Konrad Bergström, one of the Nordic region's most successful tech entrepreneurs. A recipient of the Swedish King's medal for services to entrepreneurship and charity, Konrad is best known outside of Sweden for founding electric boat manufacturer X Shore (www.xshore.com) - dubbed 'the Tesla of the sea' and Zound Industries (www.zoundindustries.com) — the Swedish tech giant that produces consumer electronics for Marshall Amplification and Adidas. He now spends a lot of time on Soeder, the natural products collective. The atypical Founder talks candidly about his own work ethic and how he thinks working life is changing this century.

Konrad Bergström is the founder of Swedish electric boat manufacturer X Shore and Zound Industries, the Swedish tech giant that sells consumer electronics for Marshall Amplification and Adidas.  But before that, he was half a million euros in debt and living out of his car after his previous business, Megascine Agency, failed. Konrad set up the business which distributed brands like Quicksilver and Burton in Sweden in the late 90s. The company grew quickly and made a name for themselves, organising events such as the world's largest indoor snowboarding competition and the first European edition of the World Cup in wakeboarding.  So what went wrong? This week we continue exhuming the early days of Night Demon by bringing you part 1 of “Night Demon,” the title track from the debut EP. After the record was competed, Nita signed with Sumerian Records to release and distribute the album worldwide.
