Welcome to another episode of The Mindless Sessions podcast. The WNBA Just crowned new champions in the Las Vegas Aces and this is a sign that we as a society should start taking women's sports more seriously as a whole.  Women are getting stronger and better all around especially when it comes to sports. I think we are getting to a point where we could see some unisex sports leagues starting to pop up. AEW is still dealing with the backlash from the ALL OUT pay-per-view backstage fight involving Cm Punk and The Elite.  I talk about the leadership issue that AEW has when it comes to the locker room and its superstars.  There is a multitude of things that I think should happen to keep this type of thing from happening again.  These types of issues would not have happened in WWE and I explain how AEW could take a few things from WWE to help them in the future. The NBA is also dealing w/ some Issues in regards to Phoenix Suns Owner Rober Sarver and some remarks he has made toward employees on his staff.  Then Adam Silver gave a press conference that really just added fuel to the fire.  The NBA is on the Verge of having another Donal Sterling incident occur if they can't figure out some type of way to fix this problem. Untold a Netflix Documentary Series covers the story of Manti Te'o and his fake girlfriend. This happened back in 2013 but there are a lot of things that came out from this documentary. That we didn't know at the time when all this went down. The Media also really missed the mark on how they covered the situation. I highly recommend going to watch this great documentary.

Mike Anthony is a professional actor and author. His first book “Life At Hamilton” chronicles the extraordinary time he spent as a theater bartender with an up-close perspective of "Hamilton: An American Musical" as it rocketed into Broadway history. Beyond his life in theater, Mike's journey took an unexpected turn when his dad passed, leading him down a remarkable path of discovery of life after death which he chronicles in his newest book “Love, Dad: How My Father Died...Then Told Me He Didn't”. He now spends time exploring evidence suggestive of the survival of consciousness beyond the demise of the physical body. A part of Mike's story is told in the Netflix Documentary Series, Surviving Death. Mike uses his acting abilities, often during the Christmas season, at the Theatre at Monmouth in Maine. He's working on several projects, including his next book and a documentary.

We are joined by Henry Nwoko. He is a body builder, certified trainer, and is an aspiring actor. Henry breaks down his routine and his philosophy for working out and staying fit.
