We have a special guest with us, Adam Tomlinson. Adam is the Lead Minister at Westwood Christian Church, in Madison, Wisconsin. He grew up in Illinois and Wisconsin before going to Milligan College where he met his wife, Lauren. He has been in ministry since 2014 and they have 3 children: Nathanael (7), Caleb (4), and Junia (1). I have known Adam's family most of my life, his mom babysat me and my sister while my mom was in Bible Study. I used to play church softball with his dad and I remember Adam in the stroller at the softball games. The boys wrapped up the Demons 2019 Trade Period which saw Sam Frost traded to the Hawks and the Dees welcomed Adam Tomlinson from GWS and Ed Langdon from Fremantle. The also discussed the bold pick swap with North Melbourne which saw the Dees improve their 2019 Draft hand and the virtues of splitting Pick 3. They also talked about the players that the Dees didn't get, they rated the Trade period and their expectations of the Draft.

Midfielder Dylan Shiel has become the latest GIANT to speak with award-winning journalist Emma Quayle as part of her podcast series The Originals. Speaking openly and honestly, Shiel retells what it was like to have joined the GIANTS as a 17-year-old preselection in the club's NEAFL year of 2011.
