On this episode of the Cracked One Open podcast, Derek and Bob dissect last weekend's Super Bowl which resulted in a bitter loss for the Bengals against the Rams in LA, much to the disappointment of Derek.Bob on the other hand, despite being conflicted about who he wanted to win more, was happy that Matt Stafford won a Super Bowl ring as he's such a likable guy. Under the scrutiny of the guys were the referees, who in the early parts of the game seemed to be not calling every infraction, but changed their tune in the crucial last 2 minutes of the game, particularly the Rams final drive which resulted in a Cooper Kupp touchdown after several penalties on the goal line.Bob thinks Kupp in the final quarter was incredible and believes the absence of Odell Beckham Jr. due to a knee injury made their final drive even more impressive as all the pressure landed on him. Bob and Derek put the Bengal's offensive line under the microscope and question why they haven't traded a draft pick for a corner at any point through the season. On this episode of the Cracked One Open Podcast, Bob and Derek are back after missing last week with life getting in the way, but return for Super Bowl week as they give you their thoughts on everything they think will happen this Sunday!Before that though, Derek finally found a house and had his offer accepted, so he was telling Bob all about the furniture and flooring shopping he has been doing for the last week. Bob is upset as the 49ers knocked the Packers out and then went and lost in a boring game. Bob's mind is telling him the Rams will win, but his gut tells him the Bengals will go all the way. He also is conflicted as he thinks Burrow deserves it this year, but Stafford deserves it for his years at the Lions. They also talk about how poor the AFC has been of late and how no one looks worthy of making it to the Superbowl, and finish off with talking about the Steelers' QB issues.   The guys also look back at an earlier podcast where they predicted their top 5 rookie QB's of the year, and discuss whether they were right. They both come to the conclusion that Mac Jones is number 1.   Derek moves on by talking about his birthday coming up, as he decides he is going to have a quarter life crisis this year. This evolves into a conversation about the Covid regulations which are still hindering life, as they feel the messaging from the authorities is contradictory and nonsensical. Finally, Derek talks about how he has discovered the Zaxby's chicken sandwich and how amazing it is, but the guys disagree over the Chick-Fil-A sandwich and how good it is. On this episode of the Cracked One Open Podcast, Big Bob and R-Rock are back once again for another episode to talk about the biggest things in their lives this week.  Derek and Bob start off by talk about the new Call of Duty Vanguard, which they stayed up until 4 am playing the night before. Bob says it's the most fun he's had for a long time playing video games, and they talk about how the toxicity levels in the lobbies were reminiscent of Modern Warfare 2. Bob was also impressed with the huge amount of detailed setting you can play around with, as well as the decaying environment of the game maps.  The guys also discuss the Aaron Rogers vaccine fiasco and his appearance on the Pat McAfee show. The guys were impressed with Rogers as he spoke only facts, but are unimpressed with the rules of the NFL and some of the rules around America, which seem non-sensical right now. Bob wonders if the NFL will double down and not let him play or fine him, or if they'll look the other way.  In more positive news, Bob rejoices as Odell Beckham Jr. was released by the Browns and they seem to be doing pretty good without him, which leads Bob to feel like he was a distraction on both offence and defence.  The guys move on to talk about the tragic news which emerged from Houston this week where at least 8 people died and hundreds were injured at a Travis Scott concert. Allegedly, people were spiked with syringes, and there was a crowd crush where many of the casualties and injuries occurred. It seemed like Travis knew what was going on at the time and refused to stop the show, and multiple people tried to get the attention of the production crew to stop the show but to no avail. Finally, Derek talks about the Zillow conspiracy theory as he is in the market to buy a house. On this episode of the Cracked One Open Podcast, Big Bob and D-Rock are joined by a special guest, Big Chaibi, a good friend of theirs.  As Steelers and Browns fan,  The guys discuss what each of the teams need to beat each other this season, as well as plenty of other NFL talk, including risking hurting Mayfield more or playing Chase Keenum and what the biggest problem with the Chiefs is. Derek also poses the question of whether the Titans are becoming the best team in the NFL, Chaibi thinks they have the best running back of all time, but can he run 30 mph?  Derek believes that the Steelers will get rid of Juju Smith-Schuster and bring in Aaron Rodgers next season, to the horror of Big Bob. Rodgers on the Pat McAfee  would be something great to see though. Speaking of Pat McAfee, the guys discuss how he is letting the guys go free as he thought he was holding them back, which is the sign of an amazing person  Moving on from NFL, the guys take the rare opportunity to talk about NBA. Chaibi begins by talking about how Russel Westbrook needs to shut up and dribble, after his poor start to the season with an aging Lakers team. Steph Curry is cooking up once again this season already, but that doesn't stop Chaibi throwing a little dig at him, saying Lebron is better Derek gets in on the Westbrook discussion, claiming he's not a good fit as he thinks it's all about him, but Chaibi thinks Westbrook was just at poor teams in the past and he has the potential to be a team player, like he was back at OKC with Durant and Harden  Derek brings up the Kyrie Irving issue with Chaibi, as Kyrie is refusing to get vaccinated despite the New York's strict rules with players having to get vaccinated. Chaibi doesn't think the Nets have a chance without him so a someone needs to come to a solution  The guys switch tack away from sports and move to discussing the new seasonal Halloween update for Warzone, which Chaibi enjoys, but the jump scares “suck wieners”. They also talk about their experience with a little kid they had who had some on point comebacks. Derek asks one of his famous hypothetical questions, and this one is a classic. He asks would you rather pee from your butt or poo from your peen? On this episode of the Cracked One Open Podcast, D-Rock and Big Bob are back once again for a spooky rendition of Cracked One Open. Before the spookiness, Derek tells a few anecdotes about going pumpkin picking and how he has his flights home for Christmas booked, which could mean an in person podcast! Derek also talks about how he would go ice walking on frozen lakes and even fall in sometimes, with little to no winter clothes on him, and how he'd dry off in his underwear in the local café. Derek talks about the house he used to live in, and gives way too many stories of the strange and unexplainable happenings during his 9 years living in that house, as well as some others from his life, which includes whispering voices, bloody fingerprints and even capturing voices on recording,  Derek lightens the mood a little when telling a hilarious story of when he was a young kid going through a Halloween drive through and he caught a guys arm in the window.  When on the Hub, Bob explains that he doesn't watch the full videos, he skips to the good bit. Derek explains that his girlfriend Rachel also does this, but Derek enjoys the lore and the build-up to the climax  After a brief discussion about the current NFL games that were going on during the recording, The guys finish off with the question would you take $10,000,000 but a snail chases you for the rest of your life and if it touches you you die. On this episode of the Cracked One Open Podcast, Big Bob and D-Rock are back again with another episode talking anything you could think of!  Bob starts off by talking about the Joe Rogan gig he went to the night before and he was totally impressed. You had to lock you phone in a magnetic case, something which made Bob conscious of how much he relies on his phone. Bob tells some of the stories of the night and some of the bits Rogan spoke about.  Derek then begins a discussion on Aliens and whether they exist or not. Neither Bob nor Derek are convinced humans built the pyramids and they also have a theory that aliens have a lot to do with why our technology is so advanced compared to 100 years ago.  Technology turns into weaponized technology as Bob says he'd love to see a nuclear bomb be exploded. Derek explains just how dangerous nuclear technology can be, using Chernobyl as an example. Finally, the guys finish off with some football talk, discussing whether Rodgers will head to the Steelers next year along with Devonte Adams. They also talk about whether everyone is overreacting with the Jags head coach putting his fingers where they shouldn't be.
