, and every step forward matters.Download the FREE Anxious Attachment Starter Kit here Additional Resources Join Healing Anxious Attachment Join my email list
Self-trust is something we all want, but many of us struggle to build it. If you find yourself second-guessing your decisions, over-preparing for worst-case scenarios, or feeling like you can't rely on yourself, you're not alone. In this episode, we're unpacking why self-trust is so challenging, especially for those with anxious attachment, and how to shift your focus to build a strong foundation of inner security. What We Cover in This Episode:Why anxiety craves control — and how this undermines self-trustThe inverse relationship between trust and controlHow trying to prevent bad things from happening leads to self-blameA powerful reframe: self-trust isn't about making the "right" decision, but making decisions in alignment with your valuesThe biggest ways we unknowingly damage self-trustWhy building self-trust is essential for healing anxious attachmentSelf-trust isn't about getting everything right or ensuring a perfect outcome, but about showing up with integrity and knowing you have your own back.

In today's episode, we're talking about the delicate balance between compassion for others, and boundaries for ourselves. For those of us who tend towards empathy and curiosity towards others' inner worlds, it's easy to fixate on the "why" behind their behaviours (particularly behaviours we don't like or understand). And while that is an admirable trait, without clear boundaries it can easily veer into self-abandonment. I'll share some thoughts on how to find a balance between compassion and generosity in our interpretation of others' behaviour, while also having clarity and firmness in our self-advocacy and knowing what we can and can't tolerate. We'll explore the subtle ways avoidant partners create distance—whether emotionally, physically, or in their communication—and how these behaviours stem from their attachment patterns rather than a lack of care or love. Importantly, we'll talk about what you can do in these moments to maintain connection without pressuring your partner or compromising your own self-worth.Join On Attachment Insiders, my new membership community Upcoming Events Byron Bay Retreat - Apply now!
In today's episode, we're talking all about validation — and specifically, why it is so essential for anxiously attached people in building more security within themselves and in their relationships. Most anxiously attached people are accustomed to feeling chronically invalidated (in part because they tend to do this to themselves), always wondering if they are too much, too needy, too sensitive, too paranoid, and so on. This can lead to over-reliance on a partner or others external to us to determine whether our experience is real and valid.Tune in for a discussion on why validation is so important for anxious attachers, and how we can give ourselves this gift to build more security and self-assuredness.Join On Attachment Insiders, my new membership community Upcoming Events Byron Bay Retreat - Apply now!
In today's episode, we're talking all about the abandonment wound — and specifically, five scenarios that might unexpectedly trigger your fears and insecurities around abandonment. But the truth is, this fear can manifest in much more subtle and unexpected ways, especially for those of us with anxious attachment patterns. We'll cover:how periods of grief or loss can trigger abandonment fearsillness and wanting to be cared fordealing with unexpected life challengesperiods of transition or major life changesemotional overwhelm and the need for supportJoin my new membership, On Attachment Insiders today!Upcoming Events Byron Bay Retreat - Apply now!

In this episode, we're diving into how fearful avoidant attachment (also known as disorganised attachment) plays out in relationships. If you identify with this attachment style, you might notice certain patterns in your relationships that feel confusing or contradictory.Key points include:Feelings of instability in relationships: Many with fearful avoidant attachment feel fine when single, but painful emotions surface in relationships, often leading to blaming their partner.Impact of partner's attachment style: A hallmark of fearful avoidant attachment is the shift between anxious and avoidant behaviours, which can vary from one partner to the next depending on the attachment combinations. Idealising vs. villainising partners: There's a tendency to place partners on a pedestal at times, but then quickly villainise them when triggered or threatened.Fear of intimacy vs. longing for connection: Fearful avoidants deeply crave closeness, but a core fear of rejection — often rooted in shame — makes true intimacy feel unsafe. Fear of betrayal and difficulties with trust are also common. Upcoming Events Byron Bay Retreat - Apply now!

How do you know if you're ready for a relationship? Perhaps you've asked yourself this question — and in today's episode, that's what we're exploring. In this episode, we're exploring three key things you'll likely notice when you experience your first truly healthy relationship. While healthy relationships are often idealised, they still come with their own challenges. We'll discuss how they invite vulnerability, reveal where we may have been hiding behind dysfunction, and show us that even secure partners can be imperfect. Finally, we'll talk about how conflict in a healthy relationship doesn't disappear, but it feels safer and more productive.Key Points Covered:Vulnerability & Revealing Dysfunction: When you're in a healthy dynamic, the absence of chaos can feel unfamiliar, and it may expose areas where you've avoided vulnerability by leaning on old, dysfunctional patterns.Imperfection in Secure Partners: It's easy to idealise secure partners as perfect, but it's important to remember that they, too, are human. The difference is in how they respond to their imperfections and how you both handle those inevitable moments of frustration.Safe Conflict: You'll realise that disagreements can be handled with mutual respect and a sense of safety, where both partners feel heard and valued, even in moments of tension.Further Links & Resources Sign up for Healing Anxious Attachment Explore my library of free guides, classes & meditations Check out my couples course, Secure Together (& save $200 with the code SECURE) Save $150 on my Higher Love break-up course with the code PHOENIX Follow me on Instagram: @stephanie__rigg & @onattachment Visit my website
