Jorge Fornés... (Barcelona, Cataluña, 1975) Es un artista autodidacta que ha llegado a ser uno de los talentos más importantes del cómic norteamericano actual. Después de varias colaboraciones para editoriales independientes españolas y estadounidenses, las cuales compaginaba con un empleo en un taller de coches, comienzó a trabajar para DC en 2014. Sin embargo, su trazo pasó a encontrarse en el centro de todas las miradas unos años después, en 2019, saltando a la fama al ilustrar varios números de Batman enmarcados en la etapa del guionista Tom King, un creador con el que repetiría colaboración en la miniserie Héroes en crisis. En estos años, destaca también su labor en Daredevil para Marvel o en Hot Lunch Special para AfterShock Comics. En 2020 volvió a reunirse con King en Rorschach, donde ambos autores profundizan en el universo Watchmen en una serie limitada ambientada 35 años después de la obra original de Alan Moore y Dave Gibbons.

Out on Aftershock, this comic is a mob story set in the upper Midwest and includes obscure locations like Sioux Falls, SD as well as Ely, MN.
