G.K. kicks off the show with his usual Talking Points, but this time it's more submarine sandwich than hors d'oeuvres as he takes aim at the modern Democrat Party — discussing abortion, illegal immigration and its impact on legal immigrants and American citizens, and the ongoing problems plaguing many blue states. He closes by arguing that the real story is a culture of political grifting where taxpayer dollars are viewed as a personal piggy bank. Dave then takes a deep dive into the episode's central theme by examining how modern politics has increasingly taken on religious characteristics — complete with moral absolutism, tribal identity, and ideological fanaticism. The guys discuss the danger of fighting fanaticism with more fanaticism and why thoughtful analysis matters more than emotional outrage. The conversation then shifts gears as the guys lighten things up with some NFL talk, discussing the upcoming season, reviewing the draft, and agreeing that most teams appear to have improved heading into the fall. Finally, Dave closes the show with what G.K. jokingly describes as a "blatant capitalist plug," announcing the completion of the Commanding the Heights Leadership Seminar recordings and the upcoming launch of a new website featuring his book, the sequel, and the seminar series.

**WELSTech 776 – Wholly Unauthorized** What happens when you feed years of podcast transcripts into an AI and ask it to roast your guests? Episode 776, that's what. Martin and Sallie are joined once again by their favorite EdTech duo — Dr. Rachel Renno (Martin Luther College) and Jason Schmidt (Oshkosh ISD) — but this time, the agenda was set by Claude. Using OpenAI's Whisper to transcribe 15+ episodes of past conversations, the team fed the archive into an AI chatbot and let it build a retrospective of Jason and Rachel's greatest hits, boldest predictions, and most quotable moments. With the snark meter turned up just a little, the results did not disappoint. On the docket: the "Don't Quote Me on That" Award, the Evolution Arc (how two tech enthusiasts slowly became tech realists), a lightning round neither host was fully prepared for, and the phrase that should be cross-stitched on a pillow — courtesy of Jason Schmidt. Also in this episode: MLC and WLS graduation and assignment season is here — find out how to watch the livestreams. Picks of the week include Apple's built-in iOS Password app (and its Chrome extension), the Privacy virtual card service, Google Flow Music, and OpenAI Whisper. Community feedback covers Wisconsin Act 89 and what school communication compliance means for WELS schools — including a look at ParentSquare, Talking Points, ClassDojo, and more. A love letter to longtime listeners. A mild roast of two very good sports. And proof that the archive has been listening all along.

I bust through the third wall or whatevs in Episode 10 of TSC Talks 3.0 Research. Dropped the whiteboard til the end. Summed up the 9 episodes and added a bit on the end about CPTSD, TAND and the fact that the entire family system is drawn into the grid as data churnin' emotin' node. Used the Google AI to investigate the theories I had on amplification of TSC by multiple factors for purpose and product and it proved true based on the research plus lived experience thus far.Source Links for Further ResearchI. The unhinged manifesto of the recent would-be White House Correspondents' Dinner assassin is nothing more than a regurgitated checklist of the radical Left's favorite lies and dangerous conspiracy theories. From thoroughly debunked Russia collusion hoaxes to entirely fabricated accusations regarding the border, the shooter's twisted justifications prove exactly how poisonous mainstream media rhetoric has become. This violent escalation is the terrifying, direct result of Marxist influencers championing "social murder" and turning actual criminals into woke folk heroes. Unless the Left finally abandons its relentless campaign of Trump Derangement Syndrome and stops glorifying political violence, this lethal echo chamber will only continue to radicalize the unstable, argues Victor Davis Hanson on today's edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In a Few Words:” “Obviously, Cole Thomas Allen is unhinged. He's crazy. He may be bright by graduating from Caltech, but he didn't seem to be very bright in his manifesto. But what he wrote as an exegesis of why he was doing it is an encapsulation of ideology that's promulgated by today's Left.”

1. Military Morale and Leadership U.S. military morale has significantly strengthened by a commander-in-chief who is willing to risk substantial resources to rescue a single American service member. Trump is contrasted against Clinton (Somalia), Obama (Libya), and Biden (Afghanistan), portraying those administrations as failing to protect troops. The U.S. military ethos: soldiers fight aggressively because they trust that medics, rescue forces, and leadership will risk everything to save them. 2. U.S. Military Culture and “Quiet Math of American Violence” Highlight inter-service respect (Marines, Navy corpsmen, Air Force PJs). American combat effectiveness comes not just from training or equipment, but from certainty that help will arrive under fire, reinforcing battlefield courage. 3. Trump’s Iran Policy and Deterrence Strategy Trump’s foreign policy is: “FAFO” (forceful consequences for aggression) Transactional with allies (support is conditional) Infrastructure strikes are: Intended to cripple military and economic capability Designed to pressure the population to overthrow the regime A deliberate choice not to destroy oil infrastructure to preserve post‑conflict recovery potential 4. War Crimes Accusations and Legal Defense Democrats and media figures are labeling infrastructure strikes as “war crimes.” This is countered by citing the Pentagon’s Law of War Manual, arguing that power generation and infrastructure supporting military operations can be lawful military objectives. 5. View of Iranian Leadership Iran’s rulers are theocratic extremists who: Do not care about civilian suffering Are willing to sacrifice large portions of their population Doubts are expressed about whether economic devastation would deter or influence regime behavior. 6. Immigration and Violent Crime Violent crimes committed by undocumented immigrants are widespread and underreported Democratic policies (sanctuary cities, TPS, opposition to ICE) directly enabled these crimes Several specific criminal cases argue that border enforcement failures have led to American deaths.
