Sandra and Vivi chat about how hiring into small companies means you really have to sell it to the employees and drive the business dream forward. Leadership is not always smooth sailing and you have to be able to act quickly and respond to that, so it is key to have a robust hiring process. Vivi says she has found it a challenge that as the business grows, she needs champions for each department so the business doesn't bottleneck, with her being the decision-maker. She recommends that leaders show that they genuinely care and want to learn a little bit of what everyone is doing, and gain some understanding.  This is a really inspiring listen, please let us know what you think!
