    With the holidays soon approaching, many of us are looking forward to getting into the spirit even though this year, the holidays will look different for many of us. Typically, the holiday season can bring on stressors. While we may not be able to avoid all holiday stresses, we can have tools in place to help us cope better. Some great tools for both preventing and managing stress include self-care, exercise, deep breathing, spending time outside, and therapy. Another one of our favorites is aromatherapy and we wanted to share some of our favorite ways to incorporate it into our stress-management routine.
