I hope everyone had a Happy Chuseok this past weekend! In honor of creating space for family time, the Chi x Koller family played a game, Parents are Human, to share a game, Parents are Human, a bilingual connection card game designed to spark deep conversations between you and your loved ones. We had so much fun sharing with one another, and even though our family is pretty close to begin with, we got to learn more about how to love and appreciate each other better and even hear some stories from our parents' pasts. Listen in as we share and butcher some Korean words :P, all while soaking in the true meaning of this holiday. With the pandemic and rising inflation, more and more families are focusing on the importance of gathering with families and relatives to have quality time together rather than focusing on the ritual itself. I hope as you join in on our family's conversation, you can be encouraged to go back and start dialogue within your own intimate units! I am incredibly grateful for a family who took time to take the Enneagram test and show up to the pod to transparently share simply because they support my podcast project. We may butt heads at times, but family has been such a blessing and constant during these unprecedented times. I encourage you to use the Enneagram as a tool to spark discussion and connection within your own families. What's a memory(ies) from your childhood that you can pinpoint that reflects your enneagram type? 4. How do you see these traits playing out in our family today? How about in treating yourself? 5. What can you share to help us as a family understand how you think? 6. What is something you'd like the family to know about what's difficult for you within our dynamic in the lens of your enneagram? 7. What do you love about our family? We end the Covid Edition of our Identity series with the core value that is most important to us, faith as followers of Christ. We interview Pastor Peter of Seven Mile Road Houston who shares his insight and experience as he navigates pastoring a church during these unprecedented times. It might be his vulnerability from the start or his mind blowing use of imagery, but this one really convicted both Won Hee and I during and even after.  Pour yourself a drink and take some time to listen to this one with an open heart.  Co-Host: Josephine Eunjee Koller Co-Host: Won Hee Lee Guest Host: Matt Koller Guest: Peter Kim Audio Engineer: Jun Hee Lee --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/kollercommentary/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/kollercommentary/support
